Sehr schönes Stadt-Hotel mit Dachterrasse, Pool und Jacuzzi. Sehr gutes Frühstück inbegriffen. Bairro Alto sowie Alfama sind fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Some how it took the barman 45 mins to make 3 g&t's, after he had finished a 15 Mon conversation on the phone and telling another customer to leave has his child was making too much noise and telling him he was trying to work (to be fair to the dad, he was trying to calm the poor upset toddler down)

Pour un hôtel de cette gamme ; pas de plateau de courtoisie offert dans la chambre, juste 2 bouteilles d'eau et absence de patères pour pendre les serviettes - pas de chaussons offerts et placard trop petit et manque de portes manteaux - décevant

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was very clean and location was very convenient and close to the downtown core. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast that was included in our stay. Our only critique would be more food and drink service offered around the Pool. We were there during the day in late May and unable to order food or drinks while we relaxed poolside. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time at the Lux Lisboa Park and would stay here again or recommend it to others.

Mooi hotel, prachtig dakterras waar je iets kan eten en drinken. Ook het zwembad en jacuzzi zijn heerlijk. Enige minpuntje om maar iets te noemen is de afstand tot een metrohalte.

It’s a fantastic hotel, the breakfast is very tasty with plenty choices. I would still highly not recommend this hotel because the service working there is not getting it together. They are completely Unable to handle the needs of the customers. We have arrived on our first night and the hotel was completely overbooked, so they have checked us into another hotel close by which was absolutely not worth the same money. Basically the first day in the emergency hotel was a total waste.
We didn’t get any compensation, no Upgrades, no meal, no drinks, they even charged us still full price for the parking. To give the cream on top of the cake we didn’t even hade access to the pool on our second day because of a private event.
If you really wanna stay in that hotel you have to make sure you pull your elbows out and fight for your rights.

Very nice hotel, quite modern. Some very innovative high tech elements. Bathroom is nice but very inconvenient as in the cabin there is no place for shampoo or towels and every time you need to get something you need to walk 8-10 steps to get it

Rien à dire qualité propreté service Accueil ,la piscine sur le toit est grandiose . Belle salle de fitness, à 5 minutes du centre de Lisbonne en taxi c'est le meilleur marché et le plus confortable.

Its a fabulous hotel. Very modern and well decorated. The service is great and the rooms very confortable. The location is a little far from the centre but theres public transportation very close and walking is also nice.

We stayed here for a week and I highly recommend the hotel. All the staff were superb from start to finish. The reception staff were efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean in every area we went in. One night were left it too late to go out and ate in at the bar... We had one toastie and a pot of mint tea (!) They treated us as if we were having a big slap up meal with linen and lovely service. The spa and gym is fab and the swimming pool is great for morning or eve rejuvenation. When the hot tub was faulty they sorted it within 2 hours. It is 10 minutes walk to the Eduardo 7th park which is a welcome area of green space.

La peor experiencia. Llegamos a las 23.30 horas cansados y con las maletas, pero no nos dejaron hacer el check-in hasta que no le mostremos la tarjeta de crédito con la que habíamos pagado. Como nuestra empresa había pagado el hotel, no nos dejaron hacerlo y tuvimos que pagar con una tarjeta personal. Eso no fue todo, la persona que nos recibió nos cobró por una habitación "design" y nos dio una "classic" diciendo que era mejor que la design. Al otro día vimos en la página web del hotel que la classic era más barata que la design. Nos quejamos y por suerte el último día nos reconocieron el dinero de más que habíamos pagado por lo que no nos cobraron las tasas de turistas. No lo recomendamos para nada.

Hôtel moderne. Chambre spacieuse.notre chambre était séparée de la salle de bain ce qui ne semble pas être le cas de toute les chambres. Vue sur l arriere mais aéré. Petit-déjeuner excellent sous forme de buffet. Dans l ensemble le personnel est attentif. L hotel étant situé en haut d une côte je conseille de prendre le bus 702 depuis la place marques del pombal , bus qui vous laissera à côté de l hotel. Aéroport de Lisbonne étant dans la ville, les avions en descente passe près de l hotel, mais celui-ci est assez bien insonorisé.

En conclusion je conseille cet hotel.

