Well set out mixed with permanent statics and caravan and motor home. Near supermarket and the town with cafe restaurants on site.

Bardzo blisko plaża, średnie podłoże a co za tym dużo kurzu.

Um parque de campismo completo. Fiquei num dos quartos. Vantagens dos quartos: colocar o carro dentro do parque, casa de banho privada. Desvantagens: Os quartos são pequenos e com aspeto antigo. A casa de banho com material muito degradado. A praia ainda fica distante mas nada de especial para quem gosta de caminhar. Tem uma piscina que é uma vantagem.

Der Campingplatz durch seine Form und Gefälle sehr langgezogen und teils steil. Der Platz für die zelte an der Straße entlang. Wer zuerst kommt nimmt sich mehr Platz. Vorgeschrieben sind 2m Abstand zum nächsten Zeit, also komplett freie Platzwahl, so das du möglicherweise eines nachts zugeparkt wirst. Recht viele junge Leute. Sanitär im hinteren Bereich mit nur einer Toilette und Dusche für M&W Recht schwach. Dafür wurde um Sauberkeit sich bemüht. Autos parken zt direkt vor den Stellplätzen, ohne hecken geschützt, leuchten dir alles aus und dürfen mit 20km/h die unübersichtliche Straße unsicher machen. Wifi ohne Funktion. Kleines Touri-Dorf mit vollen weitläufigen Stränden in geh-Nähe. Supermarkt fast direkt um die Ecke! Mit 23€ die Nacht für 2p., 1 Zelt, ohne Auto, teuer! Ab 3 Tage 10%, 7 Tage dann 30%. Fazit: typischer Campingplatz der mit seinem Werbeauftritt, finde ruhe und genieße die natur, eindeutig, zu viel verspricht!

Otimo parque com boas instalações. Sitio ideal para fazer umas boas ferias de campismo estando bem instalado sem faltar nada. É de recomendar sem a minima duvida

Land prices steep in the summertime. Relatively quiet, however there is noise from the delivery trucks from the nearby store. Otherwise a nice little campsite, with bungalows and camping/campervan plots. Private owners of Mobile homes may rent out furnished mobile homes.

Well we travelled through France, Spain and Portugal and have to say that the campground has everything you need but... -Sanitary installations are pretty old -Price is pretty high -extra charge for pool -imense charge if you lose the anoying wristband -free wifi without internet connection -unfruendly receptionist Overall we don't recommend this campsite based on the high prices.

Welllllll......it's convenient to empty and fill up for 4.50 euro .......but it would be a much nicer campsite to stay on if they did some work on the grounds and tidied it up a bit !!!!!! Plenty of room for all size campers !

Caro,traiamos moto dentro de la ac y nos cobraron 3 € por dia,lo q nunca nos a ocurrido en ningun otro camping,mas 16 por llevar carnet asci,intalaciones,vastante abandonadas,desague de entrada del poti atascado!!!!una guarrada!!!

Alles schön und sauber, aber: absolut kein Toilettenpapier, keine Handseife bei den Toiletten, WC-Brillen teilweise lose.

Lo puntúo así porque no me gustó como nos engañaron en recepción hay un precio estipulado para invierno son 16 € pero si coges la carta de precios es mucho menos, pero ellos para disimular dicen que es un precio para 10 días cosa que es mentira así que te cobrar más por el engaño absurdo de la recepcionista del camping , el camping está bien de servicios aunque esta cuesta abajo y es muy incómodo a la hora de salida del sitio pues subir esa cuesta tan empinada es algo engorroso

Only visited for the line dancing on s Wednesday afternoon, staff very friendly and other dancers made you feel welcome.

This campsite is actually "Camping Alvor", there is no 'camping Dourada'. This place serves the minimum function of "a place to park for the night" and thats it. Its severe sloping roads and paths make it a hazard for anyone to walk with even the remotest knee/limb issues. The campsite is in serious need of modernisation, the showers are shameful. Mouldy, nowhere to hang towels or clothes, and the showerhead gives one thick stream, not a shower! There is only one ladies shower and toilet for the use of multiple campers at the far end of the park, so lord knows how this would be when the park is busy. The camping plots were mostly taken up by other campers deliberately blocking entrances to the rest of the pitch, which makes it bordering on impossible to find a decent place to park. The electricity boxes were exposed and can't be safe, which is probably why only the staff are allowed to access them for connecting motorhomes. I am not sure I would dare touch it anyway, as it was so dangerous looking. Everything around the park is old, grubby, and in serious need of updating. The park owners desperately need to re-invest in their facilities or this park will continue to deteriorate. I would not go back and would not advise anyone to go to this campsite, unless you desperately need a one night stopover in this area.

This site really needs dragging into the 21st century, the showers are realy bad and need some desperate work done on them as they are really tatty and badly built, the electricity points on the pitches are haphazardly placed so good luck trying to find a pitch within a 100 feet of one. The pitches are a free for all, so its the usual case of long term people taking up 2 or even 3 pitches with their caravan, awning, car and front and sometimes back gardens, and they also park in the road so if you are a large campervan good luck trying to get through the narrow roads or getting them to move their cars without an argument. This place badly needs someone in charge of maintenance.

O espaço é bom, mas tem falhas na preparação dos quartos e é pena que num T1 o WC fique no quarto. É constrangedor.

Actually it is called Camping Alvor. It´s a very nice place. Lots of nature, Eucalyptus trees. Everybody says hello, when they pass. Mostly English and Dutch people, with some Frenchmen too. They have a great restaurant Moley´s, that will serve you gourmet food for a very good price. We always take their Jacket Potatoes (with Cheddar or Tuna filling). They also have two bars.

Das Gelände ist sehr groß und bietet genügend Stellmöglichkeiten. Soweit ausprobiert, gibt es auf dem ganzen Gelände WIFI, was aber nur unregelmäßig funktioniert. Das Abwaschwasser ist teilweise sehr heiß. Duschen und Toiletten werden täglich gereinigt. Bei Regen gibt es sehr viel Schlamm, da große Flächen nicht bewachsen sind, was schlecht für Zelten ist. Ansonsten gibt es einen ungeheizten Swimmingpool, eine Bar und kaum kindgerechte Spielplätze.

Für Überwinterung vielleicht geeignet. Für einen Stopp mit dem Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil nur bedingt. Stellplätze liegen zwischen Bäumen mit engen Zufahrten. Vorhandene Plätze werden großräumig von den "Dauercampern" belegt. Sanitär o.k. für Portugal aber eher unterdurchschnittlich. Preiswert.

Los baños son una pesadilla y hay que tener cuidado porque te dicen dar una tarjeta para identificar la tienda y luego te cobran 20€ por no tenerla cuando en realidad no te la han dado. Suena a estafa in your face

Tem piscina, restaurante, bar, minimercado, quartos e apartamentos.

Leuke camping nabij centrum Alvor. Grote plaatsen en grote supermarkt dichtbij. Lekker veel schaduw als het te heet is. Leuke sfeer met zwembad en bar.

Las parcelas están sin delimitar los baños viejos pero muy limpios, muchas sombra y se puede hacer barbacoa. Lo malo es que por la noche si te pones en la parte de abajo se oyen las ranas , las gaviotas e infinidad de animales que te joroban el sueño. Lo bueno los empleados muy correctos y la gente que acampa es muy maja y de muchos paises

Alguns membros da Staff muito antipáticos. Uso de pulseira que causa um pouco de desconforto.

Good campsite near town. Reasonable prices but looking a little tired. Owners should reinvest some of their profit or they start to lose customers.
