Not impressed, cold reception with a definite lack of professionalism. That being said it would be unfair to tarnish the entire company with the same brush. If you are going to lie to a potential client don't tell him you can't have a contract phone unless he already has one. If the person overseeing this shop reads this then don't worry about me because Vodafone offer excellent service in Portugal but please feel free to sort out that mess you call a shop or more to the point the people you have working there! Vodafone is located near the castle everyone.

Professional service. We needed a sim card for travel and were advised for the best options. When the sim card stopped working for technical reasons, we got a new one for free with double the data volume.
