I have had nothing but good experiences. If I have a question, I send an e-mail and have always received a response within 24 hours. They have kept me informed of changes along the way, what is needed, what to expect. Also, when I sent my passport in to avoid the extra cost of using a copy, they returned it the same day they received it. These people are experts in the service they provide. The best thing was the congratulatory e-mail "You are officially a Portuguese Citizen". I have 5 cousins also going through the process based on my experience.
