Nice and very clean rooms. Beautiful view on the cathedral. Free parking spots in front of the hotel. Surely deserves a stop!

Wir haben auf einer Reise durch Portugal zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist als sehr zentral zu bezeichnen, das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem bekannten Kloster. Der Empfang war überaus freundlich, Zimmer und Frühstück aber eher als Durchschnitt zu bezeichnen. Beim Frühstück war es schade, dass einige eigentlich warme Speisen kalt waren. Auch die Auswahl ließ im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels zu wünschen übrig.

Hotel pulito curato ed elegante con ristorante proprio situato difronte al monumento cittadino Il Monastero di Batalha in zona pedonale piena di.negizi di souvenir ristoranti sopermercati bar banche tutto a piedi. Posto turistico buono anche cone base per visitare Fatima e i posti di mare o come tappa del viaggio tra Fatima e Lisbona.

O hotel tem potencial e estrutura bem interessante. O que falta são funcionários capacitados, recepcionista de mal humor, garçonetes (sala de refeicões) mal educadas e camareiras super lentas. Para um data sem muito movimento, chegamos as 17h no hotel e nosso Quarto não havia sido limpo AINDA. É um hotel de 3 estrelas praticamente

Die Stadtselber ist sehr klein, aber verkahrsgünstig gelegen. So verkehrsgünstig, dass die Landstrasse deutlich hörbar ist bei offenen Fenster. Geschlossen bleibt der Lärm komplett draussen. Zum Restaurant im Haus sind die Alternativen im Ort eher nicht gegeben. Aber das ist auch vollkommen ok. Professioneller Service. Sehr gutes gehobenes Mittelklassehotel. sehr gute Betten.

Gostei principalmente de estar ao lado do lindíssimo Mosteiro de Batalha. O apartamento confortável, bem decorado, café da manhã não ótimo mas bom. Funcionário que nos atendeu além de atencioso nos deu informações históricas muito boas. Assistimos a um concerto na igreja próxima, tomamos um caldo num bistrô também próximo no qual elegemos a melhor sobremesa de toda nossa estada em Portugal.

Nice hotel in a beautiful small town with a a fabulous monastery. I could actually spend several days here since this hotel faces onto the monastery with its beautiful facade. The town is probably just 4 or 5 blocks all around the monastery ( there is more but for a visitor that pretty all you will see) but it’s a very cozy location .
The food at the restaurant in the hotel was excellent although I usually avoid hotel restaurants. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

Hotel tranquilo, con desayuno normal tipo buffet, amabilidad, céntrico y junto a acceso principal a todas direcciones. Aparcamiento del hotel y zonas anexas con la tarjeta del hotel. El único punto negativo es que fuimos mi mujer y yo con los niños, las habitaciones estaban contiguas, pero la de los niños olía mal, como a saneamiento y había que ventilar la habitación. Era la habitación 206 y 208. Por lo de mas estupendo, al lado de la Iglesia de Batalha, patrimonio de la Unesco desde 1983 . Zonas cercanas donde comer tipo pizzas, etc....y comida portuguesa. Cenamos a la llegada en pizzería el Americano. Buen tamaño de las mismas. Hay cerca un supermercado donde comprar si se quiere botellas de Oporto para la familia y amigos.

The hotel Lis Batalha Mestre is perfectly located across from the monastery giving you a beautiful view of and easy access to this historical sight. The accommodation were very well appointed, very clean, great front desk staff and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The morning breakfast was well laid out and offered a good variety of food to eat. The hotel has a restaurant which we used in the evening for our meal and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and attentive during our meal. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful little city.

Netter Empfang, allerdings haben die Familienzimmer nicht Klosterblick, sondern Blick auf die öffentliche Toilette und die Stadtautobahn und man hört somit nachts ständig den Verkehr. Wer gern mit Klimaanlage schläft wird es nicht stören, aber bei geöffneten Fenster ist es laut.

Our trip to Batalha was a journey to remember. Took 3 buses to get there from Aveiro. We went on the suggestion of the girl at the reception desk. We arrived in the dark and disembarked at a cross walk. Slight panic. No idea of where hotel was. No taxi. Several queries to people walking and we found it. Nice dinner and a very comfortable roomWe were very glad we went and the hotel was great

Fiquei hospedada no Hotel Lis Batalha de 30/12 a 01/01/2020. O hotel está muito bem localizado, e revela-se agradável nos diversos espaços disponibilizados. Os quartos tem tamanho adequado. A decoração é simples e de bom gosto. Porém o melhor são mesmo as pessoas: desde a Senhora Gerente, passando pelo Sr João Monteiro, todos superam as expectativas pela amabilidade, disponibilidade e receptividade aos pedidos "extra" dos clientes. Assim aconteceu comigo e com o grupo de 10 pessoas que desfrutou da noite da passagem de ano neste local. Sala bem decorada, mesas de bom gosto, comida e empratamento impolutos, boa animação. 5 estrelas a todos quanto tornaram a "nossa" passagem de ano e de década memoráveis. Excelente hotel, componente humana muito acima da média, muitos parabéns a todos!!!

The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The bathroom is large and everything is very clean.
The location is great, as it is very close to the monastery, which the the main attraction in town.
The staff from the reception and restaurant was very friendly and professional.

