Spectacular view, service really slow, ran out of beer. Really beautiful scenery on a hot sunny day. The staff seemed overwhelmed, took a long time to take our order, waited to learn the beer tap was dead, then mixed drinks took longer. Tapas arrived in series, and had cooled off. One went to the wrong table. Wait staff was very friendly, but missed a second order because we were afraid to wait any longer.
If you are going to charge 11 Euro for a cocktail, you should move everything a lit faster.

Dou 2* apenas porque os empregados foram simpáticos e pela vista que o restaurante tem. A sangria não tinha Pingo de álcool. Há mais gelo que bebida... Tanto que 2L Deu apenas para 3 copos daqueles de vinho branco (éramos 3 pessoas).
Muito tempo de espera... Pouca variedade e é caro para aquilo que é. Restaurante só para turistas!

Malgré un temps maussade, ce roof-top est idéalement placé et offre une vue magnifique sur Lisbonne. L’accueil des serveurs, la présentation des plats et surtout la qualité de ces derniers étaient au rendez-vous. Très bonne adresse !

Enjoying a city break here in Lisbon. Our hotel the Monte Belvedere is a fantastic little hotel set in an easy access area to all the local tourist sites. All within walking distance. Staff are friendly and specialists in customer care. Local knowledge is first class and are always on hand to make your stay enjoyable. Great service, professional staff and fantastic local produced food set to a high standard from Madame Petisca . 5 from me Mark Reilly

Lors de notre arrivé ils bous ont demandes d'attendre 1 heure ce qui allait pour nous. À notre retour, ils nous ont installés derrière avec la climatisation et isolé de tous. Après 15 minutes d'attente nous sommes allés demandé si quelqu'un viendrait nous servir. Ils nous ont dit qu'ils viendraient tout de suite. Après un autre 5 minutes d'attente donc en tout 1h20, nous sommes partis sans excuse de leur part. Innacceptable.

Have been here a couple of times and I will keep coming many times. Simple but great pesticos, the sparkling sangria is worth every drop, nice view over ponte 25 abril and rio Tejo. Good moment done right.

Horrible horrible experience. Tried coming to this place on two different occasions and were turned off by the rudest and unfriendilest hostess ever.
First time we tried was on a Saturday and were told that no reservations no service. We understood it was a Saturday and everywhere was busy, especially sunset hour on a rooftop, but the manner in which she spoke was just plain of disgust and not very accommodating and then ignored us. Probably shouldn't have come back again, but we did because our friend said it was a pretty good view up there.
Our second time was on our last day. We tried beating the rush, getting there before sunset hour, and again the same rude and unfriendly hostess greeted us. This time it was fairly empty up there and we asked for a seat outside, which we saw plenty of and two groups had just left, but to no avail. She sat us at the furthest table from outside as possible, with an empty place, and as the two groups left, we asked if we could go outside and she ignored us. We were there for 10 minutes and no one came up to us. There was a group of 4 guys all with empty drinks since, and probably before we got there, that weren't being tended to. Mind you, there was maybe 12-15 people in the whole place with 2-3 staff.
Overall, not a very pleasant experience. We left without anyone coming up to us. Do not recommend coming here as there are many many many better options in this busy city.

Beautiful tranquil place. I'd highly recommend the lunchtime deal, great food, very good value for money and a view to die for! I recommend this place to all my friends that go to Lisbon, and to walk to 5 minutes to PARK Bar for a drink afterwards into of the car park roof.

Os petiscos são bons e variados. Por recomendação de uma colaboradora experimentamos o petisco do dia - a bowl que está nas fotos - e foi uma ótima recomendação.

Madame Petisca is the best terrace in the Adamastor miradouro, where Noobai used to take the prize, back when it had nice service and alternative love cooked creations, but now the place has been taken with tuna tataki, octopus on sweet potato and croquettes of Alheira. Therefore what was there to offer in exotic healthy flavours now has become more Portuguese and that is always a suitable proposal, specially for foreigners looking forward to try what's local.

No dia em que visitei este restaurante de tapas, tínhamos uma mesa reservada parra 15 pessoas.
Quando estávamos os 15 sentados à mesa, já com bebidas pedidas e consumidas, informaram-me que não havia pão!
Expliquem: restaurante de tapas sem pão?! Uma reserva de 15 pessoas e não têm pão?
Conclusão: levantamo-nos e fomos comer a outro restaurante!

