Muito atenciosos no café da manhã, bem sortido, quartos limpos, cama Boa e chuveiro excelente. Perto do metrô Parque, linha azul. Com vários restaurantes ao redor. A corrida de taxi do aeroporto até o hotel foi bem rápida e custou menos de €10,00. O metrô de Lisboa vai até o aeroporto.

Die Hotelzimmer sind eher klein gehalten, ebenso die Better. Die Terasse unseres Zimmer war fast grösser als der Raum selbst. Die Klimaanlage machte einen riesigen Lärm.
Generell kann man sagen, die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten und nichts für Leute mit höheren Anforderungen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht viel mehr Wert als die verlangten 10€.
Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ zentral und doch an ruhiger Lage.

Hotel Avenida Park has a great location, close to the Parque and Sao Sabastiao Metro stops and the El Corte Ingles department store. It is not difficult to walk to the center of Lisbon. And it is closer to the airport than many other hotels. The hotel itself is well maintained and very clean.

We were disappointed with our stay at The Avenida Park Hotel. Firstly the staff were not very friendly or efficient. We asked twice for a bulb for our bathroom mirror before we gave up. The staff cleaning the rooms communicated by shouting up and down the stairwell from right outside our room waking us up earlier than we had planned.

False advertising saying free parking! Nah there are only 5 very very small off street parking spots available in front of the hotel which are filled out so quickly. Thankfully we arrived very early 2pm and managed to get a tiny spot. Please don’t park in the opposite street as they are restricted to local residents. Parking ticket is $30!
Room was not clean and the trash bin was forgotten to clean out.

Honteux ! L'entrer de l'hôtel est belle et propre ce qui engage que du bon, au premier moment où on ouvre la porte on voit des moucheron tellement gros qu'ils mon crû êtres des mouches au premiers abord. Ensuite les meuble ! Ma grand mère a plus moderne, une literie à ressort qui est juste horrible. Mais le pire c'est le moment de se laver les joints de la douche sont juste indescriptible ils ce décolle pour laisser apparaître une crasse noire et le carrelages est dans un état sa en est limite drôle. Les robinetterie sont pleines de calcaires et on perdu leurs couleurs. Mais il y a aussi le fameux moment où il est l'heure de dormir et c'est avec grand regret pour mon repos que je me suis rendu compte que les chambres sont très très très mal insonorisé. Mais je parle pas du petit ebat de couple à faire rire, non ! Je suis tomber sur le seul mec qui déplace des meubles à minuit passé. Bref un cauchemar et une honte de la part du service d'hôtel qui ose mettre trois étoiles sur leurs devanture. Bref le petit déjeuner j'ai pas encore pu le tester vu que c'est mon premier soir et que je suis entrain d'écrire ce commentaire en direct de la chambre dans laquelle je ne peut pas dormir à cause d'un voisin à la c**. Sur ce un conseil : évitez à tout prix.

The hotel location is nice near the metro station so easy access for public transport. The park across the street is good to hangout nice atmosphere. You can walk around to see a lot of restaurants with different types of food depending on your preference. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. Although not much of choices for their buffet breakfast but it was pretty decent. The room was good it has a balcony, the only thing we didn't like was the lack of fridge. Overall we had a good experience in this hotel.

Hotel ben gestito, vicino alla metro personale gentile e disponibile.In 10 munuti massimo si possono raggiungere vari luoghi di interesse e attrazioni turistiche.Camera pulita, iservizi nella camera buoni.Insomma se dovessi dare un voto nell'insieme un bel 8.

This is a good little European hotel. Anyone expecting the rooms to be the size of an Indianopolis motel will be disappointed. But if you crave Indianapolis, why would you come to Lisbon?

Déçu de cet hôtel, la décoration de la chambre est affreuse, la salle de bain est à rénover... mais le pire c'est d entendre ronfler le voisin de la chambre d à côté, de savoir à quelle heure il prend sa douche ou encore à quelle heure il claque la porte de sa chambre ! L'ascenseur je n en parle pas il faut être confiant pour monter dedans ...
Le petit déjeuner c'est une catastrophe aucune spécialité proposée, les viennoiseries ( les 2 croissants proposés entre autre ) sont immangeables et pire même le café chocolat chaud ou jus d'orange sont inbuvables !! Merci au pain/ beurre histoire de se rassasié un peu après une très mauvaise nuit. 10€ ??? Nous avons préféré déjeuné ailleurs le lendemain pour le même prix voir moins nous avons mieux mange et surtout bu un bon café!
Nous avions une place de parking gratuite mais peu de disponible heureusement que c'était hors saison.
Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel même si la situation est plutôt bonne pour visiter lisbonne.

