Immaculately clean, friendly and helpful staff. Staying bed and breakfast so can only comment on the most important meal of the day, which is good. Our only negative would be that you have to pay for any coffee you make in your room, but you can help yourself for free if you go to reception. Rooftop pool is excellent, plenty of beds and (so far), no one leaving towels. Out and about, no stray animals, no insect swarms and no litter to talk about but the volume of graffiti is a bit of a shocker.

Hotel an sich sehr Schön, aber... Abendessen A la Carte wo man bei Halbpension trotzdem Getränke zahlen darf und mir Persönlich Schmeckt das Abendessen dort auch nicht. Frühstücksbuffet ist jeden Tag das gleiche.. In den Pool auf dem Dach sind ganz gerne die Möwen drinne und dadurch hat man da natürlich auch den Kot drinne.. Die Ruine vor dem Hotel versaut ein bisschen das gebuchte Halbe-Meerblick Zimmer.. Positiv is zu erwähnen das es dadurch das es noch nicht alt ist noch sehr sauber ist, nettes Personal hat und gut zu Fuß in die Stadt, zum Hafen und zum Strand zu gelangen ist.

Muy recomendable. Habitaciones muy modernas y bien equipadas. Tienen un gimnasio muy completo y si te gusta practicar crossfit, tienen una jaula en el exterior para hacer ejercicios funcionales.

Lovely hotel that still looks and feels brand new. Reception and restaurant staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and the rooftop bar had great views, although the staff there were perhaps a little less attentive than in another areas. The spa was very good and again the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, with only a short walk to the centre of Portimao in one direction and around a 15-minute walk to Praia da Rocha the other way.

Nous avons séjourné 6 jours dans cet hôtel. Les chambres standards sont grandes, bien agencées et très propre. Pour l'accès au spa n'oubliez pas de réserver et un bonnet de bain est obligatoire (3€/bonnet). Le spa est assez petit mais réserve des surprises... Le parking de l'hôtel est payant mais il y a un parking gratuit pas loin. Le petit déjeuner est au top. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous recommandons cet hotel!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, not great food for a vegetarians in the restaurant but worth the very relaxed atmosphere and cocktails . There is a small Gym with running and exercise bikes.

Un hotel muy especial. Es acogedor, su estancia se hace agradable. Tiene unas vistas preciosas. Puedes utilizar la terraza y piscina exterior cuya vista desde el tejado se alarga hacia la bahia juntandose sin linea divisoria. Un lujo!

친절하고 깨끗하나 어설픈 부분이 있습니다 방에 가운, 슬리퍼 없어서 3번 요청해서 다음날 받고, 사우나 시설은 온탕이 고장나서 냉탕이였고 (일시적) 할로윈이라 해서 루프탑 바에 갔는데 사진과 전혀 다른 비쥬얼. 다만 위치도 괜찮고 다들 웃으면서 잘 응대해 주십니다

Stayed recently, beautiful hotel and very cosy about 10 mins walk to beach and its next to the marina, however we arrived late in the evening and at just after 5pm the next day I had to go look for a member of housekeeping staff for fresh towels as the room had not been done, didn't really mind the room not being done but needed towels. The next day again had to go to reception to ask them to get someone to do the room after 2pm as there was no housekeeping staff on the floor and they had been earlier and the room had not been done. On our third and final day we were out all day and returned about 6pm and again the room was not serviced. DJ music was advertised for the bar a few nights but it was just background music playing. On our last night we had an early one as we were leaving just gone 6am the next morning but our room must have been just below the bar and we heard everything from above when they closed, dragging furniture around etc which was not great. We had a voucher for acess to the Spa 90 mins a day which we were told on arrival we had paid for with our booking, when we first went the lady wasn't happy that we hadn't pre booked and was told we woud have to as they only had 8 beds which meant max 8 people at a time, that's fine but reception didn't tell us that and made us feel like we were taking spaces which could be used for paying clients when we showed voucher (we had paid) but the spa area was stunning!! Overall a nice hotel for our 4 night stay and staff are super friendly, great choice for breakfast and shuttle bus available from hotel to Pria de Rocha a few times throughout the day

