First, the person who took on the call couldn't even understand and speak English properly. Second, she was extremely rude and kept shouting at people and insulting me as illegal immigrants which is absolutely not true and a shame. She even refused to hear the case properly with absolutely legal and proper intention. I wanted to ask about the possibility to visit the beautiful Greece with a tourist visa as my Finnish resident permit is going to be expired (yes it sounds tricky) before I can make the trip to Greece as expected. It was a shame how a diplomatic staff can react in certain way. You lost a potential tourist and promoter for your tourism industry Greece!
