O hotel não tem simplesmente 4 estrelas! Poderia enumerar diversos pontos que o justificam, desde a limpeza assustadora, à falta de toalhas no quarto, ou até mesmo limitarem se a esticar os lençóis da cama aquando limpeza da estadia. Ser entregue papel higiênico ao balcão da receção é simplesmente surreal num hotel!

Local interessante, muito bem localizado, Gente muito simpática, cozinha tradicional top. A repetir. Está-se muito bem.

Hotel could do with a lick of paint, rooms could do with modernising, the room is basic but working a/c, good shower pressure and fresh towels (Not Sundays)
Room 516 the room above and below have a huge tree blocking the view from the balcony. (Not much view from the front of the hotel).
It is all inclusive but beware of a clever loophole that is designed to save the hotel money, spirits are only available between 1700-1900 and then again at 2100-2200. If you require spirits outside these times you will have to pay €4. Beer, coffee, wine and soft drinks are available at all times when the bar is open.
Some of the fruit and veg looked like they were recycled from the previous day, we had 3/7 decent meals inside the hotel restaurant.
The hotel is situated in a good place and transport is available all day until 11pm, there is a road train that will take you to all parts of Albufiria. Staff on there phone behind the bar while your waiting for a drink

Dreadful 100 e deposit 10pm all inc curfew bedding never changed food deplorable worst hotel and staff ever encountered we can rough it.this is not a 4 star hotel equivalent in reality to a 2-3 if we had believed the testimonials prior to booking we would have opted for a 3 star.truly dissatisfied disappointed and disgruntled.

An absolute dump. We booked here for Christmas 2018 and after 2 nights, had to move out. The rooms were dark, damp and poorly looked after. The property is tired and very outdated. The staff were nice but very unhelpful. They seem to treat everyone as a nuisance and will give every excuse not to deal with a problem. My wife is really easy-going but after nearly breaking down in tears on the second night it was time to move. We wern't expecting the Ritz but dirt on the walls, hairs on the bedding and suspicious stains on the mattress and pillows did it for us. The management were not prepared to admit there were issues or change our room. Don't say we didn't warn you.....

I booked this hotel via Holiday Gems and under the advisor feedback I was told that this hotel was 4* and that we would have a mini bar in our room. Prior to my visit I had read some of the reviews and was very concerned about what other holiday makers had written. I went there with an open mind. It pains me that I had paid good money to stay there as I now have to confirm that most if not all of the negative reviews were correct. Our room was dark, dingy and cold. The TV didn't work , the hair dryer sockets were hanging off the walls. The reception staff were unfriendly, and when he gave us towels they were dirty. We were offered no food but directed to a local MacDonalds down the road. We overlooked this and thought we'd just make do. However, the following morning whilst eating our breakfast we noticed we had another guest with us I.e. cockroaches!!! We then ventured out to the pool but was not able to use it because it was so filthy that you wouldn't even allow your worst enemy to use it. You can imagine how upset my sister and I were. Our balcony doors didn't lock and there was a big chunk of glass missing from it too. I then decided to make a formal complaint to holiday gems about the unsanitary conditions and asked to be moved immediately. My heart also went out to the families with children who could not enjoy the pool. In my opinion this hotel should not be classified as a 4* . The hotel is in desperate need of TLC. We were also served raw burgers to eat and despite asking for it to be cooked a little longer of which they accommodated me with they returned with uncooked food. Our holiday was ruined. Pls be assured that I'm not someone who paid cheaply but expected 5* treatment. This hotel needs to be closed down and any holiday company who recommends this hotel should ensure that the hotel is visited by them before they advertise and send unsuspecting holiday makers there.

We were 2adults and a child staying in this hotel for 4nights. Our room was large with 3single beds (2of them pushed in together) and facing the swimming pool. We went for all inclusive, but there was equipment to make your own food in the apartment too if wanted. Food was always fresh: salad bar, hot food and deserts. Even the fussy eater could find something to eat there. Drinks were served certain hours. Staff was very helpful. I took 1star off for the towels. I guess the hotel just doesn't have enough of them. One day when cleaners knocked at the door to see if the room needed to be cleaned, we asked to change our towels and we were told that they don't have any left. They apologized for that. And another days they'd just leave one big towel instead of 2or3. We would get them at the reception. Would we get back to the same hotel? Definitely yes for the price and location. Anyone that's looking for posh accomodation should pay more and look for another hotel. Thank you Valandas de Albufeira for making our stay enjoyable.

Quarto sujo, com mau cheiro, a mesa de refeições do quarto com a toalha suja, lençóis de cama cheios de pêlos como se fossem borbotos, resumindo, mau.

Clean but tired looking. Short walk to shops and about 15 walk to old town. Worth the money. I would use again

DO NOT GO disgusting well if you like raw prawns in a curry and cockroaches serving you may like. Refused to give towels for a week saying that they use there own for 7 days at home. I'm just getting on what was wrong but don't want to say Any more gets me ad and upset .

Tratamiento: fatal comida: lamentable La limpieza deja mucho k desear no le aconsejo a nadie k valla a este hotel nos arruinaron las vacaciones para tomarte un cafe tenías k salir fuera del hotel ya k el k te ponian era recalentado, el zumo era agua sucia la comida deficiente asi como muestro en esta foto me encontre el colchón el primer dia. Toallas tuvimos k pedirlas Nosotros íbamos con todo incluido lo dicho no se lo recomiendo a nadie

Towels not changed in four days , spirits not served on all inclusive between 7 and 9pm snacks charged for at all times even if your all inclusive. Breakfast is sausages which are already cut up . Avoid like the plague

Ok for a stop off holiday.. all inclusive is more of a snack bar cold and no selection ,limited staff but very helpful rooms are ok not the best not the worst if I was staying for 2 days would be perfect,bare this in mind and you will not be disappointed.