Hübsches Hotel mit netter Atmosphäre. Hotel nur für Erwachsene. Keine Kinder. Hatten bei der Buchung einen Gutschein für die Spa erhalten. 90 minütigen Aufenthalt. Sonst hätte der 90 minütige Besuch ca. Euro 30 pro Person gekostet. Für das was dort geboten wird völlig überteuert und nicht im Verhältnis. Das Geld kann man sich sparen. Das frückstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig aber für englische Gäste ausgelegt. Kaum frisches Obst oder "gesunde" Müslis. Eierspeisen und pancakes werden frisch als Front cooking zubereitet.

Super Pool mit Poolbar, nettes, immer freundliches englisch sprechendes Personal. Erstklassiges Frühstück im Restaurant oder auf der Terrasse, abends im Restaurant (Res. erforderlich) gutes Essen und aufmerksamer Service. Preise für Getränke und Speisen im (€€) Mittelfeld. Kostenfreie Garage, 24-Stunden kostenfreier Kaffee, Wasser und Säfte in der Lobby. Zimmer zum Fluss mit schöner Ansicht zur Marina und zum Fischerdorf Ferragudo. Wer mit offener Balkontür schläft, dürfen die ab und zu vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeugen nicht stören. Mit Klimaanlage an und Tür zu, ist alles o.k. Alternative: Zimmer zur Terrasse/Parkplatz.

Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés avec viennoiseries, fruits frais et tout pour nos amis anglais. La literie est de qualité et les chambres sont bien agencés. La connexion internet est d'une redoutable efficacité.

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Schicker Pool auf der Dachterrasse sowie Rooftop Bar. Das Fitnessstudio ist wirklich erstklassig ausgestattet und selbst in dieser Hotel Kategorie nicht selbstverständlich. Frühstücksbuffet und auch das restliche Speisenangebot sind absolut empfehlenswert. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis wurde meiner Meinung nach auf Seiten der Leistung bei weitem übertroffen.

This was our first holiday without our kids, now aged 18 and 21, and we really enjoyed it. We were so glad we picked this hotel for our first holiday, the hotel was very relaxing. It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and as we like walking we went in both directions depending on if we fancied a quiet drink in the old town of Portimao or a beach day in Prais De Rocha. We would definitely stay here again.

L'hôtel est assez bien situé, entre la marina et la plage. En fait environ 1km300 de la plage sur le sable. Navette gratuite fournie par l'hôtel avec plusieurs horaires pour l’aller et pour le retour.Nous y allions à pied le matin (excellent pour la santé) en suivant la piste cyclable sur le trottoir qui longe la petite route. Aucun danger et très agréable car bordée d'un côté par la végétation au son des cigales. A ce propos nous en avons vu et photographié plusieurs accrochées sur des poteaux à 1m du sol ainsi qu'à Praia da rocha dans la rue accrochées sur un poteau métallique, non effarouchées alors que nous étions à 50 cm d'elles pour les prendre en photos. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant, souriant même si peu parlent le français. Avec l'anglais pas de problème. Un bonus pour le sympathique Manuel, un des serveurs pour son humour en particulier de venir vous demander à table si "c'est fini ?" alors que vous venez d'être servi et que votre assiette n'est pas entamée Le service à table est très bien organisé, le personnel est très efficace et à l'écoute.Nous avons également apprécié la piscine à débord au 4ème, spacieuse avec vue sur la rivière qui se jette dans la mer. Sable, transats et parasols autour de la piscine, 2 bars proposant des boissons diverses dont cocktails et snacks, ambiance musicale.En ville, à la plage, au restaurant, dans les bars les gens ne sont pas surexcités c'est agréable et reposant

The hotel is new and the actual room/building is clean, well decorated and comfortable. However it really isnt a 4* hotel, the service is very bad, the staff were not helpful or welcoming, from the spa, front desk, bar and breakfast room throughout they were miserable and hardly acknowledged any of the guests. The staff could just about grunt at you and made you feel as if you were putting them out by checking in or going for breakfast. There was not a welcoming atmosphere and as such we spent as little time in the hotel as possible. The rooftop bar could be beautiful but the harsh green strip lighting and loud music is off putting, they would be better off with soft lighting and calm background music. There is a good selection of food at breakfast but it is reminiscent of a school canteen rather than a restaurant. One would expect an iron in a 4* hotel, there are none in the rooms and a couple on reception which are usually lent out to other guests. It is a shame as the actual infrastructure is there and it could be nice with more attention to the guest experience.

