Купил билет до Лиссабона, на нем не было указано место и в автобусе на одной из станций меня вежливо попросили покинуть место. Потому что другому пассажиру продали билет с тем местом куда я сел. Было очень некомфортно когда тебя выгоняют.

Um sítio “frio” e isolado, sem muito conforto. Acho que é como qualquer outra estação de autocarro... mas sem a insegurança que se sente em estações de grandes cidades. Mas como é a única hipótese de Peniche, não há nada a fazer.

Terminal velho. Casas de banho sem papel, sabão para as mãos, papel para as mãos ou secador. Espaço para esperar sentado muito pouco. Tecto estava cheio de bolor. Precisa urgentemente de obras.

Serve bem, com sala de espera, café e wc razoável.

Well there are public free bathrooms. There is also a sign board which displays departure info but it seems to be updated rarely. There are a few chairs for people to sit on but that's it. The office hours aren't extensive. It's the bare minimum.

The staff at the counter did not mention anything about seat number while we were purchasing the tickets. We were asked to change our seat BECAUSE ONLY PORTUGUESE CARD ACCEPTING STAFF GAVE US RANDOM SEATS. As first timers in Peniche we've wanted to sit at front and enjoy the view. We were first to buy the ticket but have given tickets at the back of the coach. Also if I didn't have the cash I'd be stuck because the terminal of this tourist attraction centre does not accept any payment card but Portuguese. I wish I could rate with a Zero star

There is no bank, I did not see a bathroom and it only has a small snack bar with no good options to eat.

Serviço bom, padrão. Poderia ter mais escolhas para café e lanches e locais para espera.

Pessoal de serviço simpático e prestável. Não existe uma ATM-Multibanco, não existe informação em inglês, francês e alemão, não são visíveis números de contacto de táxis, não existe local de estacionamento para motorizadas, informação de horário muitas vezes avariada (eletrónica) ou difícil de ler (em papel colado à parede), não há informação turística...
