Restaurante com ambiente descontraído e comida excelente. Os ingredientes são todos muito saudaveis e saborosos. Tudo muito bem confeccionado e apresentação moderna. Recomendo.

Great spot for healthy food. The bowls are big and not expensive for what you get. The flavored water is quite good and free of charge!

O horário é ótimo para quem quer aproveitar o dia, a comida é muito saborosa, saudável e em dose muito bem servidas pelo vá com cuidado porque arrisca-se a comer demais.

Excelente qualidade da comida. O serviço na terça de carnaval foi muitíssimo demorado. Esperei cerca de 45 minutos pelo pequeno almoço e só havia mais uma mesa ocupada para além da nossa. O empregado foi muito inconveniente na resposta à observação que fiz sobre a demora. Nunca tinha sido atendida por este funcionário que não contribui para a imagem do restaurante. Esperemos que a criação de 2 novos restaurantes em Lisboa não prejudique a qualidade do atendimento em cascais.

O restaurante é muito agradável havendo opções alimentares de todos os estilos. A comida é saborosa, as sobremesas também. Tem opções vegan (entradas, pratos, sobremesas). O local é pequeno mas bem estruturado. O único lugar desagradável é por baixo do ar condicionado visto que este pinga (aconteceu comigo) para cima das pessoas/pratos.

Their set up top of the Cascais fruit and flower market.
The place is filled at times, and if your one for people watching and a good hustle, it's for you. It has its quiet times as well, towards evenings or early mornings ☕

Locale carino situato dentro al mercato di Cascais al primo piano. Servono piatti salutari anche vegetariani e vegan. Sono stata a cena con mio marito , abbiamo preso baccalà con ceci e insalata di quinoa arricchita e un antipasto, tutto molto buono.

Fizemos um excelente jantar em família com. Comida super saudável e saborosa. A sopa "verde" é divinal! As bebidas é que podiam ser ligeiramente melhoradas para agradar mais à pequenada.

Espaço com ambiente agradável situado no Mercado da Vila de Cascais. Possui acesso quer pelo interior do mercado quer pelo exterior. A carta prima por oferecer "pratos saudáveis" elaborados de forma alteranativa, destacandos os "Poke Bowls". Possuem alguns ingredientes mais exóticos utilizados de forma alternativa que oferecem um sabor distinto ao prato, destacando-se claramente. A proteína dos pratos não se limita aos vegetais, existindo pratos compostos por carne e peixe.
Lugar bem agradável, embora o preço seja um pouco dispendios. Vale uma visita. Nas horas de maior movimento torna-se algo ruidoso no interior. Nos dias mais movimentados sugere-se marcação de mesa.

A cozinha é excelente. Será que eles aceitam ir cozinhar todos os dias em minha casa? Desconfio que não. Mas é pena. Relação qualidade preço - ganha a qualidade. Muito superior ao preço. Gosto. Tenho vindo e continuarei a vir. Experimentem.

Excellent choice for a healthy meal! Vegan, vegetarian, but also serves meats and fish. Go for the "poke" which is a "disconstructed" sushi dish, amazing!

Visitei hoje pela primeira vez este espaço instalado no primeiro piso do Mercado de Cascais. Atraída pelo brunch acabei por optar por pratos da lista porque a minha filha é alérgica a frutos secos e não me foi sugerido nada em concreto. O jovem que me atendeu mostrou-se muito educado mas depois do pedido e da entrada desapareceu... o guacamole estava insípido e a cebola picada estava em exagero...o prato de lascas de bacalhau com grão revelou-se uma enormíssima desilusão... as lascas nem vê-las! Havia, sim, uma pasta de bacalhau com espinhas sobre uma cama de grão e de espinafres vindos diretamente do pacote! 12,10€?! A broa pedida pela minha filha apresentava um cheiro desagradável e que foi confirmado por uma colaboradora e desmentido pelas duas colegas que se apressaram a justificar e a insinuar que eu poderia não estar habituada àquela qualidade de broa!!! Eu sou consumidora do biofrade, do miosotis e nunca tinha experimentando uma broa a cheirar e a saber tão mal, como se tivesse azeda. Urgente rever a confeção dos alimentos, apostar em frescos, formar as equipas...um pedido de desculpas é o que deve ser imediatamente dito após uma reclamação de um cliente...uma experiência a não repetir e não recomendável.

Very nice and healthy place with healthy food. If you are looking for healthy food or vegan food you definitely have to go there. The concept is really interesting and Poke are crazy good!

Ótima experiência para um almoço de semana! Para entrada comemos um guacamole, para prato principal foi uns Ovos Quentes (muito bons, cozidos mas com a gema liquida ainda, com spaghetti integral, cogumelos, espargos, rúcula e parmesão. Recomendo vivamente!) Também para prato principal foi um Poke de Salmon on Black (base de arroz preto, com salmão, pepino, abacate, edamame e ovas de Tobiko. Muito, muito bom, o arroz preto é maravilhoso e as ovas dão um toque crocante muito agradável!). Para sobremesa foi uma tarte de maçã com tâmaras que nem consigo bem explicar de tão bom que estava! Em suma, foi uma experiência muito boa, num ambiente informal com comidinha bem saudavel! Com certeza a repetir!

Good quality, healthy options. Pleasant restaurant. Prices are 10-15 euros per dish. Nice range of options including for vegetarians. Poke bowl type options. Fresh juices. I had two meals here and both were good. Service is also good.