Where do I start!!!??? Very very poor! The room smelled like a sewer, and very run down, luckily for us we only stayed 3 days, could not have spent one more minute there! The hotel would have been good in the 60s but unfortunately, there's been no refurb since. It's not proper all inclusive as you can't get spirits at certain times never heard of that before! Food was basic, compared to the rest of the hotel it was ok! But don't expect anything spectacular. The staff were ok, again don't expect good morning or smiles. We had to go to other hotels for entertainment.

This was a nice cosy Hotel,rated 4 star,some may prefer to call it 3 star,but with the under 120pounds bargain for all inclusive ,hotel and flights as well as transfers per person ,2 sharing,it was an exciting ,worthwhile deal.The Hotel gives you a rustic Countryside feel, rooms have double beds and an extra single bed, besides stocked in case of self catering.There is a veranda swimming pool in the hotel which was quite interesting.snacks 4 to 5 pm alcoholic drinks 2 to 7 pm and 9 to 10 pm soft drinks is from 11am to 10pm.The food tasted good and was equivalent of 4 course meals breakfast ,lunch and Supper.

Don't no how this hotel got it's 4 stars just had a week allinclusive there OMG was awful.Room smelt of sweaty feet,food was disgusting,not a lot of choice was cold had to warm up in microwave,and a 4 slice toaster for all hotel that is if you could get any bread to use it,and to top it all at bar if you wanted a drink had to ring bell for a staff to turn up to serve you,also don't open up while eleven and finished at ten for alinclusive what a joke would not recommend this hotel to anyone xx

Keine 4 Sterne verdient. Das Hotel hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Die Lage ist viel zu weit vom Strand entfernt und der Weg zum Strand ist nicht angenehm. Die Straße war gruselig. Weg voller Löcher. Das Essen war einfach und im Saal war es immer laut. Viele Sachen z. B. der Honig waren entweder alle oder gestreckt. Die Zimmer waren mangelhaft und wurden nicht täglich geputzt oder die Handtücher wurden vergessen. Wir hatten über der Dusche eine offene Steckdose und Lamenabdeckungen fehlten. Der Balkon war verkeimt und die Liegen am Pool ebenso. Es gab kein deutsches TV und und und...NIE WIEDER! Auch wenn es billig war, aber dafür war es schon wieder zu teuer!

Believe the reviews.....it's awful. Had to insist on a room swap on the basis of sewage smell causing me to heave. Don't stay here to only fully inclusive they give is what the stray dogs refuse. Good job we not staying long. Not a nice place

Hotel muito bom! Trabalhadores muito mas mesmo muito simpáticos! Sinceramente fiquei muito bem aconchego e muito bem servido neste Hotel! Recomendo muito este Hotel a todas as pessoas que andarem à procura de um apartamento para passar férias nesta zona de Albufeira!

Please, don't go there, ever! The rooms are very dirty! The bed sheets are very smelly! Absolutely disgusting food,with no choice at all, which is same, every single day! There is no entertainment at all! There is a lot more..... just don't get yourself screwed!

This hotel is understaffed but those who work here are so helpful. I feel really sorry for them as some of the English guests complain about everything especially the food while their plates are overfull the apartments are next to a shopping center and a kilometer from the beach, which is a pleasant walk or 5 euro in a taxi. Yes the apartments are a bit dated but what do people expect when holidays are so cheap. I would recommend this place and thoroughly enjoying my stay

I don't usually comment but whatever you do Do Not Come To This Hotel.. Had to tap a star to post. Not a one star. Food terrible. Have complained each day. Now eating out as the hotel not really bothered. The restaurant staff just shrug their shoulders and walk away ignoring you There is no chef just cooks trying their worst. Horrible and cold or lukewarm. No choice for mains or deserts.. Went to kitchen 5 times for cups plates milk cereal bread etc. Just a mess. Their answer is microwave it. ... Don't think so. Dirty bedlinen had to strip 3beds to find 2 clean sheets. Staff on reception fed up of hearing complaints every day. Old dirty sun loungers. Just totally not a nice place!!! !!!! Rating minus 3stars. Don't book a holiday here. The old town and marina and beach are lovely. Local people friendly. Safe walking around. Just book a better hotel.

Fiquei neste hotel, há dois anos. Um nojo, quarto não estava limpo quando chegamos nem nunca foi limpo enquanto estivemos lá, apenas trocavam as toalhas e faziam a cama. O chão esteve sempre com areia e a mesa com migalhas, nem isso se dignaram a limpar. O frigorífico estava todo sujo e cheirava mal. Corredores imundos, inclusive com bichos mortos pelos cantos. O restaurante era um desastre, as bases dos pratos colavam de sujidade, a comida era média, e para finalizar tinham uma bacia lá no restaurante, em cima de uma mesa, onde despejavam os restos de comida, à frente de toda a gente. Este hotel devia ser fechado.

Not a place we come to again. Very disorganised, we stayed on an all inclusive holiday but the bar was not open all day. Food choices in the restaurant were limited and not always available. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pessimo! Falta de higiene, a parte da cozinha tinha migalhas em cima da mesa, no chão, gordura na placa do fogao, nos utensilios de cozinha e casa de banho tb n inspirava confiança. Muito barulho, eram 3h da manha acordei com pessoas bebedas a fazer barulho, a bater as portas de todos os quartos e ninguem do hotel apareceu, horrivel!

Partiendo de la base de que por lo que he pagado no puedo exigir mucho. Pero lo que me resulta una AUTÉNTICA BAZOFIA es que las bebidas de las comidas sean, GASEOSAS BARATAS de 2l con vasos para que te sirvas (rollo barbacoa con colegas). To Dios tocando los tapones sin saber donde se han metido las manos antes. Vamos una guarrada monumental!!. Por lo demás, se asemeja a lo que se paga.

