I used Topcasas to find a permanent home in the Silver Coast. I viewed a number of properties over 2 separate visits to the area . Pedro and the others in the office did listen to my requirements and we gradually identified what I both wanted and needed. There was no pressure on time or number of viewings , which was appreciated . Appointments worked well , answers to questions were given and the general atmosphere in the agency was happy. All of this was in stark comparison to other agents I contacted both in the Silver Coast and north of the Algarve. The process of purchase , whilst different to the Uk went well and all was explained either by the agents or my solicitor. Estate agency and property sales are different in Portugal , so be sure to take your time , ask lots of questions and really think about where you want to be ,what you need and why. I'm happy here in the Silver Coast and was happy with my experience with Topcasas.

We cannot rate Topcasas highly enough. They took excellent care of us while we were searching for a property in Portugal and thanks to them we found what we were looking for. A real bonus was that their sister company was able to accompany us throughout the building work so they were with us from A to Z and all we have to do now is enjoy life here on the Silver Coast.