Great vegan and vegetarian choices, very tasty food and friendly service. Even though we hadn't reserved a table they managed to find a solution for us which was very nice! In the pictures: beetroot pancakes with peanut butter, integral spaghetti with eggs & pesto, black bean burger and almond tart with caramel. Everything was fantastic! :-)

Absolutely delicious! I got the paprika tofu and baby carrots with hummus. I was so pleasantly surprised at the huge portion of not only baby carrots but baby celery sticks too & the huge tub of really yummy hummus with a tasty sesame seed and aromatic oil garnish. Such great value for money. Delicious, healthy, fresh food with great vegan options! They don’t do any drinks through delivery though... I think they should add water & kombucha to the Uber eats menu :)

A comida é sempre deliciosa, com tarefa difícil de escolher pratos novos quando voltamos ou de repetir os que já adoramos.!??! O serviço é sempre simpático, atencioso, descontraído.
Têm muita variedade de pratos e fazem com alguma frequência variações e "upgrades" no menu que tendem a ser para melhor também.

Super upsetting experience. I got a taxi especially here as I'd been on retreat and was very excited to eat well. Food took 25 mins to come and then when it did it wasn't what i was expecting at all so i asked to change it. The owner refused and said they would call the police unless i paid. I obviously paid because I'm a super decent person but i basically paid for a lunch i couldn't eat and left hungry. Literally worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
Just a shame.

I feel a little bit mean only giving 4 stars but the execution of some dishes wasn't quite right. We did back-to-back dinner and breakfast.
The flat whites were a passable latte but certainly not short enough to be flat white.
My salmon and eggs was great (if a little big, even for a big eater like me- must have used at least one whole avocado) .. my partner's avocado and tomatos not so great, stone cold tomatos out the fridge ... should have used roasted ones and not cold with hot poached egg.
The dinner of fish and black rice was excellent, my partner's turmeric chicken & cous cous was tasty but just missed the mark, being a little dry, needing another element to pull together .
Strawberry lemonade... Lacked any sweetness and was too sharp , albeit refreshing.
The mouse was great, yet the hazlenut and cocoa cake was a little weird ... seemed massively under cooked to me and would have been better using the same macadamia crust used on the mouse. ...... anyway just a few great things and a few not so great ......and wouldn't hesitate in recommending

La comida estaba buena, muchas opciones veganas/vegetarianas, comimos en plan buffet, comías lo que querías, más bebida (una especie de limonada casera muy rica), postres y café, todo 34 euros (2 personas), me pareció un poco excesivo pero bueno, dado a que comes lo que quieres y la zona que está cerca de zona turística, no está del todo mal, los postres riquísimos. Recomiendo visita.

Sou um cliente habitual , e eu compreendo que hoje estavam cheios e era só com reserva, mas a maneira que me foi dito em frente aos outros que não há mesa para mim envergonhou-me, há formas educadas de explicar as pessoas que têm que aguardar. Sou cliente há 5 anos, trago muita gente comigo, amigos e família, mas por causa desta atitude nunca mais vou voltar.

Die Poke-Bowls schmecken hervorragend. Die Zutaten sind frisch, qualitativ hochwertig und die Portionen angemessen. Eine echte Alternative zu Sushi. Der Service ist flott und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Den Weißwein Vale de Eguas kann ich nicht empfehlen, er steht auch nicht auf der Karte. Besser man trinkt alkoholfreie Getränke, Bier oder Cocktails.

Lady which took our order was super nice and helpful, food was AMAZINGGGG, the best treat we had during our entire stay in Portugal (11 days). I had Poached Eggs on Avocado Toast, I never had so much avocado which I was happy about, Hummus was soft and tasty. Acai bowl very good fresh and sweet fruits.

Questo posto è davvero meraviglioso, con 17€ a testa, più della media del Portogallo, è possibile mangiare ogni cosa nel buffet che comprende insalate, tacos, verdure di ogni tipo e anche dolci e frutta. Ho provato tutto e non ho trovato nulla di negativo. Lo consiglio a chiunque

Fresh ingredients are used, most likely from the food market just below it! The salmon was the best I’ve ever tried and the chia bowl was lovely. Also the pink latte is a must try!

The place fell into the “healthy = tasteless” trap. Food is ok, but too plain. Why not add spices to your boiled salmon? Why not add a healthy sauce to your quinoa?

Love this place. Went twice on my four day trip in Cascais. Delicious, healthy food, all reasonably price, and very friendly and helpful staff. Went with my 10 month old and they were very accommodating (and had a high chair too). Highly recommend.

Amazing food choices for all (vegetarian, vegan, omnivore) and a very big variety for breakfast and brunch choices. Although service is quite slow. Coffee came last for us, after all the food and after 40 minutes.

Situé à l'intérieur de l'ancien marché couvert de Cascais, ce restaurant tient fidèlement sa promesse en proposant un large choix de plats végétariens, vegan ou sans gluten à des prix tout à fait raisonnables (des plats de viandes et de poissons sont également à la carte).
Je recommande particulièrement le hamburger aux haricots noirs servi avec du guacamole et du maïs. Un festival de couleur et un vrai délice !
La qualité du service est excellent : rapide et chaleureux. Une adresse qui vaut vraiment le détour !
