Muito limpo, funcionárias simpáticas, mas a localização é desagradável com muitas pessoas a consumir drogas em frente.

Doppelzimmer Deluxe mit eigenem Bad ist sauber und geräumig. Wenn auch sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Lage zur Metro ist super. Zum Cais do Sodré sind es 30 min zu Fuß. Aber es liegt in einer sehr heruntergekommenen Seitenstraße und das Zimmer war direkt zur Straße hin. Direkt gegenüber ist ein "Club" mit sehr lauter Musik und vielen Leuten auf der Straße. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer auch sehr hellhörig. Bspw hört man die Klingel oder das Gemeinschaftsbad. Das spartanische Frühstück haben wir abgewählt und gehen außerhalb lecker frühstücken. Personal sehr nett.

Excellent place to stay in old town Lisbon. Clean anf friendly staff. We had some good laughs. We would definitely stay here again.

Un hotel très bien situé prés de la bouche de metro Intendente. Des locaux neufs et dune propreté impeccable. Un personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour, je reccomande !

Tanto la calle como el edificio donde se ubica el hotel nos pareció inseguro ya que es un lugar frecuentado por personas marginales por droga y alcoholismo tanto por el día y más intenso por la noche. El propio taxista que nos llevó nos recomendó que cambiáramos de hotel. Y no es que hubiera algunas personas aisladas, al contrario eran grupos numerosos Es una de las calles según nos confirmó al policía que era muy conflictiva por la droga y se ven todo tipo de espectáculos desagradables. No obstante, ya en el interior del hotel, si tenemos que decir que el personal fue muy amable y profesional con nosotros y entendieron nuestra decisión de anular nuestro alojamiento. Lo que pudimos ver del hotel aunque sencillo estaba muy limpio y organizado.

Well the actual guest house is nice. The people are kind, the breakfast (if you ordered one) comes puntual and is filling. The rooms where clean and the bed is really comfortable. The issue for us was everything around the guesthouse. The building it is in, is really shabby, we though we might not be in the right place once we arrived. Outside is really loud (up until around 11 at night) and the street the building is in, is really horrible. We hope what is in front of it is just a terrible club... I certainly had potential to be something way more terrible.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I thought I had reserved a room with a private bathroom but once I got there it was a shared bathroom room. The staff worked with me to resolve it quickly, and got me a room with a private bathroom for my stay. The breakfast was good, enough to start the day. The only con for this hotel is the location, unfortunately there is a club or something across the street where a lot of sketchy activities were happening, good thing the police station was about two blocks away. Overall good hotels and very affordable.

Sitio encantador, las habitaciones muy bien, todo muy limpio. Te traen el desayuno a la habitación y es tan copioso que no te lo terminas. Los anfitriones encantadores.

Also ich war sehr überrascht als der Taxifahrer sagte, wir wären da. Die Lage ist zwar aufgrund der U Bahn-Nähe ganz gut. Aber das Viertel bietet jetzt keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Jeden Abend waren haufen dunkle Gestalten auf der Straße und haben rumgebrüllt. Außerdem war die Frühstückssituation schlecht. Ich hatte mir erhofft das es einen Frühstücksraum gibt. Stattdessen gab es ein Tablett in s Zimmer und da hat man es essen müssen - also gemütlich war das nicht. Zimmer waren sauber und Personal war sehr nett. Trotzdem war ich nicht so zufrieden wie ich es erwartet habe oder der Rezensionen entspricht

Everything was really as described, only the sound isolation is really low. The doors are old and there is a lot of space between the door and frame. There is also huge gap between floor and doors which also doesn't help with light and sound noise. The team is nice and friendly and the place is clean. Thumbs up.

Habitacion impecable y bien equipada. El personal muy amable y predispuesto a recomendar visitas y recorridos. Nos recibieron con una copa de vino de Porto, tambien en la habitacion habia agua mineral de cortesia. El desayuno es en la habitacion y te consultan el horario y la eleccion del menu. Barrio tranquilo y seguro.
A media cuadra de la linea de metro que va directo al centro o a el aeropuerto a traves de una combinacion.

L hotel est très bien et très bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant et très gentil. Hélas un gros problème d insonorisation aussi bien avec le bruit de la rue (bar en face )que de l étage au dessus. N'oublier pas les boules Quies

Das Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen, sauber, freundliches Personal, das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Frühstück war gut und mann hat das um die gewünschte Uhrzeit aufs Zimmer bekommen. Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, Metro ganz in der Nähe und zum Fuß ist es 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Empfehlenswert!!!!