Établissements mérite pas ses étoiles. En particulier LA réceptionniste qui ne parle pas Anglais. Les mobiliers ont fait leur temps. La salle de bain en piteuse état. Il est presque impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner. Les tables sont réservées par des personnes qui ne mangent pas tout de suite et cela semble très NORMAL et on vous invite à manger dans le jardin à l'ombre avec 14° à l'extérieur

well positioned hotel near different metro lines. The heater in our room was not working but provided us with a portable heater. The breakfast was adequate. Our room was on the 1st floor and we could hear the rumble of the metro trains!

Hotel que atendeu todas as nossa necessidades enquanto estivemos em Lisboa, num grupo 7 amigos. Serviço de quarto, atendimento na recepção (Guilherme e Bruna) e principalmente a CRIS do serviço de café da manhã. Ela foi maravilhosa conosco, inclusive uma das pessoas que estava com nosso grupo é diabética e ela prontamente nos ajudou. Nota 1000 para todos (meu nome: José Eduardo Cavalcante)

Wow !
We were there a couple weeks ago, we were treated as 5 star guests.
The hotel was a walk away from most, restaurants or the hop on hop off,and my wife's favorite, shopping!
We went with two other couples that stayed at 5 star hotels and paid twice the price and they said ....they wished they stayed at this hotel.Breakfest was filling, rooms really nice and clean,..... We'd grab a bottle of wine and cheese and go to the park across the street and have a picnic.
We'd stay at this hotel is a heart beat.

Mit Augen zudrücken 3 Sterne.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Hotel liegt Zentral. Man kann alles sehr schnell mit Metro und Bus erreichen.
Das Doppelbettzimmer ist Mini. Grade gut Platz neben dem 140cm Bett für die Nachtschränke und nur ein 50cm Kleiderschrank. Mag für ein Wochenendtripp reichen, aber nicht für längere Aufenthalte.
Das Frühstück ist allerdings ein ganz großer Minuspunkt. Es gibt eine Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Kochschinken. Und nur Kirsch- und Aprikosenmarmelade. Wobei zweiteres ruck zuck alle ist und man sich mit einer Sorte zufrieden geben muss. Kein Honig, kein Nutella, keine anderen Marmeladen. Sehr minimalistisch. Ich habe in anderen ⭐⭐⭐ Hotels unvergleichlich gut gefrühstückt.

Awful , dirty bathroom on arrival , money taken from room , no atmosphere or facilities of any standard , not central for any options- avoid if your not local ,hair found in the breakfast. Loud air conditioning. No option for a tea or coffee or general amenities. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Tv did not work in the room. The lift barely fits one person , terrible all round experience

The hotel advertises free parking, we only stayed one night to leave early in the am. Free Parking was 3-4 cars in front of the hotel...we had to wait 45 min for one employee to leave and give us his space. Additional parking was full and not free. Hotel rooms are very small and dreary, bathroom old. I would probably not stay there again. On the positive side, lobby is small but nice and breakfast area was nice. Can’t comment on breakfast bc we checked out fit an early flight. Great location.

Free parking is listed in ad and there are free places for FIVE vehicles only!. This is for the entire building!! We were never given instructions regarding these few places. We parked across the street, checked in and hauled luggage in. In the meantime, we got a 30 euro parking ticket that had to be paid while in Portugal (not online) We booked this hotel for it's free parking and close proximity to the airport so it's not working out so far.
The rooms are very musty, the bed is very hard, and bathtub is chipped through to the metal. I suggest going elsewhere

The stuff in Reception were really polite, but the first room I was offered was like a antic storage very old furniture too tiny and wasn’t on description on pictures on their website.
I had to request a new room and took my time from 10.30 to around 3pm just to clean and arrange new bedroom for me and my kids.
Was a hot day really didn’t get offered any drink.
The bathroom are exactly what I see on description are old fashion need updating, the furniture needs updating.
There is no balcony at all . The picture are fake.
Outside garden needs a huge cleaning and a bar to serve customers.
The location is in centre you can walk down 10 or 15 minutes to Rossio , the nearest metro it’s just behind the building 3 minutes away “park “station you have a lot of access to get buses or metro ,if you want train get metro to Rossio or walk down save more money.You can walk to Amoreiras shopping centre there is jumbo supermarket. If you go to Rossio there is more mini market after Rossio station.

Really disappointed with this Hotel nothing on description on pictures shows the same,bathroom needs refurbishment and new furniture needs to upgrade not Victorian or Dom Enrique times. The stuff are really nice polite helpful that is the only good thing I had except the old man maybe he is the owner he wasn’t really nice.