Hotel posto a circa 1,5 km dalla spiaggia, ma offre servizio di navetta. Le camere sono spaziose e soprattutto molto pulite. È presente un parcheggio coperto a pagamento sotto l'hotel. All'ultimo piano vi è una piscina non grandissima, ma da cui si gode un'ottima vista. La colazione è molto variegata ed abbondante. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Per gli ospiti è previsto un mini buffet gratuito aperto 24/7 con caffè, pop corn, spuntini, succo di arancia ed acqua.

The hotel itself is great as are the breakfasts, friendly staff, but some facilities leaves a lot of room for improvements. Limited sun beds around the pool with half of them being taken by towels for hours and hours. The bar food quality very low and expensive. They charge extras for 90 minutes of sauna and indoor pool.

Good location, 10 minutes from beach and 5 minutes from portimao town centre.Modern hotel with clean rooms. Free coffee and orange juice in reception which is a nice after a long day walking in the sun. Friendly service. Only "issue" is room service keeps forgetting to give us new toiletries but it's no big deal.

My original review was based on concerns prior to open8ng as it was many months late..but I stayed there..it opened 4 days before our arrival and we were delighted. Fantastic staff.. the restaurant is like eating at Michelin star eateries every night..breakfast is massive choice..I put on 5kg in one week here, despite swimming over 2km every day!.. near enough to pria de Roche if you like Irish pubs and Blackpool seafront atmosphere, but far enough away in the heart of where the locals live... I will be going back.

A lovely hotel but the gym was inadequate for the size of the hotel, machines broken. Infinite pool had a problem with seagulls. Bar next to pool was unorganized and price varied from what bar attended you got and pricey. Food in resturant was only average and misleading and wrong description.we had one dish that was tough as old Harry. Breakfast superb. Staff friendly and helpful. Very Clean, rooms large and airy. Would of been nice for a little music or light entertainment. After all that we are going again

Rooms very nice best bed we have ever slept in! Pity it wasn't warm enough to have a dip in the iffinity pool on the roof with wonderful views. Delicious breakfasts everything you could think of.

Sehr gutes Hotel, die Zimmer und der Service waren wie man es von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Als die Klimaanlage leer gelaufen war, wurde das Problem umgehend gewartet. Das Frühstück ist mehr englisch aber ebenfalls gut. Die Bar auf dem Dach hatte etwas und auch hier wurde man gut bedient. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung

Veel straat lawaai en personeel alleen vriendelijk op de eerste dag, meeuwen in het zwembad op het dak die alles onder kakken , en veel te duur voor een drankje en twee koffie's per dag op de kamer , positieve goede bedden en goede rain shower. Ik zou het niet aanraden.

