Schöne Strandpromenade bei ansteigender Küste. Hier beginnt die Fels-Algarve. Ausreichende Anzahl von Restaurants mit Außenbestuhlung. Leider ist in diesem Bereich der Autoverkehr nicht gänzlich untersagt (Punktabzug).

Ein Ort zum Ausruhen, sehen und ein wenig die Menschen kennen zu lernen. Bei schönem Wetter sehr oft überfüllt.
Es lohnt sich öfter einmal vorbei-zusehen.
Die Shuttle der Hotels bringen unterschiedlich Gäste.

Trotz Vorbestellung hat das Essen ewig gedauert. Der Service war eher mäßig. 3 Sterne gibt's trotzdem. Das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Lovely atmosphere. Menu choices are a bit limited, but high marks for presentation and taste. A little on the expensive side, but the view and ambience more than make it a worthy visit if you're in the area. Friendly staff, too.

Eines der besten Rumpsteaks die ich je gegessen habe. Das gesamte Essen ist perfekt und unglaublich lecker... definitiv gehobene Küche und dabei preislich nicht überteuert... der Nachtisch, eine Schokoladentriologie war traumhaft!! Die Cocktails frisch und lecker und der selbstgemachte Eistee sehr empfehlenswert!
Der Service war sehr sehr gut!!! das Ambiente sehr gepflegt und sauber... Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen...
Auch der Strand mit tollen, zum Lokal gehörenden Liegebetten und Service wie Getränke, Snacks, etc. und guter Musik ist empfehlendswert!

Neste momento, os melhores pratos são o hamburguer de novilho, o entrecosto e os tacos de peixe.

Für uns war wieder reserviert. Wie gewohnt empfing uns das freundliche Personal und geleitete uns zu unserem bereits mit Vorspeisen gedeckten Tisch! Die Speisen sind sehr lecker, das Personal freundlich und schnell, das Ambiente und der Ausblick sind absolut einmalig! Vila Vita schafft es, mit jedem seiner Standorte ein neues Erlebnis zu haben!

Hands down one of the favorite culinary experiences of my life. The chefs combine flavors that always work together. The ananas dessert was quite the surprise after the delicious ribs. I'd recommend this place to anyone in southern Portugal. From the service to the food to the views, it is truly a hidden gem.

I came here the first night in Algarve. My Airbnb host recommended here. I enjoyed my meal here even though I had lots of leftovers due to the misunderstanding of the menu. The waiters offer very great service although they don’t really speak English. I loved the juice and sautéed veggies. Felt guilty about the leftover but the views and decorations here are very nice. I wouldn’t recommend coming here only for the food because you have to understand that this is a beach front restaurant so the price is higher than local restaurants you find in narrow streets.

Das Restaurant ist an sich gut. Wir waren allerdings von dem hohen Preis einer Eiskugel an der zum Restaurant gehörenden Eisdiele geschockt. So viel habe ich in meinem Leben noch nicht für eine Eiskugel bezahlt.

This was the first place we went to once we pulled into the area while waiting for our apartment to be ready. Location and views are great. Sadly overpriced for what you get. The grilled octopus is hard and salty. I understand it's a tourist location but you are better off looking around for a more local place to eat that isn't directed at just tourists.
Spent over 100 euros for 5 people to eat. Best thing we had were the fries.

Fabulous setting. Nice staff. Menu is a little. Limited. Had a cocktail which arrived in a ceramic totem pole, wasn't overly impressed. Asked them to put it in a glass and they did willingly and they put it in a glass totem pole . Nice tapas dish of calamari

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist wunderschön. Das Essen hat eine sehr hohe Qualität und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es einen grossen Parkplatz, sodass man das Restaurant mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichen kann. Ich das das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

En la misma playa. Servicio muy amable (éramos 14 y nos hicieron sitio), aunque un poco lento.
Las hamburguesas para los chicos buenísimas; los ceviches deliciosos; el pescado del dia (algo parecido a los salmonetes) exquisito. El resto de los pescados: doradas y lubinas, perfectos.

Praia dourada é o bar confortavel, bem localizado e com cerveja gelada na praia dos pescadores em Armaçao de Pera. É possivel estando no centro chegar andando . Tem chuveirada ao lado do bar o que é um privilegio para a limpeza da areia. Podes desfrutar do big visual e das gaivotas, um bando delas...

Truly the coolest place on the beach.
We had a great lunch again. The staff is just perfect. The setting is brilliant.
The only downside (for us) is the music. Too bad they don't play some nice jazzy stuff.
But we will keep coming back, any time of the year.

Restaurant avec vue splendide. Bonne formule de brunch mais qualité pas à la hauteur de la ligne Vita, trop d'épice dans le poisson, crevettes à oublier et surtout trop chère. Notre fille 8 "ans qui n'a mangé qu'une boule de glace à du payer 39 €. Incroyable.

Went 8th May 2018 sat in the foyer had to ask 3 times for a menu .
Very good food but expensive for what it is and what you get. 12 euros for a burger ?.
They Charged us 8 euros for a Martini which is more than a price for a bottle which works out at 160 euros they make off a bottle of martini so around 155 euros protit I know they have to make money big beer 3.50 euros ok expensive for Portugal depending on where you go but this place charge you like they never will see you again .Maybe its because of the motorhomes across the road they know they are moving on so lets get the money while we can.
You might go once and think ok a one off
BUT will you go back a second time

Solo estuvimos tomando algo. Sitio agradable, localización buena, muy buena atención y cuidado de los detalles. Por lo que vimos en otras mesas todo tenía pinta exquisita. Los precios moderados para lo que es la zona del algarve, aunque no es barato.

My husband and I passed by this little town while we were on the XRide out looking for whales and dolphins. Upon returning to shore, we drove to the town looking for a restaurant to eat seafood. By pure good luck we happened upon Praia Dourada. The staff were friendly, the food was beyond excellent, and the view was stunning. A perfectly lovely end to the day!