This property has an excellent location, right next to the beautiful Monastery. However, due to the amount of luggage we carried, we had to be upgraded to a “suite”. The suite didn’t even have Kleenex tissues in the bathroom... and the a/c was not available throughout the hotel, as the weather was not very hot yet, according to the front desk. We had a nice dinner in their restaurant, our table facing the Monastery. Overall, since we were only in Batalha for one night, and only to visit its historical sites, we did not mind too much. The staff was pleasant, and the facility was very clean.

Small and quaint hotel in historic part of town. Decor was somewhat outdated, but room and bed were comfortable, and clean. The location and view of beautiful old church from room window was worth it. I would recommend this as a convenient and easy hotel for business or vacation. Very reasonably priced.

We had a beautiful, large corner room with a fantastic view over the square and monastery. The staff was friendly and helpful in all ways. It was easy to find and had parking. Breakfast was included in our rate and was plentiful and delicious. The towels were soft and there were even robes and slippers in the closet. The toiletries were nice and smelled good. It was a very nice boutique hotel in all ways.

Great location in a beautiful village. Room is small but very nicely appointed and laid out. Bathroom is renovated with beautiful Grohe hardware and accessories Bedding linens were very good quality and smelked of being freshly laundered. The hotel gave a complimentary liter of bottled water. The room has a safe as well.
Breakfast buffet was adequate but not spectacular, compared to other 4 star hotels.
The hotel does have 5 parking spaces as well in the public parkung zone reserved.
All in all, very pleased and i highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, next to the monastery, in the touristic center of Batalha. The rooms are clean and modern, and the bathrooms are well supplied with amenities and good towels. The staff is exceptional particularly Nuno and João at the desk. They both helped us resolve a problem we were having. The breakfast is generous, and included, and the dinner menu is extensive and reasonable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. We should also mention that Batalha is a good jumping-off point for visits to the surrounding towns.

The hotel itself is not very interesting or attractive and the decor is a little tacky. But the room and hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a great price and included a very good breakfast. It is well located immediately across from the main attraction of the town which is the Monastery.

Maravilhoso hotel! Perfeito, sem detalhes. Conforto sem igual, ambiente e atenção do staff. Restaurante também excelente. Bom para passar vários dias descansando e contemplando o mosteiro.

Em Portugal na cidadezinha de Batalha ha um mosteiro maravilhoso que dá nome ao local: Mosteiro da Batalha; Bem em frente ao maravilhoso Mosteiro está o hotel Mestre Afonso Domingues, que além da vista espetacular do Mosteiro, tem quartos muito bons, um café da manhã maravilhoso, um cardápio muito bem elaborado. Preços bons e muito fácil de deslocar-se a cidades como Leiria, Alcobaça, Coimbra e até mesmo Lisboa e Porto.

Estive somente no restaurante do hotel (vintage). A comida é otima e tem uma vista ótima do Mosteiro da Batalha. Recomendo.

Mit der Dame an der Rezeption gab es schon so einige Probleme. Letztendlich bekam ich ein Zimmer mit Blick in die Fußgängerzone, obwohl ich eins mit Gartenblick gebucht hatte. Im Restaurant bestellte ich Codfisch-Filet mit Bratkartoffeln. Tatsächlich hatte der Fisch extrem viele Gräten und die Bratkartoffeln wurden durch Kartoffelchips dargestellt. Das Essen ließ ich zurückgehen und es wurde mir auch nicht berechnet. Der Service und das Frühstück am folgenden Morgen waren ganz o.k.

hôtel confortable et propre;agrément du spa et de la piscine ;le buffet dinatoire et lanimation musicale donnent à lhôtel une sensation générale de bien être.Un couac,pour un hôte de cette catégorie,le WIFI dans les chambres est payant,mais cest un détail.

Direkt am zentralem Platz mit Sicht auf das Kloster von Batalha gelegen. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles neu und modern. Unser Zimmer hatte zwei getrennte Bereiche: Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Schlafzimmer. Batalha ist ein kleiner aber sehr feiner Ort. Sehr gepflegt.Zuvorkommender Service: noch auf dem Parkplatz nahm eine Dame vom Personal unseren Koffer ab, während wir noch mit den Kindern beschäftigt waren. Die Schlafcouch war bereits zum Bett umfunktioniert und gedeckt, da wir ein Familienzimmer bestellt haben. Schöner Aufenthaltsbereich im Erdgeschoss direkt an ein sehr gutes modernes Restaurant angeschlossen. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und wir wurden bei der Weinauswahl gut beraten.Frühstück wird auch in dem Restaurant serviert. Die Tische auf der Terrasse sind sehr empfehlenswert: man startet den Tag mit gutem Frühstücksbüffet und einem Blick auf den weiten Platz und das Kloster.Wir verbrachten hier zwar nur eine Nacht auf unserer Rundreise, aber dieses Hotel bleibt uns in sehr guter Erinnerung!

Bof. Plutôt décevant. J ai pris un steak a la portugaise. C est arrive accompagné de chips maison et d une poêlee de haricots verts. La viande était très bonne mais le plat etait sans réelle originalité.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel and Batalha generally. Modern, clean and comfortable, right opposite the cathedral. Several nice places to eat within walking distance.

très belle endroit pour faire une pause durant un long séjour à étapes au Portugal
Le restaurant est excellent avec un bon service et une belle carte. Il a fallu néanmoins insister pour avoir les 10% de réduction sur l'addition avec le package romantic.
