We booked a room for 2 nights last July through Booking.com, but after some time (and only 2 days prior to our stay), we were contacted by Booking.com warning us our reservation had been cancelled by the host with no further explanation. Booking.com was great in providing alternatives, but the short notice meant there weren't many options available anymore. Sorting everything obviously meant extra stress and lost time on our holiday. Having Casa Azul contacting us to apologize and explain why they wouldn't be able to accommodate us was the minimum we expected, but never heard a word from them. Terrible customer service, so avoid if you want a relaxed and stress free holiday.

Un excelente sitio para descanso! Muy completo. Tiene una vistas impresionantes y una fantástica piscina. Personal muy amable y simpático. Hay sitio para aparcar. Absolutamente recomendable. Ha sido un verdadero descubrimiento encontrar este lugar maravilloso! Hasta hay columpios para los niños!