Tolle Zimmer, toller Pool, Frühstück super, sogar mit Sekt Die Arade Bar ist auch super, etwas teuer als in der Stadt, aber das Geld wert. Essen lecker und Cocktails auch super. Service 1A, Boardingpass kostenlos ausgedruckt, eine Zimmerkarte verloren, war garkeine Problem, es wurde keine Gebühren verlangt Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Our superior room had a river view, fittings & furnishings to a high standard, air con silent in operation. Room had a mini-bar and a capsule coffee m/c. Buffet style breakfast can be taken outside; food is varied, of a high standard & replenished regularly. A bar and infinity pool are spread across the 4th floor with views out across the river. Hotel has a quiet relaxing atmosphere in a modern environment. Drinks taken at the bar or poolside are reasonably priced and the bar area is a great place to relax at night. Chilled water, fruit juice and coffee are available in the reception area at no extra charge. What’s not so good; In front of the hotel is an area of derelict land including a building once a monastery, the land is raised from the road level. Many of the rooms offered as having a river view face this not all are high enough to overlook it. To offer all front rooms as having a river view is a little misleading IMHO. To the right of is the port where cruise liners frequently dock. The road in front of the hotel is generally quiet but can get busy at certain times however silent air con so easy to sleep with the door closed & the pleasant ambience of the hotel bar is more attractive than sitting out on the balcony with a wine. Parking is €6/ day extra & access to the spa requires additional payment. Overall a high standard of hotel offering a quiet relaxing environment but it is compromised a little by a number of factors some of which are outside their control

Hotel der Spitzenklasse. Alles sehr modern und maritim eingerichtet (auch die Zimmer). Die Mitarbeiter alle durch die Bank sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück-Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, ob warme oder kalte frische "Speisen". Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich der auf dem Dach gelegene Infinity-Pool mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir kommen wieder!

Excelente hotel, moderno y muy bien decorado!!! El trato del personal en todo momento es excelente, no tuvimos ningún problema con el idioma. La piscina en la azotea es impresionante, desde ella se avista una buena parte de la ciudad, parece que el agua de ella se une con el puerto. El spa es muy tranquilo y muy relajante. Los desayunos son muy completos, importante hacer caso a las indicaciones de los horarios, ya que en hora punta se junta mucha mucha gente. La cafetería muy moderna con djs y conciertos. Tienen una furgoneta que te lleva a la playa da Rocha gratis. El parking es muy amplio y cómodo (tiene dos puntos de recarga Tesla). En cuanto a la habitación nos alojamos en una deluxe con vistas al puerto...encantados!!! Muy limpia, muy grande, con terraza, ac,etc...no se escucha ningún ruido con lo bien aislada acústicamente que está. Cabe decir que el colchón era fascinante y las almohadas puedes cambiarlas en recepción si no son de tu agrado. Tienen gimnasio y jaula de CrossFit en el exterior. La ubicación es en una zona muy tranquila y céntrica a la vez. Sin duda lo recomiendo y lo recomendaré a mis conocidos.

It was stylish, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities to make you feel at home. The reception staff was very friendly both during check-in and check-out. Breakfast buffet was delicious. You know it'll be a fantastic breakfast when they provide 5 different types of cooked eggs, Hard-Boiled, omlette, sunny-side, scrambled and soft-boiled.

We have just returned from 4 nights at jupiter marina and we did not want to leave! The hotel is fabulous. It is extremely clean and luxurious and the staff bend over backwards to help you!! The breakfast buffet was amazing (only gripe was that food could have been hotter) however the choice of food was fabulous!! The pool was great as were the cocktails,and it was all reasonably priced!!! We used the bus service to the beach one day. Which was over subscribed, but it didnt take the driver long to come back and do 3 trips!! We would definitely return here or recommend the hotel!!!

The hotel was in a quiet location, very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The food whether buffet breakfast, poolside bar or evening meals were of a good quality and a good sized portion.!! We stayed at the hotel with my father having had a very hectic year, getting married and then the death of my mother. All three of us had a very relaxing time which was needed. As soon as we got home we hit the ground running moving house. The hotel was ideally situated, outside the main doors and to the left and a short walk along the marina to the shops and bars/cafes. Outside the main doors and to the right a slighter longer walk to the beach and busier tourist area. Basically at this hotel you have the best of both worlds.

