This is the phone I lost on a TAP flight which was in Groundforce's possession. They refused to ship the phone back, or even prepare for delivery (so I could have UPS retrieve it). I managed to have a colleague on holiday in the area, so had to prove in triplicate my identify, then his own. I'll never understand the terrible customer service, unfriendly nature of the staff, and general horrible attitude displaced by Neilo Pires and his staff.

O serviço de atendimento no tratamento de bagagens perdidas é péssimo. Não existe diferenciação de senhas para os serviços. Para simplesmente recolher a bagagens (já tínhamos tudo preenchido e a bagagem já tinha sido localizada), foi necessário esperar 2h30 porque a senha é a mesma das pessoas que vão reclamar a bagagem perdida.

They can‘t deliver lost baggages. Communication is absolutely frustrating... Our baggages arrived in Lisboa one flight after us (from Munich) but then got lost. This company is a completely Desaster

3 horas para me confirmarem se tinha deixado a carteira no avião ou não, aparentemente estão dependentes das senhoras da limpeza para dar uma resposta ao passageiro, e aparentemente não existe um unico recurso da unidade Lost & Found no aeroporto de Lisboa que possa verificar este tipo de situações.

Very bad customer service regarding delivery of delayed luggage. If you miss the call from the airport (one call per day) they don't deliver you bag and you will have to wait 24 hours and try to catch the second call to get your bag delivered. It is also impossible to call back.

91 pasengers were abandoned to the airport. Sick older people was abandoned all night without your medication, also families with babies. By night I asked the airport staff for help for a sick older lady and nobody was able to help me. I hope that in the future they can improve the behavior and professionalism of their team and that no one else receives this bad treatment.

Esta supuesta empresa de servicio no tiene ningún servicio. A sus empleados les faltan mínima empatía hacía sus clientes. No tienen ganas de trabajar ni mínima inteligencia ni hay alguien los controle. Lo único que causan es desprecio de tiempo.

Servizio pessimo in cooperazione con KLM. Il bagaglio è arrivato con il volo successivo ma dopo 30 ore non lo hanno ancora consegnato. Rimpallano la colpa alla compagnia responsabile del trasporto ma i documenti sono stati fatti da loro e al desck si sono assunti loro la responsabilità della consegna presso l'hotel!

Absolute Katastrophe. Wir haben die Reisepässe an Bord eines TAP Fluges vergessen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Dokumente in irgendeiner Form nachzureichen oder an die Fluglinie zu retournieren. 2 Abholversuche durch einen Kurierdienst scheiterten, da die Kollegen von den schriftlich vereinbarten Abholmodalitäten nichts wußten, bzw. die Pässe vor dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt an die Lost&Found Abteilung der Flughafenpolizei weitergegeben wurden. Ins Summe etwa 20 Mail, Telefonate 2* Portospesen für den Kurierdienst. So geht Kundenservice definitiv nicht. --- Total disaster. We forgot our passports on a TAP flight. There is no way to submit the documents in any form or to return them to the airline. 2 Collection attempts by a courier service failed because colleagues were unaware of the collection arrangements agreed in writing or the passports were passed on to the Lost&Found department of the airport police before the agreed time. In total about 20 mail, phone calls 2* postage expenses for the courier service. This is definitely not how customer service works.

Incompetentes, no dan NINGUNA solución. Perdida de tiempo y de dinero. Gracias groundforce por no hacer vuestro trabajo. Gracias a vosotros he perdido mi equipaje. Experiencia increíble. Incompetents, they don't provide any solution. Lost my time and NY money. Thanks to Groundforce for not doing your job. Thanks to you I have lost my luggage. Amazing experience.