This hotel is the worst I've ever been in only stayed 1 night out of 6 that we booked , place was fifthy , mold all over bathroom and food was not even good enough for my dogs , gave me and my husband dodgy stomachs for a day and a half , all inclusive was rubbish flat coke for drinks , beds comfy enough but me and my husband have got bites on our bodies from the fifth , there is no way this is 4 star , if I had to rate this is give it a -3 star , do not stay here if you want to be well and enjoy your holiday , faulty towers is looking good compared to this hotel .

Very basic food, nothing for younger children and no adult entertainment, how it's classed as a 4 star is beyond me it's more like a 2 star, most rooms are missing basic items

It's as basic as it comes..but for the price u don't mind..but one thing I will say is the barman that works till 11pm is the most unprofessional and unhelpful man I ever came across in my life..if he doesn't like his job he should look for work else where

This hotel should not be advised as a four star,but a three star. Lacks variety at meal times,no choice of food for children.No entertainment at hotel at all.Rooms need a revamp and I have got to say the hotel was clean was in a good location and the staff was very helpful

LOL ,Portuguese version of " The best exotic marigold hotel " poor fellow at reception had to raid vacant rooms to make up another ,cutlery , shelves in fridges , toasters , teapot , frying pan etc etc etc ,trying to cook on what was supplied a 2 ring electric hob we found in the cupboard , sinks very slow to drain and bathroom door rotten at the bottom ,rooms nice and clean though .

All Inclusive is a joke! Bar closes at 10pm! No ice cream available unless you pay for it! Food very simple, not enough choice. Had the same chicken 2 days in a row! Breakfast is either sausages OR bacon. Never on the same day. Eggs, always scrabbled, no fried, no boiled, no omlettes! And finally NO entertainment. You have been warned! One star, is the lowest I could give, oh and a cockroach came up the sink overflow.

Начитавшись плохих отзывов ,ехали со своей едой и со страхом.Но... Мы остались очень довольны ,еда домашняя,вода в бассейне теплая,обслуживание очень вежливое и приятное.Комната чистая,ванная с феном.Вода в душе горячая и отличный напор.Очень важно,интернет отличный и везде есть сеть. Однозначно вернемся сюда ещё. Огромное спасибо персоналу, отзывчивые и приятные люди.

it says four stars on review but it is only 2 stars at best very basic at best food again basic with limited variety only just edible for those with a strong stomach

Casa de banho sem toalhas, chão sujo, prateleiras sujas com restos de sabão/champoo, parede varanda suja de vinho ou outra coisa identica.. atualmente não aconselho, mais tarde pode ser que melhor......

Realmente quem procura qualidade nem vale a pena deslocar se a este hotel agora para quem quer barato em relacao ao preco e 5

It's not real 4 star. Good value for money. Good location, near shopping center. Not far swat from the beach.

Just left here 21st September 2018 we found the hotel perfectly pleasant. The staff were all great very helpful and hard working. The older lady worked tirelessly behind the bar and was very nice. Thank you for a lovely stay

Nunca estive num hotel de 4 estrelas tão mau! Até já estive em hoteis de 2 estrelas bem melhores! Não consigo compreender como é que não é revista a classificação deste hotel. Sujo, staff mau, vidros partidos na piscina (o meu filho cortou—se no pé). Estar tanto tempo à espera de uma férias e ter uma semana num local destes, até devia ter recebido uma indemnização!!! 4 estrelas é mesmo só para enganar!!!!!

I couldn't fault the staff as they were helpful and friendly. The location of it is great for visiting the old town and the strip. We met some really nice friendly people. We also was overwhelmed with stag and hen parties. The food was awful. The choice was pretty much the same everyday for breakfast and the evening food was even worse. The room we had was clean albeit very tired. There is no way this should be rated 4 star. It's provably realistically a 2 star. I would definitely not go back here again. You get what you pay for and this place certainly reinforced that in my experience,

Nos enviaron a este "hotel", ya que donde teníamos reserva no les funcionaba el aire acondicionado y nos dijeron que este era también suyo, y como compensación teníamos todo incluido (en el otro habíamos cogido solo alojamiento). Al ver la fachada vimos que era un edificio viejo, pero la recepción tenía buena pinta y encima vimos que era 4 estrellas. Para mí le sobran como poco 2 estrellas... Es un desastre, lo único bueno que tiene es la atención de los recepcionistas. Las habitaciones están sucias (se te pega la mano en la mesa...), el aire acondicionado hace un ruido infernal, la terraza llena de cagadas de gaviotas, extranjeros borrachos cantando por el balcón a las 7.00 y allí nadie les dice nada, la comida malísima, y ves cómo la van transformando día a día (no permiten hacer fotos en el comedor, y ya entiendo por qué...). El baño casi sin luz, la puerta del baño con un agujero enorme de algún golpe que le dieron. La cama ni tan mal, para como está el resto... Y la piscina también está bien y limpia. Vamos, que si alguien va, que no se haga a la idea de que es un 4 estrellas, igual hace 20 años lo fue, pero hoy en día...

No está mal. Tiene buena sitúacion, pero diría que no muy buena. El desayuno casi no te da tiempo ni a olerlo. O te levantas muy temprano o te lo cierran.

