Cheap and easy going staff. Recommended as used twice, both with no problems. I hired a mountain bike for my daily ride to the athletics stadium and a car for an overnight trip to Spain. I will be a returning customer next year.

We had a very good experienced with this company last February 2019, we rented a car for 4 or 5 days I dont remember anymore. no hassle and very accomodating. You can 100% trust the company. I recommend them to anyone who will be around Monte Gordo. :)

The TUR Fortes shop promised service if you have a probleme during your bicycle tour. I had a broken bottom braket after a view kilometers and wasn't able to ride back. I called two of the numbers (which were written on the locker key), but nobody of the shop was answering. So some friends of mine had to pick me up by car and brought me back to the shop. In the shop I wanted to have my money back, because they gave me a bicycle which was in bad conditions and I didn't get the promised suppport, but the shop manager told me that I have used the bike for a day. So he won't give me the money back. In addition I would be responsible for the damage because he had given me a fixed bike... He didn't accept my argument that he has the obligation to fix and repair the bikes before he rent them. A bottom braket doesn't break so easy only if it is in a bad shape because of too many kilometers without maintenance. Before renting a bike in this shop please check them very carefully. It's better for your health. No recommendation

Buen servicio y precios. Alquilamos un tandem (por primera vez :D ) y nos fue muy bien para iniciarnos. Los alrededores son llanos y tienen carril bici. Además pinchamos y nos repararon en 15 minutos