Hotel com novas instalações. Tudo muito clean. Optimo pequeno almoço. O ponto negativo: a falta de atenção e consideração pelos hóspedes, após esquecimento da reserva enganaram-nos com suposto up grade do quarto, no entanto, coloram-nos num quarto inferior àquele que tinha reservado e pago. E após uma exposição por email nem se dignaram a responder...

First of all the room turned out to be in a very bad technical shape. Electrical outlets not working etc.. then I had to check out earlier due to a business matter. The management promised to make a refund within 24h after my check out and a written explication from my side sent by email. The refund was completely ignored and after my third email i got a reply saying that unfortunately the management couldn’t proceed with the refund due to booking policies. Such a shameful behavior and poor customer service!

El hotel está muy bien pero necesitas coger el autobús o el metro para visitar el centro histórico. Las paradas están a un paseo. Lo peor es que a la vuelta todo el camino es cuesta arriba. Nosotros acabamos cogiendo un patinete eléctrico para subir con los niños.
El desayuno está muy bien con mucha variedad y todo muy rico. Sin embargo el restaurante es muy lento y la comida deja bastante que desear.

Typisches Stadthotel. Das Hotel hat einen beheizen Pool (30 Grad auch im Winter) und einen Whirlpool auf der obersten Etage. Hotel macht einen guten, neuwertigen Eindruck. Nachteil: Metro erst nach ca. 1,8 Km zu Fuß erreichbar. Tipp: Uber (Taxi) funktioniert in Lissabon sehr gut und ist günstig.

Zalig ontbijt, zalig bed, zalig hotel in het algemeen!
Lekker kunnen eten in het hotel zelfs voor een lage prijs. Super vriendelijk! Zeker en vast de moeite waard.
Mini bar was moeilijk te vinden maar zeker en vast aanwezig met flesjes water die GRATIS zijn. Enigste nadeel dat we hadden was dat het zwembad en jacuzzi niet verwarmd was dus die ook niet konden gebruiken.
Wij komen zeker en vast terug :)

Cerca de gran parque , a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad y fácil acceso para descargar maletas. Único fallo no funcionaban todas las posiciones de la ducha. La habitación con terraza, cama muy cómoda, secador y detalles.

verdadeiro 4 estrelas. atendimento simpatico e profissional. quarto simples mas confortável. pequeno almoço variado com qualidade. podem ocorrer momentos em que a sala do pequeno almoço embora espaçosa se torna curta para todos e embora os empregados sejam prestaveis tenha que se esperar um pouco para os mesmos consigam repor alguns produtos, não por desmazelo mas sim por muito trabalho.
local a 10 minutos da Praça Marques de Pombal a pé e com locais de estacionamento perto na rua pago so durante o dia.

Booked this place for nye2019 and it turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. The main reason why I took it - the infinity terrace & jacuzzi at the rooftop . Of course I asked multiple times if they are open all year round with hot water and was told yes. On the first day I discovered these are filled with ice cold water. It was December 31st not really a good idea not to heat them up. Also bear in mind they can fit a maximum of 6 ppl .
Rooms are smaller than they look on the pictures and a little cramped.
Breakfast is nice .
Room service was fast.
Gym is really small and has a bench press , treadmill and dumbbells. That's it.
Location is ok.
Bottomline for this price you can get a proper 4 star or something closer to downtown.

I really like the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and nice. The room was really clean. But unfortunately, the pool and jacuzzi water was super cold and I could not use it while I informed the hotel regarding that, it did not get better.

I made a reservation for two nights at this hotel. We were a family of 4 (2 kids of 4 and 6 years old). They delivered 2 rooms to us, they pretended our small children slept in a separate room, which is very ridiculous. We were supposed to stay all together in one single room. They tried to compensate me with a voucher of 4 drinks (which I didn't use).
Then, the location of the hotel is just terrible, it's just very far away from any of the spots of this city, the closest metro station is a 15 min walk, that again, with kids it's just too much.
Then every single room had very modern light switches with small blue led lights on each. I thought that was really nice, but then at night I noticed that the switches were very bright and would even become annoying and wake me up at night...
The positive things to say about the hotel is that the breakfast it's amazing, and the people working in it are nice and helpful.

Very good service and convenient location. The restaurant has above average food for a hotel. The rooms are a bit small and lack drawers. Also, the open bathroom concept works better if you are a single person. Not so much for couples. Privacy for certain things is essential. We also stayed at a Lux hotel in Porto. Much better concept!