Pues para ser sincera la peor experiencia en en todas mis vacaciones,mala presencia,poca limpieza,sin mando del aire ((porque no hay para todas las habitaciones ))tienes q bajar para q lo enciendan porque el tfn tampoco funciona x cierto la tele tampoko .....y para rematar media pension malisima muy escasa y todo repetido si estas unos dias ves como lo van transformando todo siendo la misma comida y para rematar malas formas en el buffe de una empleada. Creo q poco mas puedo decir para mi no llega ni a hostal

Fabuloso y la recepcionista morena muy simpatica y bonita

No es un 4 estrellas de España aunque quizás lo fue algún dia... No esta mal situado y es barato. No está especialmente limpio, las camas son comodas y como esta fuera de la calle de bares se descansa bien. Parece más sitio para familias. Las habitaciones son grandes y la piscina pequeña. Nada especial de resaltar, yo lo pille porque era barato respecto a los demás... Tiene salida tardía por 20€ y buffet 10€ comida o cena y desayuno 5€ por persona, ni idea de si bueno o malo... WiFi poco en las habitaciones y cocina poco equipada

Hotel im Herzen von Albufeira, sehr zentral gelegen. Bars, Continente Supermarkt, Banken, Restaurants - Alles in unmittelbarer Naehe. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das modernste, aber funktional zu einem fairen Preis. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Check In schnell und unkompliziert. Die Appartments etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gross und mit Balkon. Sauberkeit ist ok, Alles funktioniert, so dass man sich wohlfuehlen kann. Es gibt ein Buffet am Mittag und am Abend. Die Poolbar ist toll und zum relaxen geeignet. Auch Gaeste von ausserhalb geniessen das Ambiente hier. Ein rundherum gutes Angebot mit nur geringen Abstrichen.

Wir waren 4 Nächte dort. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Das schlimmste aber war die betrunkenen Engländer jede Nacht. Die laut in den Gängen herumschrien und die Türen zuschlugen. Verwachten einige Male. Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sauberkeit sehr schlecht. In Dusche und Lavabo lief das Wasser nicht ab. Nie wieder. War günstig aber keine Ferien.

É um hotel que precisa melhorar um pouco, tanto na decoração como na organização, porém o atendimento é personalizado e realmente muito simpáticos

Hotel de 4* a muy buen precio. Necesitaría alguna que otra reforma. Apartamento con cocina. Ojo: hay que lavar la vajilla al finalizar estancia o te cargan suplemento.

Hotel was absolutely disgusting, Ants on the room floor, mould in the fridge & freezer. Bedding would only get changed every 2 days. The sun loungers where absolutely disgusting, the pool had rubbish in it & what looked like mould growing on the tiles. The food was so greasy, cold & tasted disgusting there was very little choice. They really need to invest in a new toaster too 15 mins is far to long to wait for a slice of toast to be cooked. The food made me & my partner ill for 3 days of the holiday. The alcoholic drinks were a joke spirits were only available at set times. We paid for all inclusive & ended up having to eat & drink out all the time. In the end the hotel just became somewhere just to rest our heads each night.

4 Sterne sind 4 zu viel Personal gibt sich Mühe aber das ist auch alles, kann es nicht empfehlen, nur die Lage zur Stadt ist gut

Todo patético.. Bufet escaso y de mala calidad..las habitaciones con poca higiene. Mínima limpieza.. El personal ni te cuento.. Desagradable y mal educados. Trato pésimo. No volveremos...

We stayed in April 2019, it was a lovely area full of people. The hotel, was not very nice however. When we got there we were greeted by the hotel check in desk. The employees were very helpful and i cannot complain about that. When me and my family checked into our rooms, there were 6 of us so we all had 2 people in each room. Me and my sister shared a room, it was nice but as soon as i opened the wardrobe. i was greeted with a fairly large cockroach which was very unexpected. the hotel dealt with it though. The next bad thing was the noise. it was very noisy from our room and we were on the 2nd floor. I will not be staying here again and the hotel should not be a 4 star. it should be no more than a 3.

Es horrible , muy mal trato , no les hacen gracia que comas y bebas lo que quieras , te ponen un límite con el alcohol , si pides mucho alcohol dicen que a la policía en qué hotel todo incluido pasa eso , porque yo e visitado más y eran mejores,la mujer mayor de la barra es muy aseca , no hablan ni español ni inglés nadie , te atienden fatal , no puedes tener una conversación oni ayuda de ellos,la comida fatal y repetitiva , siempre arroz , el desayuno fatal los zumos malísimos la leche la máquina echa agua en vez de leche , el recepcionista Daniel nos entro a media noche en la habitación inprevisto nos asustó ! Y dijo que se había equivocado , el hotel pésimo no lo recomiendo un finde orrible y con vómitos por la comida no volveré

So cheap and great value for money,all inclusive package was outstanding.Not much selection on food but what they had was so nice,best soups i tasted in a long time and desserts were to die for.Felt like faulty towers as not too many staff but they were so helpful in all our needs,I would certainly go back

Doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel. It is alright but I wish that the rooms weren't like sleeping in someone's kitchen

Hemos estado muy bien, creo que es la opinión de la mayoría de los que íbamos, en particular la señora María nos ha atendido muy bien.

