emma proud: We ate here last night and the food was wonderful.... The staff were all wonderful and the chefs you can see and taste that they put their hearts into it..... Would definitely go back.. Thank you! I have been lucky enough to travel all over the world and experience many cuisines and I must say you guys know what you are doing when it comes to a la carte! I can't comment on the sushi as not my thing but the menu was fabulous and delicious and I thank you very much! You deserve to be somewhere else location wise as your too good for this hotel! O serviço ao cliente não existe aqui. Um tipo alto e magro, vestido com roupas dos bombeiros, fala com as pessoas como se tivessem 7 anos de idade em apuros. Está literalmente a alguns minutos de distância. Muito mais pessoal profissional. Eu parei de ir ao riverdie indoor há cerca de 2 anos....foi obrigado a ir hoje para frequentar um curso obrigatório.

O ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE É UMA PORCARIA E ELES SÃO RACISTAS. MUITO DESRESPEITOSOS E SEM SENSO COMUM. NUNCA ABREM NA HORA CERTA E ESTÃO NO NEGÓCIO DE LEVAR APENAS O SEU DINHEIRO. EU VIVO A MENOS DE UMA MILHA E ELES COBRAM $40 DE VIAGEM...GASOLINA HOJE É $1,75. ABSOLUTAMENTE TÊM AS PIORES ATITUDES!!!!!! ESCUSADO SERÁ DIZER QUE AGORA ESTOU PARADO COM UM APARELHO QUE NÃO FUNCIONA. SE VOCÊ GOSTA DE SER ROUBADO, ESTE É O LUGAR PARA OBTER ESSE TIPO DE SERVIÇO. INFELIZMENTE TODOS OS FUNCIONÁRIOS E PROPRIETÁRIOS NÃO TÊM CONHECIMENTO DE COMO CONSTRUIR UMA EMPRESA DE QUALIDADE QUE OFEREÇA UM SERVIÇO EXCELENTE.