Espaço muito simpático e com uma grande vista para o rio Tejo. A comida é muito boa e como são pequenas quantidades dá para partilhar quando se vai em grupo. Ideal para quem vem de visita a Lisboa. Só tenho pena que fique escondido. Os preços também são um pouco altos

Dreadful doesn’t even begin to describe the dining experience we had at Madame Petisca. I have eaten at restaurants all over the world, and have never had a worse experience. Firsty the service, it’s a lovely place with lovely views from the terrace so was looking forward to the evening. After being seated at the table we waited 20 mins before being asked if we wanted a drink. Another 15 minutes later we had to ask again can we have our bottle of wine we ordered. 10 minutes later it arrived. Wine was ok, but even with the dreadful start I was still hopeful the food would be fine. How wrong could I be, the prawns I ordered arrived 10 mins later and were over cooked, but compared to what was to come, the prawns must have been them cooking at their best. Then , after I”d eaten the prawns one of the pork bellies arrived for my companion. Honestly this was uneatable, stone cold, brick hard and just tasted of vinegar. The 2nd one hadn’t arrived at this time, I had to ask was this a cold dish, when we complained, after a while the 2nd one arrived also cold. but not quite so bitter, When we called the waiter ( “ called the waiter” sounds like that was an easy task, but it took several attempts to even get their attention) and showed him they were cold, We were.asked if we would like new ones, which we agreed to, although by this time I was loosing the will to live. They came back and it was the same 2 dishes heated in the microwave, one just tasting of vinegar and the other not so much so, and just brick hard. Our complaints were just dismissed and they never charged for “one” of the pork bellies. 38 Euro for a bottle of wine and half a dozen overcooked prawns. The words previously seem like a rant, but I can’t think of enough words to describe how bad the whole experience was. THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER.

Malgré une jolie vue sur Lisbonne et le Tage, beaucoup de points négatifs sont à relever sur sur restaurant des hauteurs de la ville.
Le service est très lent. Malgré le peu de monde présent, nous avons attendu près de 40 minutes pour avoir nos plats. On ne nous a pas servi d'eau. Les plats étaient très chers (au vu des prix habituels à Lisbonne) et les portions minuscule. Déception particulière pour les "cannellonis" de courgette carbonisés et minuscules. Nous sommes sortis de cet établissement avec une très grande déception au vu des avis précédents.

Cadre magnifique. Serveurs accueillants (merci Pedro). Les plats sont très bons mais j'ai été déçue par le plat d'avocat, pêche... J'ai longtemps cherché les morceaux d'avocats. Mais je recommande le burger végétarien !

Service was great when we first got there! When it got a bit busier after 8pm service slowed down a bit, but I think it is more of a cultural thing where people relax and take it easy.
We got the veggie burger, bacon wrapped pork loin with potato skins, and 1 litre of Sangria. Veggie burger was good; tho it came with purple yam potato chips that didn't have any dip.. bacon wrapped pork loin was excellent and recommended. Sangria was larger than 1 litre (bonus!) but lacked quality.
View was great.

Worst Service Ever - although the view is nice, it is not worth the headache. My husband paid for two cocktails while we waited for a table and when he paid, the staff fleeced him for 10euros when they gave him back his change. We didn't wait very long but tons of tables were dirty while families waited in line. We ordered a cocktail and a glass for wine with two tapas. We only received one tapa. To be fair, the avocado salad was good but my poor husband waited for a meal that never came. I had to go up to the bar to get the bill and pay it. They tried to include the tapa we did not receive. The other negative reviews are also true.

Huge disappointment. Waited 1.5 hours for last table. Kitchen was clearly not happy to be serving us (we watched an uncomfortable staff argument and then were finally seated). All four dishes came out luke warm and barely reheated. Nothing was prepared fresh for us.
If you must go, enjoy the lovely view, order a drink and don’t be the last table seated. The staff just can’t be bothered.

Unreliable. Food cold or half done. Small portions. Distracted staff. Saw lots of fighting between waiters. Weird. Come for the view. Have a drink but dont eat. Be prepared to wait. We also waited while tables sat dirty. Portions are tiny. Pork cooked in oil used to fry fish. Not great.