This is not a 4 star hotel at all. Cold and humid bedroom with a very noisy heating, so you can't really sleep with. As a couple, we requested a double bed but we get 2 single bed stuck together with dirty covers with other people's hair. The bathroom is the worst : you have a shower and the bathroom become a swimming pool, wall AND toilet are dirty... About the food, not great, not very tasty I found a bug in my jam ! Only good point, it is the location in the center and not far from the beach (20 min walk)

Couldn't use pool as was very dirty reception didn't speak English and was not helpful room was good size and clean

The old saying, you get what you pay for, certainly applied in this case !!! Whole place needs a good makeover, holes in curtains, bedding and torn towels. Mould on bathroom ceiling and outside walls in bedroom. Food was ok but not much choice, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool had algae growing on the side walls

Cheap as chips don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed, booked all inclusive got to the room half eaten kebab in the microwave the bin was half full of cigarettes butts, went to tell reception and got a lovely smile

Maximal zwei Sterne verdient. Wir sind jetzt 2 Tage hier und eswar noch kein Zimmermädchen da. Die Handtücher mussten wir am ersten Abend uns selbst holen. Das Bad und auch die sanitären Anlagen im Haus sind in einem unsauberen und schlechten Zustand. In die Ecken darf man lieber nicht gucken. Das Essen (Buffet) ist sehr übersichtlich und minimal gehalten.Das Geschirr muss man selbst abräumen und Getränke holt man sich auch selbst. Es ist maximal eine Person für das Restaurant zuständig und diese muss in der Regel auch in der Bar an die Theke. Cocktail ist nur einer pro Tag erlaubt. An der Rezeption findet man sehr oft das Schild "Bin in 5 min zurück". Wenn jemand da ist wird einem auch geholfen. Leider kann nur keiner die deutsche Sprache. Es wird vorwiegend englisch gesprochen. Vielleicht ist es in der Hauptsaison ein wenig anders mit der Bedienung und der Rezeption. Das werden wir nicht weiter empfehlen. Dafür müsste sich hier vieles ändern. Für uns ist es Schade, da wir das 1. Mal in Portugal sind und haben dann solch ein Hotel.

If you like the smell of sewage coming up from your kitchenette plug hole, having to hunt down towels and toilet roll, having a games room where nothing works and none of the other amenities that were advertised then this is the perfect place for you, never let the back in 5 mins sign fool you the 24hr reception desk might actually see the desk clerk for 3 or 4 times a day. The food is to say the least edible on occasion, soup that was recycled over and over and at best tasted like dishwater, the bread was nice though, several people went down with a form of food poisoning while we were there and not one of them had a good thing to say about the place. To sum up if you want to throw money away go there but if you want a holiday go somewhere else.

La entrada fatal, por el amor de dios esto es un hostal en lugar de un 4*, el todo incluido ese, todo de la marca la gaviota (el whiskey, la Coca-Cola,) no hay colacao o algo parecido para los críos, no hay zumos en fin no voy más ni con la guardia civil, las habitaciones pufff ni entro a valorar, solo te digo que no había ni señal de TV.

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with the accommodation. The rooms are outdated, the spa is extremely ugly and worn out. Declared 4 stars, but zero. Sajnos negatív tapasztalatunk volt a szállással. A szobák korszerűtlenek, a fürdő kifejezetten csúnya és kopott. 4 csillagosnak hirdetett, de nulla.

The hotel is ok. Its basic. Breakfast and lunch is good but AVOID dinner. Very strick with drinks. The room is simple but all u need is somewhere to hang up your hat.

We didn't book this hotel, we were put there because ours had been overbooked. So I can't really nock this hotel too much. The reason why we only gave it 2 stars was because in modern star ratings that's all it is, maybe 20 years ago it was a 4 star but not anymore. Can't say anymore than that as we were only there for 2 nights.. hope this helps

All I can say is faulty towers comes to mind while staying here / pool green and comes with seagulls bathing

It's not the worst hotel I have seen but it's definitely the worst 4 stars hotel I've ever been. 2 stars max if I could rate it. I don't usually believe in what people says in feedbacks but all bad opinions about this place are true. Staff was nice. People in reception are friendly. Same in restaurant. Just lad in a bar been look angry for 3 days for some reason. ROOM Maids do not do cleaning every day but even when they do it doesn't look like clean room. I have had an apartment situated just few steps from reception. Very comfy beds. You can have a good sleep on them. 2 balconies. One with table and 2 chairs where you can spend evenings watching stars. 22" TV in the room. Unfortunately no remote control so using it was difficult. Especially because I could not change the language. Maybe people in reception could help me with this but I only tried to use it in very last night so I didn't really care about it. Power sockets were falling off the wall. I wouldn't recommend it if you have small children. Air condition didn't work. Same as heating btw. I only try it to say about it in feedback. Didn't need air con or heating at all. There was a safe in wardrobe but has no lock :| BATHROOM Bathroom was dirty and neglected. Mold on the silink and in almost every corner. Tap was possessed. When you open hot water it was very laud. Low pressure was impossible to set. Pressure was so high that you can't wash hands. 60 degrees C is definitely too hot. There was a fan in shower cabin. Maybe in Portugal it is legal but I'm sure it's not safe. Towels looks old, poor and dirty. KITCHEN Fridge, sink, plates are OK. Microwave smells bad. I have never try to use it. There was a set of metal pans but it's obvious you can't use them in microwave :D No cooker in a kitchen made them totally useless. A lot of forks, spoons and knives. Plus sticker next to them with warning message says it may cost you 100 euro if you not wash them after use. Probably people been leaving hotel and maids needs to wash them. BAR My girlfriend went to get sangria. Barman prepared jug of it and after he want 10 euro. He didn't say a word this is not included in all inclusive. Next time we just asked twice what is and what is not included. Spirits you can get only between 2 pm - 10 pm. After 10 pm bar is closed. 50 grams of peanuts costs 2 euro. Beer was OK. Cheapest whisky with flat cola was disgusting. There was large screen TV (about 40") where you can watch football. I think barman hates people. When I have ordered a beer, first he put tips can in front of me and then I got my beer. That was funny. RESTAURANT OMG. I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START. First I want to say that food was OK. I mean, everything I have tried taste good. Forks been dirty. Plates been wet. Food was cold. There was some insects walking on my table. Half an hour before finish of breakfast (9:30) there was no tea. No milk. No bread. No jam. No fruits. Not much food to choose. Everyday they only change type of meat and fish. Rest was the same. Rice, chips, salads. All the same. Cheapest drinks. Cheap coke, sprite, wines and juice from concentrate. I don't know if there is someone who want to come back to this place. Don't deserve 4 stars. The only good thing I have spend there just 3 nights. However, location was good. Shopping centre just 3 minutes away. Beach about 15-20 minutes away. KFC, McDonald's, some Indian and Chinese restaurants near hotel as well. If you want just sleep in hotel and enjoy time in Albufeira this might be good cheap place to stay. But if you looking for all inclusive holiday, aviod this place.

