Very good golf course with an attractive price. Fairways and greens are in excellent shape. Front nine quite challenging with much water.
Minus one star for the very old rental clubs.

Hier wil iedere golfer eens geweest zijn. Het begind al met het uitzicht over de baan en de rivier vanaf het terras. Het is een hele mooie 6x3 6x4 6x5 Ballesteros baan. Moet je eens gespeeld hebben. Pas wel op dat het er kan waaien. Met 18 graden is het dan fris

Dejligt stille og roligt hotel med em fin golfbane. Meget flad. Hurtige greens. God bane, hvis man vil nå flere runder på en dag.

Schöner Golfplatz
Aber auch wirklich nur zum Golf spielen.
Die Villen laden nicht unbedingt zum Urlaub machen ein.
Es gibt viele nicht zu Ende gebaute Häuser.

What a shame. QdV has gone seriously downhill. We really enjoyed ourselves here last year, but this year was poor.
Poor Greens, Even more unfinished houses, No Hot Water and the feeling of lack of investment.
I love this course - so its a real shame when the greens are so bumpy the balls spends a lot of time in the air. We played in the morning and nobody had knocked the dew off. The greens were soaking wet. The Tapas menu is now burger and chips. They did do us a good breakfast and coffee.
We shall not return to this great Seve Course.

Piekne, bardzo trudne i urozmaicone pole z duza ilością wody. Wymagajace myslenia przy kazdym strzale, nie wybacza błędów. Bardzo ciekawe dołki, dużo podejść wiec warto mieć buggy. Szerokie fairwaye w bardzo dobrej kondycji, dolki dlugie a wiec przydaje się dobry drive. Poza fairwayami obszary krzaków i skakałek wiec trudno znaleźć piłkę. Dwustronny driving range.

Sehr schöner Golf Platz, leidet viel Wasser am Anfang, hügelig, durch das Wasser waren morgens sehr viele Stechmücken unterwegs

Netter Course. Wir spielten ihn Sonntags und es war absolut nichts los. Freundlicher Empfang und es ging danach sofort auf die Runde. Die ersten 9 sind mit Wasser gespickt. Insbesonders die querenden koennen das Leben schwer machen. Der Platz war in Top Zustand. Fairways waren satt und grün ( Ende September). Die Gruens waren spurtreu. Preis / Leistung war Ok. Meine empfehlung ist jedoch der benachbarte Platz Castro Marim.

Fab course but the cost of the balls you lose is more than the cost of the round! Some very challenging holes but one of my favourite golf courses. Shame about the unfinished properties around the course - what a waste. Very nice clubhouse serving good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Friendly staff

L'endroit est très spécial à la fois grandiose et vaste. Le parcours un 3fois6 (6par3 6par4 6par5) n'est pas si simple que ça. Ballesteros a du s'amuser à concevoir ce parcours.
A faire obligatoirement.

Schöner von Seve designter Golfplatz am Grenzfluss Guadiana. Guter Zustand und ein schönes Clubhaus. Insgesamt nicht spektakulär aber spielenswert. Meines Erachtens golferisch etwas besser als der unmittelbar nebenan liegende Castro Marim.

Absolutely stunning course and well maintained. The water is challenging but not as much as it seems from the course guide online! I would highly recommend playing here and use good course management skills!

Très beau parcours pas cher 40€ ou en compétition, les membres vous invites: 30€ dans ce cas. Tes belle vie sur la réserve naturelle et la rivière. Les maisons et hôtel, ne sont pas terminés. Dommage.

Sehr schön gestalteter Ballesteros Platz, leider etwas trocken, aber Preis Leistung passt. Restaurant mit sehr gutem Burger für kleines Geld sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful course in perfect condition. I was surprised this course has had similar reviews to surrounding courses as this is in far better condition. The staff are fantastic from the Pro Shop to the Clubhouse. The place felt like it had a real community spirit and various employees keen to make sure I enjoyed myself. Seve would be proud! I'll definitely be back.

Fantastisk golfbane som varmt kan anbefales. Den er af høj standard og så er den rigtig udfordrende med diverse søer. Hvis man er dårligt gående skal man leje en bil, da det godt kan være lidt hårdt fra green til næste teested, mellem nogle af hullerne.
På terrassen ved restauranten har man en fantastisk udsigt over banen hvor man kan sidde og få en kold øl bagefter :)

Campo muy técnico donde la ausencia de árboles se suple con la presencia del agua en la mayoría de los hoyos, lo que complica la vuelta. Otras temporadas ofrecían precios más interesantes y promociones para los visitantes, pero en estos momentos los precios son similares a los de la zona por lo que ha dejado de ser una opción tan interesante!

What a golf course, without doubt thd best I have played in Portugal. Be warned it is tough but beautiful, water comes into play a lot on the front nine, bring lots of balls. If you are a high handicap, you will find it difficult but extremely enjoyable. Loved it, and would highly recommend you try it. Use a buggy, it is hilly