On est venu pour profiter de la vue depuis le toit terrasse. Le resto se la joue branché/tendance/cool avec des chaises rouillées et des prix exorbitants pour les quantités. Le cannelloni d'aubergine était complètement cramé, le boeuf en sauce avait un goût de vinaigre... le porc en sauce était super bon mais il y en avait si peu. Les différent tapas étaient servis à plus de 30min d'écart, alors qu'avec des tapas, ce qu'on veut c'est partager ! donc avoir tout servi en même temps ! là non. On a vu d'autres français annuler leurs derniers plats parcequ'ils n'en pouvaient plus d'attendre.
La clim à l'intérieur est assassine.
Et surtout, l'acoustique est tellement bruyante que ça en est très désagréable.
We came to enjoy the view from the rooftop. The restaurant plays it hipster/wannabe with its rusted chair and high prices. The eggplant cannelloni was totally burned, the beef tasted like vinegar... the pork was very good, but the quantity was so small... You have to wait at least 30min between your tapas which is a shame cause the concept of tapas is sharing... We saw other people cancelling their order cause they were tired of waiting.
The AC inside is so strong it can make you sick.
And, above all, the acoustic inside is so loud that it really gets on your nerve.

Absolutely fabulous!!! The view in incredible,the food is delicious, the staff are all friendly despite the large crowds impatient (rightly so) to get in! I highly recommend it, although do not forget to book as it gets busy very quickly!

Maleducazione impeccabile. Siamo rimasti in attesa di un tavolo e di uno sguardo da parte dei camerieri che passavano schivandoci come fossimo fantasmi per circa 15 minuti. La sala era mezza vuota, non era un momento di lavoro congestionato. Siamo andati via abbastanza seccati e non siamo stati gli unici: due inglesi hanno resistito meno di noi.

100% recomendable, tienen un servicio esquisto,calidad de comida y unas vistas increíbles .ofrecen un buen trato y tratan de satisfacción a cualquier cliente , yo quería una mesa fuera para disfrutar de las vistas y me la reservaron aún que claro espere un poquito .
Tienen una carta bastante limitada pero esto es lo que me gusta de los restaurantes con carta limitada porque es limitada pero es calidad . Yo seré uno que volver seguro ...

lovely view and location but really really bad service. staff just seemed liked they didn’t want to be there and didn’t care if you were there. several tables not cleared after guests left. had to repeat requests for orders and the cheque. something really wrong with the staffing here. i hope they fix it - then it will be a lovely spot.

Bastante cómodo y desayuno muy completo el único inconveniente es que si llegas andando es horrible la cuesta arriba que tiene vete preparado. Para comer y cenar esta bien pero es caro. Muy recomendable la hamburguesa de tofu, color azul.

Sitio acogedor con buena terraza. El personal es muy atento y te invitan a una bebida si te alojas en uno de los 7 hoteles que tienen en Lisboa. La comida está bien presentada aunque resulta caro quedar saciado. También cuentan con carta de cócteles.

Located next to Santa Catarina viewpoint. It's a great place to drink and eat something with amazing views to the bridge.

Bonne expérience dans ce restaurant mais beaucoup de points à revoir.
Je met 4 pour la gentillesse des serveurs et pour le cadre mais pour ce que nous avons mangé.
Le tempura de légumes n'a vraiment aucun intérêt, la friture est de mauvaise qualité pour sûr. Nous avons aussi un peu attendu mais nous avons eu une table en peu de temps. Réservation obligatoire !
Le service n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur du cadre. Ils étaient aimables et souriants mais pas assez réactifs. Nous avons attendu pour avoir la carte 40min, une fois les plats commandés encore 40 min d'attente. Une table de deux personnes sont arrivés après nous et elles avaient déjà fini leur plat quand on attendait les nôtres.
Les prix sont abordables mais il faut bien sélectionner ce que l'on prend.
Les vins en revanche sont très accessibles.
Bonne expérience tout de même mais j'avais plus d'espoir dans ce restaurant.