Petit déjeuner gargantuesque presque indécent ... hallucinant avec champagne saumon fumé petit plat !!! Piscine bien chaude sur le toit mais les jets du jacuzzi toujours en panne même en leurs signalant plusieurs fois. Chambre correct avec un système électrique ultra moderne un peu compliqué pour nous. Départ de bon sans le petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif. Déçu.

Increíble el hotel, el trato, el desayuno, la cama, la limpieza, en fin, todo. Fuimos mi pareja, nuestra hija de 3 años y yo, ya la verdad es que nos encantó. La única pega: pedimos una cama supletoria para la niña y nos pusieron una cuna, y ella ya de cuna poco, entre otras cosas porque ya no cabe. Pero desde luego repetiremos.

Just stayed for 7 nights in this hotel, room clean and enjoyed our big and comfortable double bed. Domestic service needs to be improved as sometimes items like bath towel, toilet paper were not replaced. Wardrobe too small for 2 persons and not enough room to put the luggage. B'fast not up to standard for a 4 star hotel but the staff and receptionists were very helpful and friendly.

Poor - bathroom needs maintenance. You get occasional unpleasant whiff from the toilet. Most electronic switches don’t work. TV no option to plug in your devices. NO ADAPTER - it’s only €5 each but not willing to provide this for guest especially room has no USB point. Definitely 20th century material, still a lot to go for 21st century.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt in Hanglage und etwa 10 Gehminuten durch einen Park von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station entfernt.Dieser Nachteil wird jedoch durch den schönen Pool auf dem Dach wieder gut gemacht. Das Hotel ist für eine Städtetour gut geeignet, wobei das Zimmer sehr klein und nicht optimal konzipiert ist, da das „Bad“ direkt ins Zimmer integriert ist.

Hôtel d'exception confirmé !
L'ambiance intérieure et l'architecture sont remarquables.
La cuisine du restaurant est raffinée et accéssible. À deux, avec entrées, plats, desserts et 2 verres de Porto, prévoyez entre 45 et 55 euros.
Nous y avons passé 5 jours heureux, néanmoins nous nous focalisons donc sur les petits détails, d'autant plus que nous avons pu comparer 2 chambres (205 côté cour, 114 côté rue) :
- les interrupteurs high-tech des chambres sont fonctionnels et ludiques, mais disons-le franchement, la nuit les leds bleues permanentes qui les animents sont TRÉS pénibles pour le sommeil. Nous devions jouer d'ingéniosité pour les couvrir toutes les 3.
- Confort SDB
Room 114, pas de miroir de SDB. Dommage quand la 205 en avait un.
Room 114, peignoirs de bain, mais pas dans la 205 quand nous sommes arrivés.
- Confort SDB : des barres sèches serviettes supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus.
Room 114, éclairage un peu faible dans l'espace du lavabo pour se maquiller.
Par ailleurs notre réservation prévoyait une chambre avec coffre ET balcon. La 114 dispose d'un coffre mais pas de balcon ; inversement pour la 205.
Cela pour dire qu'il semble y avoir un puzzle hétérogène avec des petites variations dans les prestations selon les chambres et que cela peut gêner et indisposer la clientèle.
Néanmoins notre séjour est mémorable et les équipes de l'hôtel ont été super pour résoudre au mieux nos problèmes de chambre et de prestations.

Agréable, mais plusieurs défauts:
Les points positifs :
Hôtel très moderne, personnel aux petits soins, excellent accueil. Piscine sur le toit agréable, même si un peu petite. Salle de sport bien équipée mais manque de climatisation, et un peu petite. Les chambres sont très agréables visuellement mais un peu petites pour un quatre-étoiles. Notre pack comprenait une assiette jambon fromage et une dégustation de vins : c’était parfait très belle quantité/qualité, excellent vin (3 différents). André est un super barman;-). Était également compris un massage de 20 minutes : Fabuleux relaxant et dynamique. Chaque jour de nouvelles bouteilles d’eau fraîche dans le frigo de la chambre. Cependant pas de remplacement systématique du savon et du shampooing (bizarre).
Les points Négatif : L’hôtel est assez éloigné de la première station de métro : environ 15 minutes.
Douche et toilettes donnant directement dans la chambre, sans aération autonome, manque d’intimité relativement important. Le contrôle des luminaires passablement compliqué et des petites veilleuses bleues extrêmement désagréables pendant la nuit. Nous avons du masquer tout avec du sparadrap. Le plus gros problème c’est les avions, qui par beau temps passent toutes les 5 minutes en vol de descente. L’hotel ne peut rien y faire, le Ritz juste à côté à le même problème. Il faut donc dormir fenêtres fermées (triple vitrage bien isolé).
Conclusion: très bien en général mais je ne suis pas sûre que cela mérite la quatrième étoile.