El alojamiento esta genial. Las habitaciones reformadas y muy amplias. Lo único malo por señalar algo, es la escalera tan estrecha que conecta con el segundo piso. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Hotel situé 200 m du métro. Se rendre en 10 mn vers le centre historique de Lisbonne. La chambre (202) est spacieuse avec une salle de bain bien équipée. Il faut préciser que cette guesthouse à été refaite à neuf . Le petit déjeuner est apporté dans la chambre. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.Depuis la rue laccès est sécurisé par vidéophone . Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Un excellent accueil, les chambres sont très bien. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en attendant la navette pour l'aéroport et attendre à l'intérieur. Avec un thé pour faire passer le temps. Très bien placé, métro juste à côté. Hotel bien sécurisé. Je le recommande.

El hostal se encuentra a tan sólo unos minutos de la estación de metro Intendente y el personal que lo atiende es muy amable; siempre hay alguien en la recepción. Una pequeña desventaja es que el lugar no cuenta con elevador.

The inside of the hotel was wonderful and the staff very kind. The hotel is on the first floor. There is no elevator and it is hard to lug a large suitcase up the stairs. The staff were nothing short of wonderful. The breakfasts were generous. The ground floor lobby (shared by the entire building And not the hotel’s alone) smells strongly of cat pee. The street outside the hotel is host to drunks and open drug dealing and use, but these people do not bother the public or impede you in any way. Took a day or so before I felt safe immediately outside the hotel. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is very good and I have no complaints other than the exterior location. Hotel is close to subway, buses, and other attractions.

Kommt man das erste Mal an, glaubt man im Falschen Film zu sein. Direkt gegenüber chillen Obdachlose. Aber die lassen einen komplett in Ruhe. Es ist viel Polizei und ich habe mich nie unwohl gefühlt. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 Minuten in die Stadt. Ich wurde wieder hingehen.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und leckerer Welcomedrink (Portwein).
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ich empfehle das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Es gibt ein einfaches Frühstück welches aber ausreichend ist. Nachts relativ laut, da vor dem Hotel die Post abgeht. (Dubiose Gestalten, Alkohol und Drogen)

Das Hostel liegt sehr zentral, man geht ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt, eine U-Bahn- sowie eine Tramstation sind in wenigen Metern Entfernung. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad, die Größe war in Ordnung, es war alles sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, dafür aber einen Ventilator. Das Frühstück bekommt man aufs Zimmer. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich und das Hostel ist liebevoll eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer ist nach einer Tramstation benannt. Ja, ich muss einigen Bewertungen recht geben, es befinden sich einige zwielichtige Gestalten vor der Haustür. Allerdings lassen sie einen in Ruhe, außerdem ist die Polizei immer präsent. Ich kann das Hostel für einen Städtetrip empfehlen, wenn man für kleines Geld und trotzdem nah an der Innenstadt wohnen möchte.

The room was very small but clean, modern and the tv was great for getting distracted. It is very nice set up with the 24 hr reception, breakfast in room though there was no ac in rooms. Nice location. Close to the metro station( Though the 5 minute walk down to the property is rather steep).It might be an upcoming area for there was constant police activities in the building in front !! (Might be safer that way).

Unser Zimmer war direkt an der Straße gelegen. Es war sauber, großzügig, es gab Fernseher, Kühlschrank, das Bett war bequem. Das Frühstück konnte man zeitlich bestimmen. Wer richtig Frühstücken möchte, für die ist diese Unterkunft nicht geeignet.Ein Lidl gibt es ca. 250 m entfernt.Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.Die Metro und die Haltestelle der Electrotram ist nicht weit weg. Aus der Unterkunft raus und dann rechts hochlaufen. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und es gab frische Handtücher.

Pros: very friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms and the location is a short walk to downtown Lisboa.Cons: this has nothing to do with the actual hotel, but the surrounding area can get little shady, however, we never experienced any issues as police patrol was always present due to high number of tourists.

Hice una reserva en el hostal pero debido a problemas familiares tuve que volver urgentemente a casa. Sin embargo, los trabajadores del hostal entendieron mi situación y aceptaron mi cancelación sin poner ningún problema. Mostraron un trato muy humano y honrado. Si vuelvo a Lisboa, iré a este hostal!

Pessoal bem informado, que trata os clientes com cordialidade. Bem hajam ,voltarei sempre que possível! A originalidade do Guesthause é um facto, que prende a atenção daqueles que realmente gostam de de coisas fora do padrão normal. Sem dúvida amei o tempo que ali habite. Parabéns! ,!