Estive no hotel durante o período de 10 a 17/09/2018. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Os quartos são realmente pequenos, mas aconchegantes. O serviço de limpeza é bom. O café da manhã também é bom, sem muitas opções, mas atende os padrões de 3 estrelas. Não há frigobar nos quartos e a água vendida no hotel está em temperatura natural. Entre os pontos positivos, destaco a localização, realmente central, com muitos bares e atrações próximos, ótima opção para quem curte passeios a pé. Sobre o elevador, realmente é bem pequeno, acho que é o menor que eu já vi até hoje, funciona bem, vale até um selfie para registrar. O lugar é bacana para quem não é muito exigente.

Decepcionante! Conforto inferior ao número de estrelas mencionado. Neste hotel nada funciona: elevador frequentemente com defeito (mal cabem 2 pessoas), portas magnéticas sem pilhas, aparelhos de ar condicionado que não funcionam. Em um dos dias, não tive serviço de camareira. Percebi que os funcionários são poucos para a quantidade de serviço e até já deixaram de "lutar" contra as adversidades que parecem ser intransponíveis. Nunca mais pisarem lá.

Está al lado del marqués de pombal y el precio tal y como está Lisboa es competitivo , por lo demás es casi un hostal se nota que es viejo pero que han ido incorporando mejoras pero le falta y los chicos de la recepción, pues eso son un chicos pero poco profesionales. No tiene parking y el ascensor es mínimo no cabe un carrito de bebe. Les agradezco el servicio por qué nos salvaron la necesidad de sitio en semana santa eso sí y la verdad que calidad precio está correcto.

Conveniently located near the blue metro line station "Parque", this hotel is easy to get to from Lisbon's airport (about 40 minutes) and about 10 minutes from Lisbon's tourist hotspots but walk there instead and you will be rewarded by a wide tree lined street with upscale shops and cafes. The hotel has knowledgeable and friendly staff and even have gluten-free options for breakfast but let them know when booking your stay.

Hotel ottimo, munito di ascensore, aria condizionata, è colazione italiane e continentale, comodo per posizione vicino sia ai mezzi ( bus, tram, aereobus, metro) sia a ristoranti e catene di fast-food. Unica pecca il bagno della nostra stanza piccolo quasi claustrofobico, la corsa della porta impediva il libero transito verso il water, per tutto il resto ottimo il materasso era veramente comodo,

Op zich een redelijk hotel. Ik vraag me wel af of het de drie sterren waard is. Kamers zijn klein maar schoon. De bedden prima. We hadden er een balkon bij wat slecht onderhouden was. De reling zat zelfs los. De kamers worden goed schoon gehouden en iedere dag worden er schone handdoeken geleverd. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed genoeg.
In het bad was geen stop aanwezig! Toen we erom vroegen kregen we een smoesje te horen dat een tijd geleden een man in bad in slaap was gevallen en dat het bad overstroomd was. Daarom hadden ze alle stoppen weg laten halen. Vreemd verhaal.

Lieu jolie, Le négatif : mais l'accueil pas top, les hôtesse souri pas. Il manque un micro ondes ou bouilloire pour les clients dans le hall de l'hôtel, chambre mal insonorisées, on entend différents bruit dans les toilettes des chambres des voisins(chasse d'eau,douche) bord de baignoire moisi,un peu de vinaigre blanc et du bicarbonate de soude suffirait.

O hotel é muito bom, mas a funcionária Bruna foi péssima falei com ela várias vezes para me acordar às 4 horas da manhã por que estava com minha mãe de 78 anos e não podíamos perder o voo para Madrid. Ela me confirmou e deu sua palavra que acordaria e que já tinha anotado para o colega de plantão . Ela não me acordou ,não anotou no caderno por que eu vi quando fui sair do hotel, e quase perdi o voo para madrid

Le petit déjeuner est très moyen. Mais cet hôtel offre un bon rapport qualite prix et j y ai quand à moi passé un excellent séjour.

ad an overnight stop in Lisbon so the location of this hote was fantastic. My room overlooked the park and the room was spacious with a nice bathroom. My room, like the rest of the hotel, was well decorated , however the lift was in bad contusion and there signs of wear in general across the whole hotel. Staff were brilliant so it’s a shame about the rough patches physically.

O hotel é um dos mais simples e mais baratos de Lisboa, porém com boa localização, já o quarto horrível, bolor em alguns locais, limpeza deixa a desejar, roupas de cama e banho, simplesmente ridículo, retiram as toalhas, as lavam, diga-se de passagem muito mal, e no final da tarde as repõe.... Nice hotel, friendly staff. Person at the front desk took the time and explained to us where to go and what to do in Lisbon which was very helpful. Close location and walking distance to the hop on hop off buses. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not included which we paid for once and saw that it was not worth it for the amount we paid. Thumbs up for Gluten Free food they had which is hard to find in Portugal. 10 min walk to the mall. Highly recommend this hotel.