This is a very nice looking hotel and people are friendly. The swimming pool on the roof is nice but a little bit small. Sports room on the roof is nicely equipped but without air conditioning, and also a little bit small . Rooms are visually nice but again a bit small for a 4-stars. Are pack included a welcoming plate with cheese +3 wines. Very nice and high quality service by André. We also had comprised in the price 20 minutes massage. Fabulous relaxing and dynamic. Every day new fresh bottles into the fridge of the room. Surprisingly we had problems to have replacement of the soap and shampoo.
Negative points: the nearest metro station approximatively 15 minutes. Showers and toilets are connecting directly to the room, without autonomous air extraction... Control of the lights where complicated and little blue lights stay on during the night. We had to mask everything with tape. The biggest problem is certainly the planes that are continuously (every five minutes) passing on top of the hotel. This means sleeping with closed windows.
In conclusion :it was a good experience ( very nice people and hotel) but I’m not sure this hotel deserve the fourth star ( even if anyway the Ritz(5*) just nearby has the exact same problem with planes)...

El hotel es espectacular. Es nuevo y moderno, muy bien cuidado y mantenido, y el personal constantemente está limpiando lo y atendiendolo. Son muy amables con los clientes y tratan de ayudarles en todo lo posible. Las dos únicas faltas que le pongo: es que en el servicio de la cena en el comedor de arriba son muy lentos, ya que sólo hay un camarero para todas las mesas y que no pudimos reservar el spa, aunque lo teníamos pagado por el paquete que había contratado.

Personnel agréable, attentif et patient. Les chambres sont très agréable. L'hôtel est bien situé pas mal de restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Le centre de lisbonne est facilement accessible pour notre part en Uber pour 3€. Le bar terasse est très agréable mais n'est pas toujours ouvert le soir. La piscine et le jaccuzi sont très appréciable prévoyez de venir aux heures creuses pour avoir de la place sur les transats les plus confortables.

O hotel de eleição neste momento em Lisboa, nesta gama premium, vale muito a pena tendo em conta o preço/ qualidade. Falta experimentar a piscina. Tem apenas um revés, o chuveiro fica desenquadrado do restante WC e do outro lado da cama o que o torna pouco funcional e estranho até. De resto tudo 5*. Não acrescentaria nada.

We are a couple with 2 teenage kids had a fantastic time during our 6 nights stay with the hotel. Staffs were warmed and friendly and willing to assists in places to visit and restaurant’s recommendations. They had a great list of top restaurants -only the local would know; that adds a lot of value for the money...Rooms are clean and quiet. My daughter were fascinated by the transparent swimming pool on the rooftop!Elsa, the hotel manger is a star. She is knowledgeable, warmed and humble. We would stay with them again if we are visiting Lisbon in the future.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are small but tastefully decorated. Room service was fast and food was delicious. Rooftop pool is a nice touch although it can get a little chilly and windy up there. Some complaints: Showers did not always work or were stuck on too hot or too cold temperatures (had to call maintenance to fix and they were unable to). Maids did not give out toilet paper when they cleaned room so we had to call reception a few times to get extra rolls. Room keys would randomly stop working on the doors. Enjoyed our stay overall.

El hotel es muy nuevo y moderno, con una decoración contemporánea y actualizada; está muy limpio. El personal es muy atento y amable. Cuenta con piscina y jacuzzi ambos de agua caliente en la azotea. El desayuno es muy variado y está muy bueno.
También sirven cenas, snak y desayunos a través del servicio de habitaciones. Tienen servicio de recepción 24 horas y servicio de botone para transportar el equipaje y aparcar el coche en garaje privado.

