The place itself might not have the most modern machines, but what it has is enough to get the job done and the staff more than makes up for it in helpfulness. Also the price is a steal, a small fee is paid the first time you sign up but that's it, no need to pay in advance and you can cancel whenever.

Super nice and helpful staff, always with a smile:) Machines are great, good rack of weights. Also, it's not a very busy gym, you don't need to wait to use the machines, as there several options. Bathrooms clean and in excellent conditions. If you are looking for a gym in Almada, go for this one.