Close to airport. Tiny elevator, breakfast is 10 euros each for continental breakfast. Only 8 parking slots out front otherwise pay for parking. Tricky to find hotel even with navigation. Recommend avoiding this hotel.

Très bon hôtel. Les chambres sont très correct autant en taille qu'en propreté. La déco est sobre sans chichi. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié et les employés de l'hotel sont aimable et discret. Le gros point fort est la localisation. Le seul bémol serait éventuellement sur la literie qui n'est pas horrible mais pourrait être confortable.
En bref, rapport qualité prix très bon!

Arvosanani on korkeintaan tyydyttävä. Respan henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta ei vaikuttanut kovin ammattitaitoiselta esim. annettu turisti-info oli vähän sinne päin. Siivoojat tekivät työnsä erittäin hyvin. Aamiainenkin oli ihan hyvä. MUTTA huone ei lainkaan vastannut markkinoinnissa käytettyjä valokuvia, vaan huone oli pieni, suorastaan ahdas, vähän säilytystilaa ja oleskelutilaa (yksi tuoli). Valokuvat siis valehtelivat huoneista. Pahinta oli, että HISSI EI TOIMINUT koko sen viikon aikana, jolloin asuimme hotellissa. Huoneemme oli ns. toisessa kerroksessa, portaita n. 60. Ikäisillemme kapuaminen huoneeseen kuumassa lämpötilassa (+26- +32C) oli enemmän kuin uuvuttavaa. Ylimääräisiä kiipeämisiä tuli mm. siitä, että avainkortit lakkasivat yhtenä päivänä toimimasta ja niitä piti latauttaa respassa uudelleen. Hotellin sijainti on kohtalaisen hyvä, mutta uskon, että parempia hotelleja on samoilla alueilla tarjolla. Alueella oli aika vähän ravintoloita.

Good hotel in terms of pricing and location.
Beds are decent. Toilet is good enough (shower with bath).
Staff has good recommendations about restaurants (so far 1 and another one to try tommorow). Only thing missing might be a fridge (to have cold drinks) and to keep bought things cool.
I normally don't use the breakfast when traveling because most times you can get better (and local) food a few streets away.

Si l'on ne cherche qu'une chambre cela peu convenir, mais un hôtel sans piscine, des lits très peu confortables. (dont un qui fait mal aux côtes tant on sent les lattes) La télé est assez vacillante en terme de qualité de réseau et la salle de bain n'est pas trop mal.
Un hôtel moyen comme on en trouve des dizaines de milliers, ni trop mauvais ni trop bon. Une piscine est à penser quand on parle été et Lisbonne, si vous n'êtes pas fan des grandes profondeurs ou tout simplement du sable

Our flight to Lisbon arrived at 9 am and we arrived at the hotel before midday. The hotel would not allow any check in before 2pm. so we had to wait around in reception. At precisely 2pm the rooms were available.

The position of the hotel is nice! It's a 1km pleasant walk through the fashion street to the beginning of the center. The employees are polite, nevertheless, when we arrive(before 2h of the check-in), the employee just told us that the check-in is only at 14h without giving polite suggestion (but maybe this what to be expected from a 3 stars hotel. I slept only one night, I would say the bed is ok, I slept good. The room is acceptable in the limit for a 3 stars hotel, the windows look like they have some kind of fungus inside of the doble glass, maybe because they don't get some sun. The bath shower is acceptable, in one hand the water quantity is really a pleasure, in the other temperature changes, but not so much, just little chances, personally I find it funny.
I can say the room was clean.
In general, an acceptable 3 stars hotel, with everything medium...

Otroligt små rum, enda stället att sitta var på sängen (eller muggen). Man fick inte ny tvål eller shampoo vid städning, möjligen var det bättre för håret med inget shampoo än det som fanns dag 1. Frukosten var bra med påfyllning hela tiden. Det kanske hade blivit en stjärna till om det inte var så att jag blev flyttad dit då mitt hotell blivit tvungna att stänga vilket jag fick reda på när jag kom fram mitt i natten.

Hotel liegt ideal zwischen zwei Metrostationen. Fussweg ca. 5minUnser Zimmer war etwas klein ca. 15qm. Es war jedoch fűr eine Besichtigungstour von Lissabon völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick in der Park. Zu dem Preis kann man auch keine Suite erwarten. Evtl störend Fluglärm, das trifft aber ganz Lissabon, da die Ein- u. Abflugschneise direkt über die Stadt geht. Nachts ist es aber ruhig.Hotel hat aber trotzdem seinen Charme.Wir waren sehr zufrieden . Frűhstűck war auch gut u. reichlig.