I would recommend this hotel so highly. The rooms were very contemporary an quiet. We only stayed for a weekend but the facilities we did use were very good. The best part had to be the staff on reception. We planned our whole weekend around their recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed every place we visited.

Super déçue ! Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits, nous arrivons à l’hotel vers 11h et c’est seulement le soir lorsque nous décidons d’aller à la salle de sport qu’on nous annonce que tout le 6e étage est fermé. Donc pas de piscine, ni de roof top et de salle de sport. Comment vous dire que nous étions dégoûtés. Nous payons le même prix pour 0 service. En contre partie on nous propose un remboursement (il est 19h) ou 2 boissons au bar. Après négociation on nous offre 15% sur la note ce qui équivaut à rien du tout.
Nous comprenons que l’entretien doit être fait mais merci de le stipuler sur votre site surtout quand cela dure plus de 10 jours.
Heureusement que le petit déjeuner était excellent car rien d’autre n’était à la hauteur. Le service de chambre vient seulement à 19h pour faire la chambre lorsque nous nous préparons à aller dîner alors que nous sommes absent toute la journée.
En bref ne réservez pas dans cet hôtel jusqu’au 17 janvier sinon aller dans un airbnb cela reviendra au même.

Prezzi al bar superiore ad hotel 5 stelle, con servizio deludente
Camere poco pulite e poco funzionale sopratutto Il bagno, senza terrazzino come veniva proposto alla prenotazione. Ho pagato oltre 180€ a notte x la doppia, con colazione. Vasca idromassaggio non sempre funzionante con acqua calda, negli orari stabiliti 08:00-22:00 Colazione nella norma paragonabile ad buon hotel a 3 stelle.
Non ci tornerò più!!!

Excelente hotel. Desde a recepção, aos quartos, funcionários. Tudo impecável. A que se elogiar o quarto, cama super confortável, banheiro muito prático e tecnológico. Totalmente preparado para o fio com o isolamento térmico. Café da manhã excelente, ótimas opções, alta variedade, atende aos vegetarianos. A piscina realmente, não há nada parecido. Totalmente aquecida, transparente. Experiência diferente, mas que agradou bastante. A que se destacar e parabenizar os funcionários pela hospitalidade, cordialidade e simpatia. Muito bem receptivos e atenciosos, desde o check in, a qualquer outro tipo de necessidade, sejam talheres a mais que você necessite no quarto. Fica aqui o meu agradecimento a esse hotel maravilhoso que sem sombras de dúvidas será novamente o próximo hotel em que vou hospedar-me quando regressar a Lisboa.

Lux hotels are always nice.
This place is modern and clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Although it is nice to sit on the balcony, the views are not that great. The hotel is in a business part of the city. I think this is why it is competitive pricing on the weekend. The roof top pool and bar are great.
The location is nice, with a supermarket and many shops. You can also walk to several place from there.

L'hôtel est récemment rénové avec soin, le petit déjeuner est excellent et le rooftop avec la musique live pour boire un verre le soir tres sympa. Deux très gros bémols cependant. D'une part le service n'est absolument pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie, le premier jour malgré un check-in matinal où nous laissons nos valises nous avons la très désagréable surprise de revenir à 17h et quela chambre ne soit toujours pas prête !! On nous propose même pas un surclassement pour une chambre qui serait disponible..voire même la moindre des choses un verre offert au bar pour patienter. Le lendemain lorsque nous quittons l'hôtel à 8h je passe à la réception pour demander à ce que la chambre soit faite pour 14h dans l'hypothèse où nous souhaiterions nous reposer après le déjeuner et là on me répond que les chambres des clients qui restent ne sont pas prioritaires car ils font en premier celles des clients qui partent... Je n'avais pas remarqué cela à mon arrivée... Bref service décevant jamais vu ça dans un 4 étoiles. 2ème très gros bémol les chambres avec les salles de bain décloisonnées franchement pas terrible niveau intimité même quand vous voyagez avec un proche...plutôt à réserver aux couples (mais ce n'est pas assez précisé sur le site). La literie était bonne et la déco sympa mais pour mes raisons ci-dessus je ne le recommanderais pas forcément.

