Como profissional que sou da área da restauração desde os meus 13 anos de idade e hoje com 40 anos e ainda com uma paixão pela área não podia deixar de falar num funcionário brasileiro de nome Mateus devido ao seu amor respeito e dedicação que demonstra pela profissão e pelas pessoas fiquei muito feliz por ver que ainda existem pessoas que não apenas olham para o factor monetario que na verdade e o que menos importa porque tendo todos os outros anteriores o monetário virá inevitavelmente e de uma forma muito muito elevada !!!proprietarios e colegas de profissão metam os olhos no mateus sem dúvida um exemplo a seguir!!

Atendimento lento, comida péssima e mal servida (incluindo a tábua de enchidos) e preços demasiado altos. Raramente aceitam multibanco (pelo que parece)

Snack bar com serviço lento e maioritariamente amador. Preços elevados e qualidade média baixa... Ao ser a única opção costumam ter bastante gente. Recomendo levar merenda...

Não é um restaurante. É um snack-bar. Não é barato mas a localização e a ausencia de concorrência justificam os preços elevados.

O atendimento deixa muito a desejar, realizado por amadores e desorganizado. A comida é caríssima e sem qualidade. Recomendado apenas pela vista e tomar uma água.

Péssimo serviço. Está sempre às moscas mas hoje que tinha as mesas quase todas ocupadas não me deixaram sentar para tomar café. Realmente o que merecem é estar sempre às moscas. Não vêm nem mais um cêntimo do meu dinheiro.

I have been coming to cabanas for about 7 years now and we love it, thanks to our friends appartment. Food is very average and has not really improved in that time. The white sangria and views are very nice which has lead to the 2 stars rather than 1. Also food is very expensive. Service is terrible and the last 2 times we have had to go up to the bar area to order ourselves because we have waited so long. Toilets are absolutely shockingly disgusting and the level of cleanliness is appalling each time. I don't even think you can fit into some of the cubicles without being a size zero or contorting your body to fit. I love cabanas so much and the fantastic restaurants and the beautiful beach but would not recommend going to the bar for anything unless you are desperate. Take a picnic or pop back to town for lunch. If this place had a good refurbishment with clever space planning and a shake up of the menu or pricing it could be such a great place to go. If it looked and functioned better people would also probably treat the toilets with more respect. I've been to several other beach bars just a 10 minute drive down the road and they are a million miles better. I have considered writing a review for the last 3 times I have been here but quite frankly could not be bothered. This time I think it's the right thing to do.

2 estrelas pois a comida é super cara! Um absurdo 15 euros para alface e 4 camarões frios!!! Bom local só para café pelo ambiente, boa música, vistas, sombra, decoração ok, limpo. Para comer não.. não se justifica!

Crazy expensive. The food was okay at best. Service was slow and orders incorrect. They are the only cafe on the island so they can do what they want I guess. Nice view and atmosphere though. For a simple coffee or beer it would be nice.

If you want to sit and drink a coffee and enjoy the beautiful view, this isn't a place for that. The host told me with THAT exactly words... So, 1€ it's not enough for them. You need to be a tourist with money for buy a big lunch or a big meal (or just spend a good money), not just a simple coffee. Maybe a little bit of empathy and kindness will be great (not awesome, just great)...

Expensive for the service. If you want to enjoy your coffee neste the sea, maybe find other place. Here they don't quite welcome you for that.

Nice spot in front of the beach, but it suffers from the fact/effect of being the only bar on the island of Cabanas: hosts seem quite naive on how they handle clients, not making you feel particularly welcome. If you are not having food, you get invited to sit on the windy side of the bar and promptly told you won't get table service. Food is ok but limited to (pricey) sandwiches. Good for a short visit, not great to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Hope they improve. 2 stars If you are thinking of spending the day on this beach, bring your own food and beverage or spend a few more euros and go back to main land. Plenty of good spots there.

Enjoyed a coffee with milk on my way to my sunning spot on the beach. It was a bit pricey at €2.60 (double the prices of Cabanas) but that is to be expected for the location right on the edge of the beach
