Loja localizada no coração do centro histórico, atendentes muito prestativos e atenciosos, mas faltam funcionários para melhorar o tempo de espera que muitas vezes se torna inviável.

Absoluter Saftladen, unfreundlich, lange Wartezeiten. 15 Leute warten , nur ein Schalter besetzt obwohl mindestens drei Mitarbeiter anwesend.

This company is appalling. We arrived back at our house and found that the phone line has a loud interference noise and the Internet didn't work. We called PT and they said an engineer would call to book a visit to sort it out. 3 weeks later and 6 calls where they promised an engineer would call. I told them on the last call I would go to the bank and stop payment.

MEO card worked 2 days, than it stopped for 3 days. I called MEO but they couldn't help me, bucause they need the PIN from the plastic wrapping, which I chucked. So I put a new card into the router, same game, it dosen't worked. But this time I had a pin. Called MEO again...She asked for the pin but couldn't see what the problem was. LOL She could not see nothing, with or without pin. OK, A friend bought me in Lagos another card. I put it in and it still works. I think the cards are defect. I'll try to get substitute but I'm sure that they wont give me anything.

This is the most unethical company (with the worst customer service) I have dealt with living on three continents over the past 20 years. Avoid them at all costs.

Não tive um dos melhores resultados. O plano não atendeu como devia e é muita burocracia para pagar boletos.

So far MEO is not worth the one star but its only way I can review them. I have ordered one of their deals for broadband, phone and tv, they told me to expect a call to arrange for their engineers to install the package. I heard nothing so made a trip to the Lagos store and was told that the installation would be 08'30 the following day, they did not arrive and I couldn't get through by phone and got no response to my emails. After another few days if hearing nothing I made the trip back to the store and was told I would receive a call the following day, this is now two days later and I have heard nothing. Again I am unable to get through by phone and no reply to my emails. I am not keen on continuing with MEI but I have been advised that their broadband is one of the best. I had better make yet another trip to Lagos.

Lousy service! State and monopoly companies lis never the solution to providing services people need.

Typischer Telekommunikationsladen mit Wartezeit. Es ist erforderlich, eine Wartenummer zu ziehen. Das 4G Netz von Meo ist gut.

I called the MEO service hotline in advance to make sure they are open. They assured me the store in Lagos would be open. I told them it took me a 45min drive to get there. When I arrived it was closed for the rest of the day. This is just the worst possible misleading time/fuel/money/nerve wasting service imaginable. Unbelievably annoying experience! Looking forward to 45 min drive back. Idiots...

Horrible service - phone I bought didn't work and kept freezing. Tried to return the phone for a refund and the woman left me standing there for an hour while she played with it not telling me what is happening & refused a refund. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Loja muito bem localizada. Tem entrada / Saída nas laterais da loja.

Netter Service aber es war leider oft nöig ein zweites Mal zu kommen weildoch etwas nicht geklappt hat. Ob das an der Unfähigkeit von Meo oder den netten Damen lag kann ich nicht beurteilen.