Its a lovely modern hotel. Rooms are fabulous and the property has a rooftop infinity pool with plenty of loungers. The property has a really nice spa with an indoor pool that you pay to use.Food is good and reasonably priced. The property overlooks the river Arade with really nice views of Portimao Marina to the left and Tivoli Marina to the right and the fishing village of Ferragudo straight ahead.Its about a 15 to 20 minute walk up to Praia Da Rocha that offers a large number of Restaurants and bars that cater from young families to revellers to older couples. In all a very good choice of a place to stay for a nice relaxing time in the sun

Un hotel muy tranquilo, ideal para una experiencia en pareja o para relajarse. La comida del Snack Bar de la piscina está bien, aunque no es nada especial y los precios son algo elevados. La piscina está genial, tranquila y agradable, con opción de cócteles en las tumbonas. Las habitaciones están genial. Nosotros estuvimos en una suite junior con vistas a la ría y nos encantó. Lo único malo el ruido de coches al pasar por la carretera, pero por ponerle un pero. La limpieza y detalles de la habitación, así como l decoración, era genial. Y el desayuno buffet me encantó, muy completo y con leche de soja como alternativa a la leche de vaca. Lo único que no me gustó especialmente fue el circuito de spa, pero porque era un poco pequeño y con poca variedad, aunque muy limpio y tranquilo. Me extrañó que en la hora y media que estuvimos, vinieron dos chavales a bañarse como si fuera una piscina de recreo, y nadie les dijo nada. Y luego una pareja vino con gafas de bucear para hacerse "unos largos" algo totalmente incomprensible en una piscina tan pequeña. Además es obligatorio el uso de gorro de baño, pero si no lo tienes, te lo venden por 3€. El servicio de masaje genial, la verdad. Y la experiencia en general muy buena! Recomendable.

A beautiful hotel. Great pool, stunning view and clean rooms. I would give this hotel 5 stars if it was not for the seemingly inexperienced staff and inefficient way of working. The staff at the bar and restaurant made several mistakes with our food, it takes them 20 minutes to serve drinks and they are walking around as if they’re lost and have no clue what they’re doing. A real shame!!!

Séjour du 22 au 29 Août. Très bel hôtel, vue mer dans chambre 223. Contrairement à ce que j'ai vu écrit dans certains commentaires, beaucoup de personnes parlent Français dans cet hôtel .... mais pourquoi cette mentalité de toujours vouloir qu'on nous parle dans notre langue à l'étranger ? .. Si un Portugais vient en France, allons nous lui parler en Portugais ? personnel en tous les cas très sympatique, petit déjeuner copieux et dîner servi à table excellent. pas grand chose de négatif sauf le prix du parking (9 € par jour) et quelle idée de mettre des gravillons autour de la piscine !!!. on en met partout ... Sinon Hôtel à conseiller.

Très bel hôtel, moderne, avec personnel à l'écoute et efficace. chambres confortables et sdb grande et bien équipée. Petits déjeuners à l'anglaise de 7h30 à 10h avec un très grand choix et un très bon service à toute heure (pour contredire un autre avis). Je recommande le jus d'orange fraichement pressé, un délice. Petite attention qui compte : une table avec boissons fraiches et café disponible gratuitement à toute heure à l'accueil (au retour de promenade par exemple !...)
Quelques réserves et améliorations à prévoir : L"environnement immédiat ne fait pas rêver (ruines d'une abbaye du XVI° siècle, terrain vague, atelier de réparation de bateaux). Les chambres sur rue sont trop bruyantes et on ne peut pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte le soir ou la nuit : Même fenêtres fermées on entend un peu les auto et mobylettes qui passent le long de l’hôtel. Les lits sont bien mais on sent le voisin de lit se retourner (vibrations du sommier gênantes). La plage est a 15 minutes de marche et la navette gratuite mise à disposition est insuffisante (8 place un matin pour 15 amateurs...)
Je n'ai pas parlé de la piscine du "rooftop" que je n'ai pas essayée mais qui a un point de vue sur le port et semble très bien
BILAN : 4 étoiles bien méritées pour un hotel qui est une bonne base pour s'échapper la journée et visiter la région.

Jolie hôtel service désastreux, service de chambre vous réveille à 10h30 pour faire la chambre , le petit déjeuner Lever vous de bonne heure si vous profitez de tout après 9h 30 vous avez le droit aux reste ! Et bien sur de la musique venant du restaurant de la piscine jusqu’à minuit. Pour un prix qui n’est pas reste élevé. En bref choisissez un autre hôtel.