Hätte das Hotel nicht eine ziemlich gute Lage und einen entsprechend guten Preis würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben.
Lobby und Eingangsbereich sehr schön und modern. Nur weiter darf man nicht schauen.
Nach dem Check In bekamen wir ein Doopelzimmer im 5.Stock, das letzte Stockwerk darf man allerdings zu Fuss gehen, da der Lift im 4.Stock endet. Im Zimmer angekommen standen im gebuchten Doppelzimmer zwei Einzelbetten. Das Zimmer selbst war ziemlich klein und sehr alt eingerichtet. Für meinen Geschmack zu alt und einfach hässlich. Im Badezimmer findet man eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang der auch schon in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Vom Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, hatten wir nicht dabei.
Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, da man selbst zu diesem Preis bessere Hotels bekommt.

Friendly but in need for attention. Broken bathroom door handle, tap came off every time we used the shower. Had to pay to use the safe. Not tea and coffee in rooms. Bathroom door was very water damaged so the metal kick board fell off. Staff where very helpful but the room could do with a overhaul

Hôtel 3 étoiles près d'une bouche de métro, ( seul point positif) accueil personne ne parle français, chambre veillo meuble et literie des années 70 assenceur pour 4 personnes mais maxi 300 kilo et qui est tombé en panne très bruyant on entend tous les bruits des chambres voisines chasse d'eau douche assenceur métro qui passe sous l'hotel mais le pire c'est l'espace pour le petit déjeuner très restreint pas moyen de s'installer pour prendre son petit déjeuner buffet mal Réaprovisionner pas de produits pour la douche à demander à l'accueil qui vous dit que les produits ont été mis le matin et quand vous arrivez dans la chambre rien alors vous appeler la réception qui n'est pas joignable ect... À fuire

We were here for only one night and were satisfied with our stay. There were no towels in our room when we arrived and it took a little too long for them to arrive but they did come. The area is very different from Old Town Lisbon, but we enjoyed it and the beautiful park across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Razoável. O que é bom é o atendimento da recepção e a localização. Café da manhã fraco, sempre faltando alguma coisa, desde copos, ou pão, ou frios, etc. É meio antigo e os melhores quartos com varanda ficam no 5o. andar. Não repõem Xampu nunca nem papel higiênico direito (sempre pouco). Já a banheira não pode ser usada pq não tem a tampa. Enfim, vale pelo preço.

Nous sommes arrivés avant lheure du check in et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à lhôtel en attendant. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. La chambre était très bien avec tout ce quil faut, et surprise à notre arrivée ou on nous annonce un balcon avec une super vue! Un peu bruyant mais comme dans tout hotel. Très bien situé, très proche du centre, avec le métro à 2 min à pied. Je recommande avenida park!

Das Zimmer war ziemlich alt aber ok. Durch die Feuchtigkeit des Bades wellte sich das Laminat, der Türrahmen im Bad ging ab und Fließen waren locker. Das Personal interessierte es leider nicht. Der Trafo vom STromkasten funktionierte nicht richtig und war extrem laut. Das Personal sagte zwar es würde sich darüm kümmern, hat es aber nicht gemacht. Am 3. Tag fragte ich dann nochmal nach und bekam einen verwunderten Blick mit der Frage ob sich denn das Problem denn nciht schon von allein gelöst hätte. Also haben die sich das zwar angehört aber nicht gehandelt. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich spärlich. Die Gurken und Tomaten waren immer lapprig und geschmacksneutral. Die Cornflakes klebten aneinander weil sie schon tagelang in dem Glasbehälter lagen. Es wurden immer nur Teller und Zucker aufgefüllt. Das Essen was leer war leider zu letzt. Naja, zumindest hatte jeder immer genug Teller. Die Wände sind viel zu dünn, also die Lärmbelästigung ist schon enorm.
Das wirklich positive war die Lage des Hotels, sehr zentral und man konnte zu Fuß alles gut erreichen. Auch der Flughafen war nicht weit weg.
Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel in diesem Zustand niemals weiter empfehlen oder den Preis dafür um ein gutes Stück senken.

Die Lage für einen Stadtbesuch ist gut. Aber: Die Wände sind dünn und das schlimmste für einen Besuch im Winter ist, dass man die AC nicht auf heizen stellen. Es gibt null Infrastruktur wie Kaffee oder Getränkeautomaten. An der Rezeption kann man Wasser kaufen. Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück geht für mich, andere mögen es langweilig finden. Das nächste mal probiere ich ein anderes Hotel, aber Stadthotels mit guter Lage in der Preislage taugen meistens nicht. Die Bilder in der Homepage sind extrem geschönt. Klar, machen alle so.