Very good hotel, staff very friendly, good room, incredible rooftop terrace with pool and jacuzzi. They make parking for our rental car completely free! Also they serve absolutely wonderful breakfast. However, room cleaning service need to improve: once they forget to empty the trash bin from our room, once they forget to remove used towels and twice they forget to place a new soap. Everything else was excellent!

the hotel is to recommend... it is at the border of the city of Lissabon so have quite a walk to the center of the city down at the tejo... about 30 to 40 minutes... but it goes down the hill... but if you don't like walking take a taxi or the limo service... the stuff is so much friendly, nice to talk to everybody there... the whole hotel and the room is clean and roomy... every room has a quite big balcony... the shower is separated from the bathroom and it has 3 functions... the bed is so big and really comfortable... for breakfast you have a big choice of anything you can imagine and everything is fresh and tasty... on the roof there is a pool and a whirlpool and also a bar with live music almost every second day... the car was parked for us in the garage with no extra charge... would go there again being in Lissabon another time... really a hotel to recommend

Just had the most brilliant holiday here. Very stylish hotel, lovely friendly staff and amazing attention to detail. I had my birthday there and in the morning the breakfast staff bought me over cake with a candle. Then when we got back to our room later there was a bottle of fizz and macarons! There was a good choice at breakfast, and gluten free muffins and toast are available (just ask). Vegan options too. Pool and bar area are fabulous. Reception staff were always happy to book a cab if we didnt fancy a walk to the Metro. Tip: the hotel is up a hill (like everywhere in Lisbon). So walk down the hill to Marques de Pombal (10 mins) but when youre coming back get off at S. Sebastio, walk through the mall, across the top of the park and down the hill. (12 mins) That way youre not going up the hill. All in all, an amazing time and a great place to stay.

Super friendly staff, the room was spot on.
Breakfast is very rich and well made. The lunch buffet also is very good. Gym is a hotel gym good for cardio and dumbbells just to 10 kilos good for just maintenance. The pool was on perfect temperature, it would be nice if they had a second jacuzzi. It would be nice a control yo turn the LEDs of the lights control of the room.
Before u came I read a couple of complaints about airplanes passing by but the rooms are very well isolated barely noticed them when I was in it.

Wir hatten ein superior Doppelzimmer im sechsten Stock gebucht und bekamen nach dem Check in ohne jeglichen Hinweis oder Kommentar einfach ein um mehrere Kategorien schlechteres Zimmer im zweiten Stock ohne Terrasse etc zugewiesen. Nachdem wir uns bei der Rezeption freundlich erkundigen ob hier ein Fehler voliegt, teilte man uns mit, dass aufgrund eines Wasserschadens kein superior Doppelzimmer im sechsten Stock verfügbar wäre und man uns als Entschädigung ja zwei miniflaschen Portwein und ein kleines Stück Kuchen auf das Zimmer gestellt hätte. Man fragte sogar nach ob uns das den nicht aufgefallen wäre. Einem zweiten Paar, dem dasselbe widerfahren war, wurde zuvor ebenso nicht mitgeteilt, dass deren gebuchtes Zimmer gar nicht verfügbar ist. Man versuchte offenbar auf einfachsten Weg ohne jeglichen Hinweis und ohne Entschuldigung uns und dem anderen Paar ein kleineres und minderwertigeres zimmer zu geben. Es wurde sogar versucht uns zu erklären das Zimmer wäre gleichwertig. Erst nachdem wir mühsam die Bilder vom Internet vorzeigten wurde der Fehler eingestanden. Nachdem wir uns entsprechend beschwerten und das Zimmer nicht akzeptierten, gestand die Rezeption erst auf Nachfrage (sic!) zudem ein, dass auch das Pool und die Terrasse aufgrund des Wasserschadens zumindest die nächsten zwei Tage nicht verfügbar wären. Zu einer Entschädigung oder dergleichen war man jedoch nicht bereit. Nach langer Diskussion und Telefonaten mit der Managerin war bot man uns lediglich an, die Differenz zum günstigeren Zimmer zu erstatten und uns auf ein Abendessen einzuladen. Die hätte jedoch nicht einmal ansatzweise dem entsprochen was uns gesetzlich (vgl. Frankfurter Tabelle bzgl. Reisemängel) zugestanden hätte. Allein die Frechheit, sämtliche Mängel erst nach langwieriger und wiederholter nachfrage zu bestätigen waren für uns Grund genug dieses hotel augenblicklich zu verlassen und selbst um 23 Uhr Abends ein anderes hotel zu suchen. Ich rate jedem davon ab , dieses hotel zu buchen, da im Falle eines Problems null Bereitschaft seitens des hotels oder Managements besteht, dieses zu lösen. Für ein vier Stern hotel ist ein solches Verhalten, das noch dazu von management gebilligt wurde absolut nicht würdig!