This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately misses the mark on numerous key aspects. We arrived and were ignored for about 10 minutes despite seeing multiple empty unreserved tables. Once we were finally seated our drinks order nor a glass of water or anything was provided or asked for another 15-20 minutes. We finally ordered, food came. Food did not seem fresh, uninspiring given the price tag and mostly over cooked. We were never asked how anything was nor our waters or anything topped up. Our plates were not cleared even after we paid the bill, and we observed multiple tables where dirty dishes were not cleared and even one table who walked up to the counter and grabbed their own menus after being seated and not given a menu. The venue is nice and the view is lovely but lighting is poor (invest in some mood lighting, or a candle for the table perhaps?) and they were playing the radio loudly over poor speakers. The staff are so lazy, not very friendly and just overall don’t appear professional or good at their jobs. There was a queue most of the evening despite free tables (that just needed cleaning), but plenty of staff. If I was management I’d sack all the staff and start again. Again - loads of potential but for the price very poor value. Take your money elsewhere.

This place is situated at the top floor of a 3-story walk-up. There is an elevator for those who can’t handle the stairs. The dish of the day, duck empanadas were delicious. The salmon salad, the avocado and peach salad, the lamb wrapped in bacon, and veggie burger was delicious. Personally I’m a little salt and sugar sensitive so the mojitos were a little sweet for me and some dishes a little salty, thus the four stars (would have said 4.7 just not sure how to do that here). The restaurant accommodated our group of 14 rather quickly. Service was excellent! Segues team Luis, Hugo, and Pedro were great!

Wouldn’t seat us due to us being tourists and not staying at their hostel, extremely childish and annoying
to emphasize how unprofessional they are: they claimed that they couldn’t seat us outside due to it “raining” despite it not having rained for hours at that point. It was clear they were lying to us and simply didn’t want to deal with us and it is honestly just embarrassing that a restaurant would allow staff to lie to us and treat us like trash when all we wanted to do was give them our money. We went to a different tapas place a block away — Noobai — and were immediately seated and served some delicious food and drinks. Please, take your service elsewhere. They are a**holes here

Super Rooftop ! La vue est splendide, cadre intimiste, rapport qualité prix excellent (même si cela reste un peu plus cher que la moyenne, cela se vaut largement)!!! Nous avons été bluffés par la qualité des produits, les serveurs sont très agréables et attentionnés ! N'hésitez pas une seconde !
Nous en avons eu pour 63€ (pourboire compris) à deux avec des tapas et une grande planche de fromages et charcuteries et 1L de sangria !

Abgesehen von der Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist der Laden nicht zu empfehlen.
Der Service ist dermaßen schlecht und inkompetent und kann nicht mal Tee richtig empfehlen. Der frisch gepresste Orangensaft ist mit Wasser verlängert, das Essen ist schlecht und überteuert, die Rechnung falsch. Cocktails sind schlecht , lieblos gemixt, ohne jegliche Dekoration. Der laden ist laut und ungemütlich. Nie, nie wieder.

Really great views with a casual but nice vibe... The sangria is amazing - go with the green which is a Portuguese specialty. WORST service ever experienced in my life and I'm almost 50 s years old... Almost all the table outside were free but as we don't had a reservation for outside we were supposed to stay inside... Those table stayed free for more than 2 hours! We must insist to have one.. And the service was super slow. Asked 2 times for the bill we wait for 30 min that bill. Of course you only go there for the stunning view and food who's better than the average.. I hope the manager will realise he have a diamond in his hands who just need basic and good organisation. Simple as that

We got a table immediately, but they didn't serve us for 20 minutes, although there were 5 waiters and the restaurant was almost empty!
We got caught by the happy hour sign(2 cocktails for the price of one) and the waitress told us how to get the second one for free - but after bringing the first one she told us, there is no happy hour on the weekend - after confronting her she told us, she can't do nothing about it and didn't offer a compromise - so 1 star for that!

J'avais longtemps hésité au vu des avis très mitigés. Mais après avoir regardé leur menu et leur page Instagram, nous nous lançons. Restaurant en rooftop à côté d'un jolie point de vue. 7ème étage d un bâtiment traditionnel avec ascenseur. On nous accueille avec le sourire et on nous installe en terrasse. Pour le déjeuner, je prends une formule lunch (15euros) soupe + plat + boisson + dessert, mon compagnon à lui choisi à la carte. Les prix sont correctes, on travaille votre nourriture et j ai trouvé ça excellent. La sangria est divine. Merci.