O hotel nao e mau.... mas tem aqui um empregado em que diz que esteve doente ele e um mal encarado...nao me deixou tomar o pequeno almoço porque passava 5 min...e a porta ainda estava aberta...para nao falar que nao e a primeira vez que e mal encarado no bar da piscina...

Un hotel para no repetir.Dice tener cuatro estrellas y creo que le sobran todas. Las instalaciones muy viejas y descuidadas,el todo incluido...escaso no ,lo siguiente....salíamos fuera a comer , porque variedad nula y calidad de la comida de lo peor.La piscina poco cuidada ...hamacas contadas ...y ni una botella de agua para poder llevarte a la habitación (íbamos con todo incluido) La ubicación cerca de un centro comercial, pero lejos de la zona de ambiente de Albufeira y lejos de la playa.Una experiencia malísima. Lo único positivo es la amabilidad de los trabajadores, que hablando poco español...intentaban solucionarte o informarte de todo. No aconsejaría a nadie que pasará su estancia allí.

This is a very basic hotel with limited all inclusive, friendly staff. Food choice limited but what is available is nice. Used by stags and hens and can be rowdy at times, but the value for money particularly out of season cannot be questioned. It's not everyone's cup of tea but we had a great time.

Em termos de quarto... pouca qualidade nos serviços, comida bem confeccionada mas pouca diversidade, o spa e o centro de massagens não funcionam, a recepção não tem 24horas de funcionários... Não me pareceu seguro deixar as chaves do quarto na recepção... Valeu por estarmos no centro de albufeira e pelos momentos passados em família

Toalhas e roupas de camas surradas. Banheiro entupido. Baratas. Teve dia do quarto não ser limpo. Os meninos da recepção até tentaram nos ajudar. Mas sem chance.. café da manha fraco. Pao amanhecido.

Hotel péssimo o pior que ja encontrei em toda minha vida. . O quarto estava todo sujo desde a cama com pó . Frigorífico todo sujo portas de armários sujos e partidos lixo por todos os cantos . Wc nao via um pano ah semanas torneiras com mai aspecto rolos de papele higiénico ja tinha sido mulhado e ja tinha bichos al volta ... refeitório outros pblms iguais.

Primero que nada, decir que el personal es muy simpático y servicial, son lo mejor del hotel. Pero debemos partir de qué es un sitio muy barato. La comida roza el correcto, y lo que no he visto bien es que si algo se acaba no reponen. La limpieza no está mal, pero éramos 5 y ningún día hubo toallas para todos. Supongo que la mayoría de estos problemas son por estar iniciando la temporada, nos llevamos una experiencia mejorable. Pero gracias por vuestra hospitalidad.

I'll be honest you get what you pay for. The hotel is very clean and everything works. Close to shops and taxis etc. Reception was polite and fair. To the barman who doesn't smile, I fully sympathise with - dealing with drunks and the general holiday morons, but we still love him. He works hard and keeps the pool inorder! The rooms weren't cleaned everyday and when it was, no new towels provided over the four days. Food selection wasn't great but vegetarian friendly.

I am appalled that this hotel is still being given a 4 star review please please read all reviews I never use to read them as everyone has different taste staff arrogant we had booked 2 app after arriving at one in the morning told we would all have to stay in one for our holiday as a stag doo had trashed the other app list goes on and on

Good enough to get your head down, that's about it. Food very hit and miss. Appliances not working, shower not functional and no towels or cleaning done until our last night of 3 nights. San Miguel on tap for all inclusive was about the best part.

What we got told and what we walked into was two completely different hotels... the pool and indoor facilities were out of order! The food wasn’t great and the staff weren’t even apologetic for the standards. Even just for a quick weekend away, it wasn’t worth the money we paid as they basically lied about what we would get and the kind of hotel it was. 4 stars..... I DON’T THINK SO. There was one guy who we felt was doing everything, he was everywhere. Very polite and nice, the receptionist was nice but still didn’t give us all information we required and then there was a barman who was rude and grunted whenever spoken to. Always had a face like thunder and not very approachable at all. In a place like this, you thought you’d at least think they had good customer service and hospitality but barely. All in all, we weren’t impressed. Considering it was all inclusive we spent more money eating out and buying alcohol because the bar was limited. The drinks were watered down or flat, the limited times meant you couldn’t even drink when you weren’t eating at all unless it was between these certain times, you were expected to go down to the strip or pay for quality stuff. As for the rooms that we paid EXTRA for, they were horrendous when it came to standards, yes it had a bed and bathroom but it wasn’t cleaned every day which they didn’t tell us about. Things were broken or just missing from the room also, like the air conditioning remote, soap and shower gels and the rooms were damp which attracted mosquitos. The ‘satellite’ tv that they offered only had 5 channels, two of which were the same and none were in English with zero subtitles so it was pointless having it at all. The TVs in other rooms such as the games room and bar didn’t cater to people who were even here either and again weren’t in English. The sheets weren’t quite that clean and they just used the same sheets and made the bed again. The floors were dirty and dusty and you made sure you had socks or some form of flip flops on your feet even in the bathroom. We paid for 3 days worth of all inclusive but the day we arrived our flights were delayed and so we missed a whole day of food. The check in and check out times were confusing but they also say that the day we check out we only get breakfast even though we don’t leave until after lunch. They didn’t offer any information about how all inclusive works and they don’t even show us menus for the day, we were just guessing what it was. There was no welcome pack or basic information as to why we don’t get fed even though we were here for it. The cut off times don’t make sense considering you’re paying for the days you want it. So basically we pay for other people or no one to eat. It’s such a disappointment. They didn’t think to tell us about anything we could do whilst were here or any restaurants or shops to go to.. we just had to walk around and find things to keep us occupied as they didn’t have anything in ‘resort’ for us to do. We will not be recommending this place to anybody else but if you need somewhere to just rest your head then by all means stay but for an actual destination.. no.