Schönes Hotel, alles sehr modern und stylisch. Nur das Bad direkt im Zimmer ohne Trennung echt Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Toller Service, an Rezeption, Restaurant, Pool-Rooftop-Bar und auch beim Zimmerservice. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Lage allerdings nicht wirklich zentral, recht weit bis in die Innenstadt. Für kurzen Städtetrip aber allemal empfehlenswert.

The place was always looking sharp, the staff were super friendly and it was always clean.
The rooms have a weird setup with no locks on bathrooms or showers inside the room. Different rooms have different setups but all of them share the lack of door locks on bathroom and shower doors.
Jacuzzi and Pool on the room are magnificent, but the Jacuzzi has a few jets that their switches are broken and it seems no once cares to fix them.
Breakfast offers different variety of only four main plates every day, with mainly two of them vegetarian (Always scrambled eggs one of them), and only one of them is vegan (I think, it was beans) and everything else is meat. No chicken whatsoever. Two choices of Cheese, a couple of bakery choices, juices, dried fruits, fresh fruits, cereal, milk and soy milk, yoghurt drink, tea and coffee. You can always order the eggs the way you want them, but you have to ask a waiter for it.
The room's control units (small touch black boards in the room) look very nice, very nifty and impressive. Albeit the UI is great, the UX is terrible, you can't see it in the dark, it glows too much beside the bed when you're sleeping and it glitches on daily basis. Sometimes it stopes working all together.
Some rooms have shower jets not working, and seems like no one cares to fix them. Room service is great and they refill your water bottles everyday. Although they will refill only one if you're staying alone in the room.
They also have electric bikes that you can use for four hours (not sure if that's daily or during the whole stay) if you use it more than that, you pay a 10 Euro penalty for every extra hour.
My overall experience was GREAT! But I'll be giving them a 4 instead of a 5 for the limited Vegetarian options during breakfast, half working Jacuzzi and malfunctioning showers in some rooms.

The hotel is located near Praca Marques de Pombal, has a carpark and the staff would assist with parking! They are super friendly ans helpful, very polite and welcoming! The rooms are also clean and comfortable, althought not big in size but equipped with modern technologies that makes stay easy. The TV is also big.

No nos arreglaron la puerta al balcon en los tres dias que alli estuvimos. Nos quejamos desde la primera noche de que la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien. Nos hicieron una chapucilla con el objetivo de que al dia siguiente la arreglarian bien. No solo no fue asi, sino que tuvimos que recordarlo y aun asi siguio los tres dias restantes mal sin que nadie se preocupara por ello.
En resumen, paguè por una habitacion con un balcon del que jamas pude disfrutar.

A pied, compté 15-20 mn de plus. - A proximité de l’hôtel il y a peu de restaurants... Le O Kobo est à recommander pour un accueil et un service excellent de la part des patrons. Pour vous mesdames, un Primark avec des prix dingues, situé au centre commercial Colombo au nord ouest. Prenez la ligne de métro bleue (Azul Line) à M.Pombal et suivez direction Robeira et descendez à la station Colegio Militar.

La chambre avec balcon est assez spacieuse.
La vue niveau du balcon laisse à désirer.

Le wifi de l'hôtel n'est pas stable...
La piscine est assez limité à partir de 10 personnes.
Malgré la bonne expérience, il m'est difficile de mettre plus que 3 étoiles.