Fabulous hotel, lovely views from rooftop pool area, never had a problem getting a sun-bed. Third floor bedroom had a huge balcony and fab views over the river and marina. Bed was huge and so comfy, even had the option of choosing different pillows if you wanted, we didn’t need to as the ones we had were perfect, Room was cleaned every day and was a joy to come back to after a day at the pool. We stayed for Bed & Breakfast (huge choice of options!) had lunch in the Arade bar and ate out in the evening, we would definitely return to Jupiter Marina Hotel, without hesitation

This is a highly recommended 4 star hotel!! We’ve booked the room the morning we checked in and luckily still managed to have a room!! The service was the absolute best, especially the reception staffs, I could even say that the service is better than any 5 star hotel in town. Our door lock to the balcony was broken when we got the room, it was fixed immediately when we went out for a 10 minute walk! We ask the reception for dinner recommendation, the guy even printed out a map for us from google map!!! Moreover, we had our flight back home the day we checked out and I couldn't find a post office for me to buy stamps for my postcards (It was a Sunday so all post office are closed) Gladly, the reception lady offers me to leave the postcards along with the money for the stamps and they will help me send them the next day!! I just have to say this hotel is increadible!!! Great room and best service!!!! We really enjoyed our stay!!!

É fácil de encontrar pois fica junto à estrada da Rocha. O hotel fica entre o centro histórico de Portimão e a famosa praia da Rocha. Pode-se ir a pé até ambos os locais. Neste hotel o rio Arade fica a nossos pés, a vista é belíssima, sobre o rio e a cidade de Portimão. Daqui também vemos a bonita Marina de Portimão. É um hotel novo, moderno e muito bem decorado.

Sitting at home on a grey evening in Northumberland but thinking about a fantastic week spent at the Jupiter Marina Hotel in Portimao. This is a superb place to stay, just on the edge of Portimao but only a leisurely 1.5km stroll to the wonderful beach at Praia da Rocha. My wife and I couldn't fault anything - the food was superb (especially the Octopus Confit - they'll know who she is!) and we loved having a choice from the restaurant menu rather than the random luck you usually get with a hotel buffet, the breakfasts were fresh and full of wonderful choices, the rooms were modern and clean and plush and comfortable, the gym was very well-equipped (the treadmill was even updated during our stay), the roof-top pool and loungers were superb places to relax if you didn't want to go to the beach, the wi-fi was great, and the staff were utterly faultless - personable, funny, helpful (even helping me with my terrible Portuguese pronunciation!), kind, professional people who are a credit to their organisation. This is the only hotel I've ever wanted to go back to.

Lovely hotel rooms are very comfortable my only gripe is the price for a drink 4€ for a beer we went half board and had to pay for a drink with our meal thought this would have been included. The evening meal is order off an ala cart menue which we didnt expect thought it would have been buffet style same as breakfast but over all a plesent stay staff are very friendly and helpful

Location is terrible. There is nothing to do nearby. Service ranges from great to terrible. When we arrived, the front desk forgot to mention so much information about the hotel, how it works etc. There are no snacks available from the bar after 7pm and no shops nearby so your only option is room service which you have to spend 10 euros on just for delivery. We arrived 10 mins after dinner finished. Usually this isn't a problem. Every hotel I've ever been to will realise that some guest's come late and have a table out with food on or have something waiting for you just in case. Nope, not this one. We were directed to the local burger bar. The room is nice and clean. Shower stunk of egg sometimes. Spa is tiny and the lady at the reception was adamant we needed to book a day in advance, despite it being empty at that time and said we couldn't use it because we hadn't booked... I wouldn't return even for half the price because it's just boring and too many negative points.