Le doy 1 strella para poder comentar porq no le daria ni media...habitaciones sucias, camas incomodisima, servicio todo incluido pesimo solo comes arroz y macarrones( todo sucio de polvo, cuviertos, platos, basos...) no lo recomiendo ni para mi peor enemigo...que asco!!! Dice que es 4 estrellas...solo porq tiene la playa cerca por lo demas patetico de verguenza pagar por alojarse en este hotel.

Very run down hotel with dated furniture and equipment however location was great for me and at 20 Euros a night I got what I paid for. Has a 4 star rating but not close to that. Bar is expensive, food is dire and the all inclusive option is a joke as you have to pay extra for most drinks.

Great stay...cheap and cheerful...foods bare able but not cord on blue...beds are singles with sheets...makes cuddling up a giggle at midnight. ..staff friendly and helpful.. great little break at the price

I stayed here a wk ago , found the staff so friendly and helpful , the studio apt. Had loads of room , basic but everything you needed in them , food was ok loads of it , the location was great , would go bk again

Fracas condições das instalações, principalmente da casa de banho. Materiais degradados e com ferrugem. Falta de limpeza e pouca simpatia no atendimento. Lugar a não repetir!

Boa localização, próximo a tudo, passei uns otimos dias de ferias, precisa se de algumas reformas.

Lugar deplorable, hotel 4 estrellas que no merece ni 2

Baratas é inadmissível mas no bar da piscina e nos quartos são uma visita a contar neste aparthotel. Se acordarem a meio da noite com o alarme de incêndio a tocar não se assustem, provavelmente alguém se lembrou de fazer torradas queimadas a meio da noite. O edifício está degradado, azulejos da piscina partidos, tudo muito antigo e sujo. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e sinceramente tenho pena por eles porque trabalham horas sem fim e fazem mil e uma tarefas. A empregada de limpeza é só uma para tantos quartos. Para trocar as toalhas temos que solicitar e ainda assim nem sempre têm toalhas que cheguem para fazer a troca. Numa semana de estadia as toalhas não foram trocadas uma unica vez. Em relação às refeições tem poucas opções para um hotel de 4 estrelas e os menus são muito repetitivos.

As 4* deixam um pouco a desejar, o estado geral do hotel não corresponde...O pior foi mesmo os colchões, sentir molas nas costa já não se usa, notóriamente precisam de uma atualização. Comida dentro do normal, o melhor mesmo é a simpatia dos funcionários.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas cuesta mucho pedir cosas básicas como toallas, jabon, microondas que debería tener la habitación. Ahora no debería tener tantas estrellas le sobra alguna

For a 4 star apartment hotel I was expecting a much better place and service. I think not even 3 stars should have. The food was not very good, low on employees working here. The elevators work very poorly, 75% off the employees are not very kind.

Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig, nicht sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist auf englische Gäste eingestellt, darauf ist auch das Essen ausgerichtet, lebhafte umgebung nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Infrastruktur. Zum Strand sind es ca 15 bis 20 min zu Fuß sowie in die Altstadt. Wer keinen all zu großen wert auf Sauberkeit legt kann hier gut Urlaub machen.

Razoável. Boas instalações, limpo. Tem alguns pormenores que podiam ser melhorados como estendal para roupa e pequenos arranjos (o meu studio tem lâmpada fundida e exaustão da casa de banho não funciona), não considero hotel de 4 estrelas mas a estadia tem sido agradável. Tem uma boa piscina

Wir, im Alter von 35, 33 und 21 buchten dieses Hotel da die angebotenen 4 Sterne in Verbindung mit dem Preis fast unschlagbar erschienen. Natürlich erwarteten wir keine "echten" vier Sterne und auch von gewissen Rezensionen ließen wir uns nicht abschrecken. Angekommen und das Zimmer unter die Lupe genommen, würden wir dem Hotel an sich 1 1/2 Sterne geben. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem optisch, mit menschlichen Augen und Brille sowie mit vernünftigem Menschenverstand als sauber zu beanstanden. Aber definitiv keine 4 Sterne wie es sich vielleicht viele erhoffen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, wenige Meter von einem Einkaufszentrum und ca. 15 Fußminuten vom Strand entfernt. Bus und Taxiverbindungen sind ebenfalls unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hotels gegeben und diese empfiehlt sich, speziell in der Nacht auch zu nutzen und möglichst lange entfernt von diesem Hotel zu bleiben! Wenn man nicht gerade auf Sauftour unterwegs ist und die deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft besitzt ist man in diesem Hotel nicht wirklich willkommen! Es spricht sich wohl sehr schnell rum das ein Zimmer nicht von Engländern bewohnt ist und das haben wir zu spüren bekommen. Es wurde mitten in der Nacht Sturmgeklingelt und an unsere Tür geklopft, Würgegeräusche ließen darauf schließen das vor unserer Zimmertür rückwärts gegessen wurde und die Blicke und Gestiken die wir einstecken mussten sowie die verbalen Attacken sagten eindeutig aus das "nicht Engländer" in diesem Hotel nicht willkommen sind. Ich könnte noch weiter ausholen aber möchte nur noch so viel mitteilen das wir nach der Hälfte des Urlaubs auf eigene Kosten ein anderes Hotel gebucht haben um überhaupt Urlaub zu haben! Wer auf gröhlende Engländer, deren Promillepegel während des gesamten Aufenthalts niemals unter 1,5 fällt ist hier genau richtig. An alle anderen.....Macht ein paar Überstunden und gebt ein paar Euro mehr aus und genießt die Gegend, die wirklich sehr schön ist, von einem anderen Hotel aus!