Pro: vicinanza alla metropolitana, e quindi facilità di collegamento sia al centro che all'aeroporto; pulizia; personale (tutti giovanissimi) cortese; silenzioso; zona non centralissima ma dall'aspetto "sicuro". Contro: stanze non enormi, e non lussuose (ma non brutte o minuscole). Nel complesso lo consiglio certamente.

The Hotel is for a citytrip perfectly. The Hotel is located near to the citycenter, near to the underground Station. The rooms are verry small, but clean. Its verry loud outside, but you can close the window, the rooms have aircondition. The breakfast could be improved: Less tables than visitors. There were always something missing: Knifes, coffeecups, glasses for orangejuice, coffee, and more.

Great location and superb value for money as you are in the centre of Lisbon. Rooms are adequate without being fancy. O hotel está muito bem localizado, com uma entrada agradável, mas acima de tudo um pessoal muito simpático e disponível. Os quartos são pequenos, antiquados e a precisar de renovação. A casa de banho, embora completa, era minúscula, obrigando a uma enorme ginástica para aceder à sanita. O acesso aos andares é feito por um único elevador de dimensões muito reduzidas.

Olha, o hotel é bem simples, antigo, mas muito bem localizado, vc está no centro ,perto de quase tudo..
Um café dá manhã bastante satisfatório, com opções, mas não muitas, ficou um pouco a desejar pelo fato de ser sempre o mesmo cardápio , mas tudo bem.
Fomos muito bem atendidos lá, pessoal muito simpático , procurem o senhor João, na recepção.. cara gente boa e prestativo.

The rooms were old and a bit out of date but clean. Definitely worth the money even thou one of the day's the service staff regarding breakfast room were a bit slow so when we arrived at 8.30 (breakfast 8-10) there weren't any clean tables and some of the food hadn't been filled up yet...
But all to all a good stay, 'cause really you're not supposed to stay in the hotel more than overnight!

Good hotel for Lisbon. The room needs more electrical outlets (only two in the room). This was a major inconvenience for a room with two people. Really good complementary continental breakfast. Lots of choices but only open from 8-10am. Would be nice to open earlier.

Séjour agréable de part lemplacement de lhôtel, les curiosités touristiques sont facilement accessibles (parc Edouardo VII en face de lhôtel, Musé BULBENKIAN à 800m, Jardin botanique à 1200m. Métro à 200m,Bus touristique à 150m, supermarché et restaurants à proximité...)

Accueil decevant, nous avions réservé une chambre triple, résultat une chambre double avec un lit dapoint inconfortable pour un adulte. Le changement de chambre ne sest opéré que le lendemain, sans aucune excuses du personnel qui a nettement montré une mauvaise volonté. Hotel en rénovation, peinture des murs au petit déjeuner etc... Lascenseur est tombé en panne au 3ème, alarme déclenchée mais dépannage arrivé un peu tard. Pas de bouilloire et dosettes de café, ni mini bar.

El hotel está muy bien, dispone de 5 aparcamientos gratuitos en la puerta del hotel. El desayuno es muy pobre, es lo más negativo del hotel. Por lo de más cumple las expectativas de un hotel de 3 estrellas.

El hotel tiene buen desayuno y está a 100 metros del metro en una zona tranquila , que es mucho decir en Lusboa.Lo que es increible que un hotel 3 estrellas cobre por la caja de seguridad. Eso es hoy en día un servicio mínimoTambien llama la atencion que el agua de la maquina sea solo para el desayuno y no tenga la habitación una pequeña heladera.En fin, creo que le sobra una estrella. O le falta cordialidad al personal, cosa muy poco comun en Lisboa, donde todo el mundo cuida al turista

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel avec des amis portugais, notre chambre était de taille raisonnable, mais elle prenait l'eau quant à celle de nos amis ils avaient des difficultés à rentrer dans la chambre tellement c'est mal conçu. Le petit déjeuner est très très moyen en plus pas de place pour s'installer correctement à table, trop exigu. La moquette des parties communes est très sale. Bref à déconseiller.

Wir haben als Pärchen vier Nächte dort verbracht und sind zufrieden. Für einen wirklich schmalen Preis ist die Lage exzellent, das Zimmer sauber und das Personal freundlich. Bei einem derartig günstigen Übernachtungspreis ist im übrigen auch das Frühstück absolut ausreichend - ich verstehe die Erwartungshaltung mancher Reisender nicht... Positiv empfand ich im übrigen auch, dass wir völlig unkompliziert eine Stunde später auschecken durften.