Deluxe double high floor river view room is nice and comfortable with a nice sized balcony overlooking the river - recommended. The spa facilities are nice and rooftop infinity pool is clean. The sunbeds are packed in and close together so these could get busy in peak summer months! Location is good, next to the marina and a 20min walk to the closest beach Praia da Roche.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super freundliches Personal- mehrsprachig, sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut, vor Allem das Frühstück. Großartig, alles frisch, tolle Qualität, es fehlt an nichts! Eine Anmerkung zum Abendessen, es wäre schön, wenn es für Vegetarier mehr als 3 Essen zur Auswahl gäbe. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Der Strand ist fußläufig gut und zügig zu erreichen, man muss nicht auf den Shuttel warten... schöner Strand, weitläufig. Es gibt dort mehrere Bars/ Restaurants.

Très bel hôtel !! Nous avons séjourné 3 jours et c'était excellent. Recommande vivement. Le personel est vraiment au petit soin et bon conseiller pour restaurants à l'extérieur etc... Hôtel très propre et calme. Petit déjeuner très varié.

Wir waren für fünf Nächte im Hotel, der Empfang war freundlich, die Rezeption steht immer zur Verfügung, spricht aber kein deutsch. Wir hatten einen Neuwagen als Mietwagen. Obwohl der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel fast leer war, sollten wir täglich 6,- für Parken bezahlen. Also haben wir den Wagen zwischen den benachbarten Wohnblocks abgestellt. Es ist nix passiert, aber trotzdem ist es nicht so schön, wenn man zwischen uralten verbeulten Autos steht. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr bemüht, den ein oder anderen Euro Extra zu verdienen. Sauna kostet extra, Badekappe ein Muss, kostet extra und so weiter und sofort. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, sind immer sehr sauber. Der Pool auf dem Dach bietet eine tolle Aussicht, ist aber oft ungepflegt. Ich musste den Aufräumer darauf aufmerksam machen, dass ein toter Vogel im Pool liegt. Benutzte Gläser stehen oft den ganzen Tag herum. Das Frühstück ist wirklich klasse, dort ist auch das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Strand ist 1 km entfernt, aber das Hotel hat einen Shuttle, der alle zwei Stunden fährt. Dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants, aber nix besonderes. Der Strand ist sauber und groß.

Fantastic hotel. Our favourite hotel we have been to in Europe. The rooms were clean and bright. The breakfast was amazing and so tasty, including the fruit. The roof bar and pool had great views and on a hotter day would be amazing. It was only silly people swimming on a cold day like me! Staff were super nice especially Bruno

We were amazed from the warm welcome of a friendly hotel staff and the tastefull interiour decor in the lobby as well as in the room. The room was spacious, also the bathroom was excellent and very clean. From our balcony we had a nice view to Portimao Marina. To mention is also the infinity roof top pool with view over Portimao and we enjoyed our ordered cocktail from the roof top bar next to the pool, with a chilling lounge music. The breakfast was the best over our 10 days Portugal trips over 7 different hotels!We are looking forward to stay some nights longer next trip.

Génial. Nous y sommes allés pour deux nuits et l'accueil fut parfait, les réceptionnistes sont toujours disponible, les chambres sont nettoyées tout les jours, sont donc toujours très propre, la piscine sur le toit est incroyable, le petit déjeuner également, le choix des 4 étoiles et non 5 sont pour le choix d'avoir fait un service à la carte le soir plutôt qu'un Buffet, le personnel restauration est souvent débordé, et la carte à nos goûts était trop particulière, ne pouvait donc plaire à tout le monde. La plage se trouve à 1km, et l'hôtel dispose d'une navette qui nous y emmène toutes les deux heures, beaucoup de restaurants, le côté plage tres touristique, le port l'est moins, nous y trouvons pas mal d'activites en bateau qui y sont très abordables. Un week-end super

Wunderschönes, neues Hotel am Hafen. Der Pool auf der Terasse ist das Highlight.Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Einziger Makel: Service im Restaurant ist noch unorganisiert. Küche überfordert. Frühstück super.

Is this hotel open yet ??? I have booked a package holiday with Jet2 to go to this hotel on 10th August! I have contacted Jet2 on 2 occasions to ask if it will be open in time and both times they have said "yes". I would rather hear the confirmation direct from the hotel as I am very concerned!!