Hotel de 4 estrelas mas na altura em que foi construido pois hoje em dia existem 3 estrelas muito melhor. A nivel de limpezas é.fraco muitas areas.envolventes.sujas! This hotel was sold to us as a 4 star. it is at best a 2 star. Cockroaches everywhere. Filthy hotel. Sunbeds too dirty to lie on. Flies on food that was not covered properly. A barman (Pedro) who treats holidays makers with contempt, we had to supply our own tonic water for spirits that were rationed (only available from 2pm till 7pm then 9pm till 10pm). Staff are in short supply with one person sometimes manning reception, restaurant and bar on different floors. You need a really good sense of humour to stay here. Stayed 20th-27th May 2017

No se merece ni una estrella.una falta de higiene brutal.moscas en el pan.un monton de cucarachas en el restaurante muertas.poquisima variedad en el bufet y muy malo lo poco q había.el pan usado .Y pésimo el servicio.tan sólo un desayuno q se pudo hacer medio bien. Se vería de ir sanidad para q viera aquello.

Room was very spacious, staff were very attentive. Facilities were to a good standard. All inclusive meals could have been better.

Hotel de 4* caídas. Tremenda falta de higiene, mesmo após reclamação. Nem tudo justifica a pratica de preços baixos pois há aspetos, como a higiene, que não podem nunca ser desconsiderados. Chegamos após a meia noite, cansados e deparámo-nos com este cenário, repugnante. Tinhamos fronhas usadas, pacotes de shampoo e gel no wc, abertos, usados, em cima dos quais colocaram as toalhas de rosto... lixo nos cantos, sanita suja, etc... vergonhoso. Devolveram o valor da estada mas preferiamos ter sido bem servidos.

Bom hotel com tudo incluido em Albufeira.

Aparthotel com piscina, bem localizado, perto de supermercados e a 5 minutos a pé da rua da Oura e do centro...

The food was cold variety was very poor we were told to heat food in microwave the chips were warm ups and were like twigs the toaster did not work the bacon looks like it was from the day before the was a piece of metal in with bacon i told the staff and they said they would tell the manager and he would see us when he comes in the next day at 9 oclock he did not turn up and they got him on the phone he said he would sort it out all the people we talk to said they would not eat the food as it was all cold and disgusting and would not even rate it as a 1 star would not stey in this hotel even it was for free its the talk of area of how bad it is its a no go it needs to be inspected by the health inspectors it is very dirty were the food is being served 3 nights was like a life time it is bad

Some staff were great others (the manager) very rude. Sitting in reception while waiting to check in someone complained and that person got told nothing could be done as it is a low 4 star hotel not a premium 4 star hotel. on our second day we had bugs coming out of the wall and asked politely if someone could kill and bug spray. 6 and a half hours later nothing done. at reception the manager was again rude and we had to ask multiple times for bug spray the crack int he wall where the bugs where coming from. Beds where made every 2 days, floor was very dirty had to where shoes walking round. No cooking facilities other than a plug in hob or washing up stuff for cups as they are limited. Great location, some staff pleasant, needs touching up and redecorating. Definitely shouldn't be advertised as classed as a 4 star very misleading.

Não recomendo! Estive com a família uma semana, em Setembro de 2016. 1 - Ar condicionado do quarto avariado, com temperaturas de 38 graus. 2 - Os colchões em pobre estado de conservação e limpeza. 3 - Bolor no tecto da casa de banho. 4 - Os lençóis nunca foram mudados. 5 - Falta de puxadores nos armários da cozinha. 6 - A piscina com falta de manutenção. 7 - Únicos pontos positivos; as refeições que apesar de serem feitas com produtos de baixa qualidade, estavam bem confeccionadas e a simpatia dos funcionários. 8 - Jamais este apart hotel deveria ter uma classificacão de 4 estrelas, nem 2 merece!

Stayed here from 6th - 10th June self catering - very good hotel and great location just between the New Town and Old Town. Maids came every day and staff very friendly. Will hopefully return in September.

Apartotel calmo e familiar. Ambiente descontraído e bons apartamentos. Limpeza a condizer. Bom acolhimento.

Arrived, at about 11.pm on a Saturday night left at about 9.am following day.,after trying 2 bedrooms. How do they justify a four star rating?

Room is very spacious with a working fridge, kitchen sink, microwave and some various kitchen utensils. Balcony faces the end of the pool and other apartments but gets some sun which is the main thing. Food isn't great, so far we have spent our money eating out as every meal has been disappointing but there are some wonderful places close by to eat & drink. The bar is ok if you drink wine & beer but if your a spirits drinker like us I'd suggest buying your own as they only serve spirits from 2pm - 10pm and the whiskey was shockingly bad. Also they provide mixer from bottles which we found meant our drinks were almost always flat. Room service os very infrequent and extremely basic. No entertainment either which is laughable considering its apparently a 4 star hotel

Had good holiday until my wife was ill.Much praise for Natasha,on front desk.Nothing was too much trouble for her.She sorted early flights and transfers for us. Always found something good to eat at mealtimes, although some people complained.

Not a lot of choice on the menu but you won't starve.room spacious and well cleaned.staff friendly and polite
