I'm extremely disappointed with the erasmus lisboa service. I've tried twice to attend your office but it never has anyone working. The first time was on Friday, 31/08/2018, I arrived at 1:30 PM and waited till 4pm. While I was there 7 other students tried to make a visit and left with no help. Eventually I also left. The second time is today, 03/09/2018, arrived at 11:15 am and it is 12:15 now and still no one decided to attend the office yet. I believe that if you are not willing to attend the office all the time you should at least try an agenda system so we don't lose our time waiting for you.

In the Email they sent it was said that they open at 10:00h. On the sign at the door its said to be opened at 10:30h and here on Google Maps its 11:00h... Please make clear that you open no earlier than 11:00, as it def isn't nice to wait there for one and a half hours..!!

Grande atendimento. Fui muito bem recebido. Mesmo não sendo estudante estrangeiro informaram-me sobre tudo o que precisava de saber relativamente a alojamento em Lisboa.