Attention en cas de réveil la nuit si vous allumez la lumière dans les toilettes vous réveillez votre conjoint ou Ami Car la lumière éclaire toute la chambre , la porte des toilettes étant vitrée et donnant Dans la chambre . Chasse tres sonore .
Utilisation des lumières mal faites via interrupteurs électronique équipée de veilleuses bleues tres puissantes, qui illuminent toute la chambre la nuit . Lavabo dans chambre et sans miroir devant : avis àu barbue qui veulent se raser , bon courage !
Bref à déconseiller même si cest tres beau en apparence et tres design mais mal pense

Das Hotel ist modern und sauber. Die Lage ruhig,in der Nähe eines Stadtparkes. Das Zentrum ist gut zu erreichen, mit der Metro und zu Fuß. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist die Terrasse noch nicht fertig und unser Balkon war nicht zu benutzen (Baugeruste und Bauarbeiten). Das Fahrstuhlsignal war morgens sehr laut. Die Wände zum Flur waren sehr dünn. Am meisten hat es jedoch gestört, dass das Bad nicht abgetrennt war. Das Waschbecken war direkt im Zimmer und es gab keinen Ankleideplatz. Dazu bestand die Toilette und die Dusche aus jeweils einer Kabine zum zuziehen und hatte keine durchgezogen Wand. Dadurch war der Toiletten Gang und das Duschen ohne zugehörige Privatsphäre und sehr hellhörig. Das war sehr unangenehm!

We loved everything about this hotel, it met all our needs in every single way. The hotel is very modern, spacious and above all spotlessly clean. Cannot fault it in any way.
Walter (top man) and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Maid service is excellent. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, catered for everyone.
The hotel is within walking distance to downtown town but if you don't want to walk buses are accessible.
We have stayed here for a week and have enjoyed every minute.
One thing we will diffenitely miss it the magnificent shower. Love it, love, love it. We're gonna be sad to leave but we will be back!

מלון חדש ומודרני אבל עיצוב החדרים הזוי! שלא לומר מרגיז. כיור הרחצה נמצא במרכז החדר. כלומר אתה מצחצח שיניים ומתיז מים על שותפך שמיטתו נמצאת מעבר לכיור. היציאה מהשרותים והמקלחת היא ישירות למרכז החדר. כלומר אתה מסיים להתקלח וצריך להתנגב בתוך החדר. אפילו מתלה מגבת אין במקלחת. בקיצור מתאים אולי לזוג צעיר ורומנטי, אבל לא לאף אחד אחר!

Hotel muy moderno , habitación bonita y comoda con balcón , frigorifico con botella de agua grande diaria y gratuita y caja fuerte tambien gratuita, tiene un espejo grande donde puedes verte entera, pero faltaria un foco de luz para poder maquillarte, al estar el lavabo en la habitación no hay espejo delante como estamos acostumbrados , pero como habia uno de los de sobremesa si pones un cojin abajo para que quede mas alto y giras el foco de la mesita te sirve . Esta un poco apartado del centro, el metro de Marques de Pompal esta a 10 m. de bajada no hay problema, pero para volver como es una subida agotadora utilizamos el bus 711 que te deja cerca.

Ojo con algún recepcionista que se hace el loco con este tema.Necesita mejorar el control del AC de la habitación. No es nada intuitivo, un panel táctil que por lo que pude apreciar estaba bloqueado.Y a modo de apunte, carece de piscina, y en el mes de julio te asas en Lisboa...

It is a new hotel. We didnt like it because it was not ready the balcony didnt have furniture, the bathroom is inside the room very uncountable we love new and modern but this was to much I hate to have to wash my face in the bedroom were you get water all over the room close to my bed. Also if you are going to visit it is very far from the city center we change hotel because we had to take a taxi to go to city center so the savings from the hotel we expended on taxis not a good location!

Well this hotel is four months new and is promoting services that are not yet available so dont be fooled. May want to contact the hotel and verify if certain services are available as listed on their webpage. For example, in room safes not available, hair salon in hotel not available, mini bar not available, 24 hour room service not available, no business centre available. Breakfast was ok, some staff were nice and helpful - others just were ok. Make sure you review your room bill for any added charges.

Neues Hotel, welches teilweise noch Baumängel aufweist. Gewisse Arbeiten, auch in den zimmern, sind noch nicht vollständig abgeschlossen. Das Hotel besitzt dennoch ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis und ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities were a negative. Bought 2 days city bus tour for 23 euros each and this let us see all the tourist sights.

El Hotel esta en una zona muy tranquila, el personal es muy agradable,la limpieza es impecable,el sistema del lavabo es un poco incomodo y poco funcional.a la habitación le falta un frigorífico,para tomar algo, en resume se ve que es nuevo y le falta calor pero con mucho futuro,me gusto el trato de los empleados.
