They will ask the features and location of the House/Apartment that we want to buy/rent. After some days, they will match the criteria and inform us to visit the place. The workers are very energetic, polite and sincere. Most of them can speak English very well. If we do not have time to find the place, this is the best place where we need to visit. Although this is a growing business in Sintra, it has some bad aspects too. In some cases, the agency can not fulfill the customer´s attention. And they need at least one Guaranteed Citizen to rent House. I have no idea how the Customer will manage to find those Citizen here in rush hours.
