Positive: E' un bellissimo appartamento senza cucina ma ristrutturato e arredato bene e da pochissimo ,confortevole e pulito . la camera, ci è piaciuta molto ed essendo in stile , con molti oggetti asiatici e con un grande e comodo letto Con balcone che da su un bel giardino interno. Il parcheggio non è privato , ma a pochi metri , sulla strada in zona molto elegante e tranquilla (Torre di Belem) . Molto bene l'accoglienza . Anche noi abbiamo un hotel a Riccione - Italia il riccionebeachhotel e sappiamo valutare ed apprezzare la qualità-prezzo e un buon servizio. Era il 31 dicembre e chi ci ha dato le chiavi appartamento ci ha consigliato solo di non spostarci dalla zona (deserta!!! di notte e con i servizi trasporto pubblici che cessavano alle 1 di notte !!!!!!!!!!!!.

חיובי: המיקום נפלא למי שרוצה לשהות באזור בלם, רחוב צדדי, חניית רחוב, מרחק הליכה קצר מכל האטרקציות של בלם. החדר היה מעוצב יפה והאירוח היה טוב מאוד.. שלילי: החדר היה מעט קטן (החדר הצופה לנהר-למרות שלא רואים נהר בכלל), למרות שחדר הרחצה היה מצויין. שני דברים קלקלו את השהות: היה רעש חזק בלילה של כלב נובח ואחרכך התרנגול החל לקרוא.... לא ישנו טוב. הדבר השני-היה ריח ביוב חזק שהתערבב עם ריח של מבשם אויר חזק (ולכן גם אי אפשר היה לישון עם חלון סגור).

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG mit eigener Terrasse und Gartenzugang. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles erklärt. Er hat sich wirklich sehr viel Zeit und mühe gegeben. Darüber hinaus gab er uns sogar noch Tips. Kaffe und Tee war um sonst. Im Flur konnte man sich bedienen. Straßenbahn in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Negativ: Leider war der Spiegel im Bad schon länger nicht mehr geputzt worden. Staubgesaugt leider auch nicht bzw. auch schon etwas länger her. Aber alles andere war wirklich Top. Lage ist ein bisschen außerhalb. Tagsüber ist in Belem viel los. Abends leider nicht mehr so..

Positive: This hybrid guest house/bnb is really a hidden gem in Lisbon. The entire house is very clean and smells lovely and the garden is just beautiful. The hosts Ricardo and George are really kind and wonderful hosts. We loved our time there and will 100% be returning and recommending this place to our friends.. Negative: Nothing - everything was perfect..

Positif: L’emplacement ! Le lieu (à deux pas des meilleurs pasteis de nata, et du monastère de Jeronimo, la tour de Belém...) ! La maison est juste magnifique, la chambre confortable et le design est au top ! Et le jardin, un petit paradis en plein milieu de Lisbonne Ricardo a été si nous mettre à l’aise tout de suite (merci pour tes conseils sur Lisbonne).

Positiva: La ubicación cerca al mar, monasterio, restaurantes, cerca a la parada para coger el tram, autobuses; tren, etc. Este hostal es muy bonito y agradable. Los dueños son atentos, serviciales y de buen trato.. Negativa: Que cuando llegamos y esperamos para que la habitación estuviera lista, ya en nuestra habitación, fui al baño a usar el inodoro (toilet)y el inodoro estaba SUCIO con huellas de excremento pegado del huésped anterior... Qué ASCO!!! Para mi fue impresionante ver este inodoro sucio de excremento. La verdad, se me dañó el momento porque lo primero que ellos tienen que hacer es cerciorarse que los toilets, baños etc, por higiene, estén limpios... fue una mala experiencia. Enseguida lo reporté a uno de ellos y me pidió disculpas y cuando regresamos ya estaba limpio. Le pedí que le dijera a la señora que hace la limpieza que no se le olvidara limpiarlo pero... al día siguiente, me di cuenta que la SEÑORA que HACE LA LIMPIEZA, NO limpia el inodoro, o sea la taza del bater. Entonces, yo misma lo limpié con jabón gel y la escobilla que tienen ahí para ese uso y unas toallitas desechables higiénicas que tenía. También, entre el edredón y la almohada había un pelo largo negro que no era mío y menos de mi pareja... me pregunto: habrían cambiado la sábana antes que nosotros ocupáramos la habitación?.

