Positiv: Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr sauber und die Betten sehr gut.. Negativ: Die Beschreibung des in Booking angegeben Zimmers stimmt leider nicht ganz mit dem Zimmer, das man bekommt, überein. Wir hatten entsprechend der Beschreibung ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Badewanne gebucht und man gab uns eines ohne Balkon (angeblich war das Hotel ausgebucht) und ohne Badewanne. Nachdem wir ziemlich nachhaltig nachgefragt haben tauschte man uns in eines mit Badewanne. Leider stellte sich dann heraus, dass der Wannenstöpsel nicht verschließbar war, also war der Protest umsonst. Leider war außerdem das Internet mehr als wacklig..

Positif: Copieux petit déjeuner, le personnel d'entretien est beaucoup plus sympa que celui du restaurant. Le restaurant est bon mais trop d'attente (1h30 pour avoir un plat !). Négatif: L'attente pour être servi au restaurant et le chien du voisin qui aboie toute la nuit ce qui n'est pas très reposant !.

During our trip in Portugal we visited five hotels. This hotel was the best, better than even the 4-stars hotels we visited. Everything was wonderful and good. The surprise was, that owner Pedro, after he heard that I have a glutenfree diet, took care for a wonderful breakfast. Using dinner was also no problem. A very personal touch is the secret of this hotel.