Das Hotel ist optimal mit ÖV erschlossen. Lage angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet verdient den Titel nicht aber war in Anbetracht des Preises ok. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Bad darf man bei 1.80 Grösse nicht über 65kg schwer sein sonst erreicht man die Toilette nicht. Die Bad Türe geht am Waschtisch 3cm vorbei und steht am WC an. Also ohne Verrenkungen geht das nicht. Die Sanitären Installationen machen einen riesigen Krach. Wenn jemand spät nachts duscht ist an schlafen nicht zu denken und lokalisieren kann man es nicht.

Absolutely loved the stay. Upon arrival Andrea the receptionist was amazing. She was so helpful with how to get around Lisbon and where to go for dinner. She even booked the fado restaurant for us on our first night! Definitely a great experience!

Die Lage, gegenüber Park und nahe zur Metro waren sehr gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren einfach aber für unseren Kurzurlauf völlig ausreichend, Preis-Leistung war top, Frühstück einfach aber auch unseren Bedürfnissen entsprechend, nochmals betonen möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft der gesamten Belegschaft.

Buena calidad precio. Reserve una habitacion doble y al final fuimos tres personas. Me dijeron que no tenian cama supletoria libre. Cuando fuimos a hacer el chekin nos informaron que habia una de triple libre y qe si nos intetesaba. Nos la dejaron a muy buen precio.Personal de recepcion muy amable.

Es un hotel bien situado, a tres estaciones de metro del centro de la ciudad, incluso se puede ir a pie. Limpio y ordenado, sin lujos pero correcto. Hay que bajar a desayunar pronto. Trato amable y wifi gratris para los huespedes.

Honestly didnt think the hotel would be up to much, as it was such a good price. Very pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was really good, less than a five minute walk from nearest metro stop (Parque), really easy to get from the airport using the metro system. Buy a metro pass at the airport, @ €10, and you can use it on the trams, metro and even the train to Cascais and Sintra (both worth a visit). We walked everywhere and found it fine (warning - when you are walking back up the Avenida to the hotel, after a fab dinner with wine, it can seem long! But we could have used the metro....). Lisbon is beautiful, but take care of the cobbled pavements, bad enough when its dry but lethally slippy when it rains...

Cet hôtel est très bien situé prêt du métro. Par contre chambre très mal insonorisée, bruits des douches, des personnes qui parlent dans leur chambre et la salle de bain est trop petite, une personne obèse ou costaude aura du mal à passer pour aller au toilette. Le lit est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est correcte, la salle est petite. Le personnel est agréable. Mais pour le prix, je pense quil ne faut pas se plaindre. Donc bon dans lensemble.

My wife and I are in general very satisfied with the hotel and especially the staff. The personnel had great command of English, were very helpful and kind, which made the stay a lot more enjoyable. Our room was very well looked after, it was cleaned regularly to a great standard.We will surely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks and as a matter of fact, we are considering making another visit in the future.

Viele negative Komentare übers Hotel liessen mich bedenklich stimmen. Doch dann wurde ich positiv überrascht: Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war recht gross, vor allem wen man das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bedenkt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, nahe bei der Metro und der Hauptstrasse und doch total ruhig. Ich würde sofort wieder diese Hotel buchen. (Einziges kleines minus: Während der Hochsaison wird der Frühstücksraum ein wenig zu klein sein...)

Without exception, I found the staff really friendly and ready to help. Me and my friend booked to stay in Lisbon, and we read the reviews and some painted a discouraging picture:We loved it. No, it is not luxury, but the essentials were there - clean room, great service, old-fashioned charm. The mattresses firm but not uncomfortable - we were lucky with our room overlooking trees in the park.We would definately stay there again. Brilliant for the money.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. No tea or coffee facilitys, apart from 8 am to 10 am for breakfast. not a good thing after sightseeing all day. We didnt have any hot water for showers when we got in after being out all day, only hot in the mornings. It should be mentioned that this hotel is not good for people with any disabilities. my husband has breathing problems and found it difficult to walk up the hill to the hotel. We had no idea it was like that, otherwise we wouldnt have chosen the hotel. Wifi was free with other companies, but we had to pay. We know it was a budget hotel, but at least expected more than we got.

The hotel was fine, the breakfast was good, the staff were helpful. The location was great and very easy to get to everywhere that is considered an attraction. Our room was on the 4th floor and at night it did get a little noisy with the boiler, or something like that, I got woken up once, but my partner got woken up a few more times.Overall the hotel was good value for the money, if you want a deluxe room and to have something lavish, then that would be reflected in the price.

We stayed here on a weekend away and it was absolutely ideal! In a great location, 15 minute walk into town or a minute away from a subway station which is so easy to get around! The hotel was basic but had everything we needed for a great weekend away! Would definitely go back!

Awful breakfast, super-expensive wi-fi, cleaners that constantly took our towels away leaving us with one small towel to share between the two of us and one old and grumpy man at the desk were the downsides of our stay at this place.
The rest of the staff was friendly enough though, and the price and the location was excellent.