Great service, and great food. Madame Petisca is a hidden gem in the Miradouro de Santa Catarina area. The Miradouro was undergoing some renovation works, so Madame Petisca's rooftop restaurant and lounge was a great option for enjoying the views.
The service was simply outstanding, the waiters and waitresses were very nice and worked fast and professionally.
All in all a great restaurant.
PD: You have to try the octopus carpaccio and the alheria. They're great!

de la dinette en roof top...
ce restaurant nous a été conseillé lors de notre séjour à Lisbonne et nous étions très curieux de découvrir cet endroit
le restaurant est en roof top qui donne sur le pont du 25 avril, une belle vue.
L'ambiance y est très branchée avec une déco assez tendance .
Au niveau de la cuisine ne vous attendez pas à une cuisine locale mais plutôt à des créations sur le principe du partage de plat
En allant dans ce restaurant vous serez plus dans un lounge a picorer que dans un restaurant pour dîner.
Concernant l'addition...elle sera un peu trop salée.

Ich bin ein moderater Mensch und der eine oder andere hat sicherlich auch schon andere Rezensionen von mir gelesen. Ich habe Verständnis für vieles, was in der Gastro so passiert. Aber das ist unterirdisch. Dieser Laden ist der unorganisierteste, den ich je in Lissabon erlebt habe. Ich mag gar nicht anfangen zu schreiben. 30 Minuten warten, bis es einen Tisch gibt. OK. Ist nicht ungewöhnlich. Wenn man nicht reserviert hat. Aber 40 Minuten bis zum ersten Getränk und letztendlich 120 Minuten bis ein Teil des bestellten (nur kalte Tapas) auf dem Tisch stehen, geht gar nicht. Absolute Katastrophe. Den Stern gibt es nur für die Aussicht. Liebe Freunde der Shiadu Hotels. Hört bitte auf, diesen Laden zu empfehlen. Das schadet Euch. Und heute bin ich nicht „lustig@ sondern mega genervt.
Kleiner Nachtrag: Nachdem wir beim Erhalten der Rechnung (die auch nicht korrekt war) sehr deutlich zu verstehen gegeben haben, dass das alles wirklich schlecht war (foi muito mal, sério) wurde uns die gesamte Rechnung mit Entschuldigung erlassen. Das war sehr anständig und auch glaubwürdig. Ich erhöhe daher auf 2 Sterne.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est... La vue est belle mais vous trouvez aussi bien sur le miradouro juste à côté. Les plats n'ont rien d'exceptionnel. Dommage.

Consigliato dal concierge del nostro albergo è si è rlevato un super suggerimento, in 5 giorni di girovagare in Portogallo, dove abbiamo mangiato bene ovunque, Madame Petisca si posiziona al n.1.
n.1 La posizione, le fotografie parlano da sole. Mangiare con un panorama del genere per di più al tramonto….. semplicemente spettacolare.
n.2 Staff perfetto !!! Preparato e disponibile
n.3 Cibo Ottimo!!! Non ricordo i nomi dei piatti, ma le foto sono esplicative.
n.3 Costo …..5 piatti, 3 birre, 2 calici di vino e una bottiglia d’acqua €.89,00.
Qualità prezzo e posizione rendono il Madame Petisca un gran bel posto.
Se torno a Lisbona, una cena è assicurata.

Views and space are one of the best we have seen. Drinks and food are standard flare with some variety. Service is European slow — which was nice given we didn’t feel pushed out for sunset.

The big river view from the rooftop amazes its guests along with the tapas-like small dishes they serve. I specifically enjoyed Vinho Verde they had.

Ein kleiner Geheimtipp ist dieses Restaurant, denn es ist nicht so leicht zu finden. Es befindet sich auf dem Dach eines kleinen Hotels. Wer würde vermuten, dass dort oben hinter einer unscheinbaren Tür wahre Köstlichkeiten auf Geniesser warten. Kleine Portionen zum Teilen bringen die portugiesische Küche an dem Gaumen. Doch die Gaumenfreuden sind nicht der einzige Grund, warum dieses Restaurant Stammgäste besitzt. Es erlaubt einen märchenhaften Ausblick über Lissabon, der verzaubert und zahllose Fotomotive bietet.

Nice views, share plates, prawns were very good. Tempura vegetables were fresh but i have had better tempura batter. Service was good and the place had a nice vibe. Wine was well priced.