Positive: Questa guesthouse è assolutamente fantastica! La casa è stata di recente ristrutturata e ogni dettaglio è stato pensato con cura e con gusto. Ogni camera è diversa e ognuna riflette un'ambientazione particolare: noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera "Porto", dedicata città portoghese, con tante decorazioni particolari come i dischi appesi alle pareti, lampade costruite con bottiglie di vario tipo, un mega letto comodissimo e un bagno grande e pulito. C'è un bel giardino sul retro, un piccolo balconcino per godere della vista splendida, ed è situata a due passi dal Mostero de Jeronimos. Il proprietario Georges e l'host Ricardo sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Ci hanno suggerito le migliori cose da fare e vedere e molti locali dove mangiare; c'è una bella atmosfera di famiglia e, dato che hanno aperto da poco, gli auguro di continuare così e di diventare in breve la guesthouse più "cool" di Lisbona!.

Positief: Gezellig ingerichte, ietwat compacte kamer met ruime badkamer. in het hart van Belém, rustig gelegen maar toch vlakbij allerlei bezienswaardigheden. Zeer aardige gastheren, die veel tips geven over de omgeving..

This property exceeded all expectations; a family owned property by an architect who kept the original aesthetics of this home and renovated it with modern amenities; it was more reminiscent of a 4 star hotel...and the owner and manager were amazing; they provided everything we needed; not to mention, that they were very kind and genuinely nice people!

La ubicacion.es perfecta un.sitio muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. El.sitio es precioso, la habitacion.lisboa super bien.decorada y cama muy comoda. Tanto ricardo como jorge, el dueno.de la.casa, son.encantadores, tuvieron muchos detalles connosotros y nos orientaron.super bien sobre que visitar y donde comer. Son.personas entranables. Recomiendo el alojamiento al.100%, alojamiento y experiencia inolvidable.

Positief: De gastvrijheid was echt top! Hele vriendelijke eigenaren en hele goede locatie, lekker centraal! Ook de kamer was goed, een heel fijn bed en alles was lekker schoon. We hadden onze 2 (grote) honden meegenomen en dat was heel fijn omdat de tuin mooi en ruim is. Ze konden daar lekker in het gras liggen terwijl wij in de tuin aan het relaxen waren. Deze accommodatie is echt een aanrader!.

Zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Trato cercano. Jardín y vistas muy bonitas. Como un paraíso en medio de la ciudad. No hay recepción ni “servicios” pero esto te permite ser independiente y da una sensación de libertad. La habitación cuenta con una nevera pequeña, y en la zona común hay cafe y te.Belém tiene muchas cosas que ver! Así que se puede aprovechar el día también en la zona. Se aparca bien.

Brand new remodel and it’s beautiful. Every room is uniquely worldly themed to honor one part of the owners ancestry. The owners make you feel like your family and you get to meet locals and share drinks and stories if you desire that. The grounds are wonderful with beautiful fruit trees. Small hot tub in the garden. Lots of cared for cats and friendly dog you can pet and enjoy. They all live outside so no worries about allergies almost for sure. My daughter loved the pets and petting the kittens they had. I strongly request you get directions to location ahead of time and don’t count on cab driver, Knowing about it as it’s in a residential neighborhood and not like a hotel with a big sign. The location in Belém is ideal. Short walk to famous Belém pastry shop, Monastery, and botanical gardens. Maybe just over 1 kilometer to tower. This is basically a hybrid of hotel, guest house, and air b&b. Can’t recommend enough! It’s a real winner if you want to be in Belém. Also Priced very fairly
