shy aguilar: The best of the best. We have been on many tours and this is hands down the best that we have ever experienced. These are private tours, so no having to wait for others to join and you are able to truly go at your own pace. Our guide, Diogo Costa and he was professional, kind and offered so much more than the canned tour guide. We started off in Sintra (Cintra for the locals), arriving a bit early, Diogo took us to Queijadas da Sapa. There he had us sample the original Queijadas, which came out warm and fresh out of the oven. We took in a cafe and relaxed while he told us about the history of Queijadas da Sapa, that they were the original makers of them since 1756. So delicious that many locals drive to that location to have them even though there are many other places that offer them. From there we made our way towards Pena Palace which was magical. We have visited palaces in the past and have never seen such beautiful restoration and preservation! We were able to explore the palace intimately as Diogo explained its history and love and pride the Portuguese have for it. We were able to take so many incredible photos. From there we went down toward central Sintra and walked around the town and checked out their many shops. We toured the Palace Villa and was able to refill our water bottles at the fountain. I found this to be extremely special as the water came from the Sintra mountains and was amazingly refreshing! We made our way to have lunch at Nicola and I have to say it was the best meal we had our entire visit to Lisbon! Fresh fish and wonderful hospitality. After lunch we viewed the Cabo da Roca then made our way to Cascais. We did so much that day, I'm sure I'm leaving out all the great tidbits Diogo shared with us. This is hands down the best way to see Lisbon and I couldn't think of another tour company that is as professional and helpful as they were. Diogo was so nice, that while in Sintra, he happened by a bakery that had one of his favorite pastries as a child and he surprised us with some while we waited for him to get the van. That is truly incredible service and one of the small things to make our experience so one of a kind. He also went out of his way to draw a map of other sights in Lisbon for us, without any pressure of another tour. I highly recommend Sintra Magik for your tour needs in Lisbon and if you're lucky enough to request Diogo, you'll have a truly magical time!

Vera Cardoso: Não recomendo. Acabei de ligar a perguntar se me podiam dar um orçamento para o aluguer de 2 minibus de 16 lugares, para o próximo ano, explicando que era para cerca de 15 dias, e a funcionária disse que não o poderia fazer porque era para a época alta e podiam precisar dos autocarros pequenos. Eu expliquei que caso aceitasse o orçamento o valor ficava já pago, e a senhora disse que mesmo assim não se poderiam comprometer. Disse-me para pedir orçamento para os autocarros de 55 lugares, porque para esses já podia... Resumindo : o que é que esta empresa realmente vende de serviços? Simplesmente não entendo.

Está bem, ouve, eu e a minha mãe fomos até lá buscar um sofá, tu sentes-me. Então ouve, estávamos a pôr as almofadas no veículo e a minha mãe tirou uma almofada do sofá da loja e saiu uma barata do sofá. Eram as baratas do gueto porque era rápido como se estivesse numa corrida de pista. Então voltei para o carro para tirar as almofadas porque obviamente não levávamos o sofá para casa porque tinham baratas e nós não sujávamos. E então um insecto apareceu e eu deixei cair aquela almofada. E assim, não é isso. Então eu disse à minha mãe que ela jogou o travesseiro fora do carro (ainda me fez trazê-lo de volta ao lugar), mas sim. Má experiência. Se você mexer com baratas, então vá comprar um sofá ali. Mas, além disso, os trabalhadores eram bonitinhos, então se você precisar de um homem, vá até lá porque é óbvio que eles solteiros desde que trabalham em uma loja que deixa as baratas sem-teto ficarem lá de graça.

O serviço de atendimento ao cliente no check out foi suave, muito respeitoso e os caixas gentis tornaram o processo suave e rápido e, independentemente da situação, eles foram muito pacientes com todos os clientes que vi na fila antes de mim e também eu mesmo fui tratado com respeito e quando fui e precisei de ajuda no balcão de pintura a jovem lá foi acima e além para garantir que eu tivesse a melhor experiência. Ela até envolveu a minha filha e explicou e deixou-a assistir ao processo de mistura de cores de tinta para fazer outras cores. Que querida ela era. Ela merece um aumento e uma promoção para seus incríveis pacientes e habilidades de atendimento ao cliente. BOM TRABALHO!