Não faço mais do que reforçar as opiniões anteriores. Ontem dia 7 de Julho , a noite , ao levar a minha irmã e filho ao hotel ( escolhido porque os nossos Pais se hospedavam naquele aquele hotel desde a mais de 30 anos), ao cumprimentar e dizer boa noite ao recepcionista, por duas vezes seguidas ele permaneceu de cabeça baixa e não correspondeu ao cumprimento. Soube, já depois de ir-me embora que exigiu a minha irmã que fizesse o pagamento adiantado, e que por não ter troco devolveu-lhe o dinheiro como alguma brusquidão.
No dia seguinte, ao buscar a minha irmã , referi estes factos a outra recepcionista ( em contraste muito delicada de afável) esta esclareceu-me que o senhor teria agido assim apenas devido problemas de ordem pessoal e ao cansaço , e que pelo contrario deste exemplo, no seu trato habitual quer com os colegas de trabalho quer com os clientes é uma pessoa educada , amavel e culta.. Tratou-se assim de um lapso isolado e pediu a nossa compreensão e desculpas.
Não tendo razão para julgar em contrario , chamo publicamente a atenção deste acontecimento movido pela intenção de alertar o referido Senhor para o facto de a sua distração poderia ter sido interpretada de outra forma o que se viria a repercutir sobre de forma negativa sobre o seu prestigio e o da empresa de que por certo se orgulha e merece fazer parte.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Park Edouardo VII mit guter Anbindung an Bus und Metro. Der Standard ist der Kategorie entsprechend gut. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber gepflegt, sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes der Aufzug defekt und die vielen Treppenstufen recht beschwerlich - aber dieses Problem sollte alsbald behoben sein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Avenida übernachten.

Hôtel bien situé ,accès très facile depuis l'aéroport à proximité de tous les transports qui permettent de circuler dans Lisbonne, chambre confortable et très propre
Accueil très moyen , personnel peu affable
Nous avons résidé une semaine au 4ème étage avec une panne d'ascenceur sans aucune explication concernant une éventuelle réparation!!!

Cuando llegamos al hotel nos encontramos con un recepcionista un poco dejado en su aspecto, la camisa abierta en algunos botones y llevaba corbata :( , jeje, lo que me paso por la cabeza es que lo siguiente era una habitación asquerosa con poca higiene, pero afortunadamente la habitación aunque sencilla, estaba muy limpia, nos cambiaban diariamente las toallas y nos hacían la cama y se notaba que limpiaban más a fondo porque olía muy rico cuando volvíamos después de estar todo el día fuera.

Personal amable, sobre todo la recepcionista Sonia. Muy simpatica, te da toda la informacion necesaria para visitar Lisboa asi como algunas otras ciudades de interes turistico que quedan cerca, como Sintra, por ejemplo. Ademas, puedes comunicarte en ingles, espanol o frances sin problema, seras atendido.El desayuno esta bien aunque poco variado si vas a estar mucho tiempo.

Das Hotel liegt günstig zu 2-3 U-Bahn Stationen, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber zweckmäßig, aber sie sind sauber. Die Betten sind sehr gut, aber das Bad klein. Das Hotelpersonal ist zwar irgendwie freundlich, aber nicht sehr zuvorkommend. WLAN ist nicht inklusive, kann man aber kaufen. Das Frühstück ist ganz in Ordnung. Fazit: Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist es super, die Lage ist perfekt und bei dem Preis kann man sich absolut nicht beschweren.

Zuerst über das Hotel: Hotelangestellte waren sehr freundlich, jedoch konnte lediglich nur eine Person gut Englisch, Lage ok, in der Nähe mehrere Metrostationen vorhanden, Hotelzimmer sehr klein (ca. 10qm Doppelzimmer), Spuren auf der Toilette vom letzten Besuch, sehr schlechte Betten, undichte Wände (dichter Strassenverkehr und Fluglärm sehr deutlich zu hören), kaputte Balkontüren (unsicher), unsere Zimmertür war auch kaputt, sodass eigentlich jeder reinkonnte. --> obwohl wir das Zimmer sehr günstig bekommen haben, dachten wir, weil die Kommentare so gut aussahen, dass es nicht schlecht ist, aber das Ergebnis war sehr enttäuschend. Das Frühstück war für uns das kleinste Problem!

Justo detrás de la plz Marqués de Pombal al lado del Parque Eduardo VII, muy bien comunicado, hay un metro en la calle de detrás del hotel y varias paradas de autobús alrededor. Hotel sin demasiado encanto pero con personal agradable y pese a que tiene ya unos añitos todo funciona correctamente (baño, aire acondicionado, etc)
