Excelente ubicación. Hemos pasado cuatro noches y hemos estado muy cómodos...las vistas impresionantes. David fue muy amable en todo momento y nos proporcionó mucha información de todo tipo sobre la zona. Se llega perfectamente a todos sitios caminando. Muy recomendable. Gracias

Appartement correspondant à la description seul bémol, un lit parapluie (Bébé) serait un plus (en confort pour les jeunes parents) P& des couteaux à viande (ceux présent ne coupent pas & cest assez ennuyeux, bien que ce soit quun tout petit détail)

Wer mit dem Namen Shining View eine glänzende Aussicht verbindet, muss auch den Aufpreis für river view bezahlen, sonst bekommt er street view, landet im Keller und blickt in einen Lichthof ... Ansonsten war das Appartement sauber, gut ausgestattet und durchaus wohnlich.

Very clean apartment. I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. It is on -1 level but because it sits on hill all rooms and lounges had opening windows. Lounge and dining area is bit cramed but family if 3~4 can easily manage. The cleanliness is a top notch. but not having bodywash+shampoo was bit disappointing.

The views were outstanding. It was very clean. Despite our late arrival (plane was diverted to Spain due to bad weather at the airport) we were still booked in upon our arrival, given instructions re the apartment, given recommendations on where to eat, visit and the location of supermarkets etc. We were provided with replacement towels etc. during our week long stay. It was quiet throughout our stay so sleeping was not an issue at all. Overall we would stay again, if we were to return to Porto one day. A very minor point but I would like larger glass tumblers and cups in the kitchen.

der erste eindruck von aussen ist kein besonders guter, so wie die ganze nachbarschaft. aber innen ist das gebäude sehr sauber und funktionell. die begrüssung war herzlich und wäschewechsel 2x in 1 woche - herz, was willst du mehr !

The location was great. The apartment was very nice but missing a few basic things that I thought would be provided for I do stay at many airbnb apartments. Items such as salt, pepper, which are basics. Most have coffee sugar left for their guest. I dont understand why they provide a kitchen with all the pots and pans but not these basics. Also, we were 2 friends travelling together and we like to go our own way. Only 1 key provided and when asked if another could be for convenience not having to meet up at a certain time this was not possible. The communication was prompt and airport shuttle was arranged. Great place overall but would be amazing for just these few basic things.

Très bel appartement. Propre. Bien insonorisé. Carole de l’administration nous a donné de très belles suggestions de resto. Nous avions celui au 2e avec un balcon qui donnait une vie incroyable de Vila Nova.

Had a 2 bedroom apt. Located in older part of town near Duoro river. Close, walking distance to all sites. Nice casual restaurants, bakery near the apt. Would stay there again!

Jai résidé 3 nuits dans cet appartement comportant 2 chambres à coucher meublé IKEA. Cuisine complète. Très confortable et propre. Situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied du métro et du Douro. Plusieurs restaurants à moins de 5 minutes. Très bon service et plusieurs informations furent données par Carol. Je recommande fortement.

In a quiet street. Many of the streets in old Porto are airb&b and some guests do not respect the peace of others at any time of the day or night. We were lucky. The Rua das Flores is probably the noisiest street in this area. OK if you dont mind the student lifestyle !

Porto hat ein gemütliches Flair. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, wie Tram etc. erreicht man innert Kürze den Atlantik aber auch die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben alles ausprobiert, Tram, Hop on Hop off, Zahnradbahn und Bootsfahrt. Portweine haben wir ausgetestet und auch etliches darüber gelernt. Können Porto weiterempfehlen, auch wenn die Leute nicht alle immer freundlich gesinnt waren.

Positive: frigo fornitissimo ,posizione centrale comoda alle attrative ed ai mezzi.in una via storica, che conserva e sta ristrutturando il patrimonio archittettonico e locale del luogo,la disponibilità del gestore, per fornire informazioni dettagliate su ciò che si può vedere e gustare .. Negazione: le giornate tanto ventose. il clima asciutto però fa dimenticare tale problematica.

Positive: Located in the Rua das Taipas; right in the heart of the old historic part of Porto, 10 min walk from Sao Bento metro station. Excellent home-base to enjoy beautiful Porto. Nice restaurants nearby and a convenient store (supermecado) at 10 min walking distance (via Rua de Belomonte and Rua de Tomas Gonzaga). The apartment is modern, convenient, warm interior. Convenient kitchen (well organized - you can almost cook like being at home). We had two sleeping rooms, all with good beds: one room for us and a second room with a bunk bed for our two teenage daughters. Small enjoyable living room. Bathroom with toilet and bath tub (with shower).
The hosts are very friendly, helpful and easily to communicate with. I really recommend Shining View and would stay here again on our next trip to Porto.

Negativo: Impossível estacionar, e eu tive sorte, pois arranjei na praça acima, que se estacionar de forma a não incomodar fica bem

Positive: La struttura è posizionata centralmente, comodissima. La cortesia e disponibilità del gestore sono state eccezionali. L'appartamento era carino, pulito, funzionale, dotato di ogni confort.. Negazione: Qualche problemino con l'acqua calda... ma facilmente risolvibile.

Durch die super gelegene Apartementanlage war es uns möglich, nach einer kurzen Einfindung, den Charme von Porto zu erleben Bäckereien, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super leckere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung erleichterten uns den Einstieg. Hier noch mal ein großer Dank an die freundliche, hilfsbereite Rezeption, die mit Rat und Tat beim Einchecken, diese Tipps an uns weitergereicht hatten. Hilsbereite und freundliche Menschen begleiteten unseren gesamten Aufenthalt.Eine individuelle Tour, Hop on Hop off- Busse, zu Fuss oder per Tram, all dies sollte man nicht verpassen bei einem Besuch der schönen Altstadt.

Positiu: L'apartament està molt ben arreglat. Està equipat amb tot el necessari per a passar-hi uns dies. És al centre, a prop de tots els punts d'interès sense ser-hi al mig (hi havia molts turistes a tot arreu!). El propietari i el noi amb qui treballa són superamables, accessibles, ens van fer recomanacions bàsiques molt bones i útils... Van anar contactant amb nosaltres per a assegurar-se que no faltava res. El recomanem 100%.. Negatiu: Feia fred al carrer i, tot i que hi ha un aparell que fa aire calent, el bany no s'acabava de temperar. Ens dutxàvem ràpid i ja està. Coses del desembre a Oporto.

Θετικό: Τα κρεβατια ανετα, καθαρα, και μοντερνο διαμερισμα. Η τοποθεσια του εξαιρετικη και εξυπηρετικοι οι οικοδεσποτες.. Αρνητικό: Ηταν πολυ μικρο και τα σαλονι δεν ειχε χωρο για το τριτο ατομο, στο δευτερο υπογειο.

I got into Porto much earlier than the required check-in time. I was allowed to check-in early, which was pleasing. The room was basically a one bedroom apartment. Fantastic condition. Incredibly clean. It looked as if it had been recently renovated. I do not know if it had, but it certainly looked new. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Douro River. Pretty much all of the sites are within a 15-20min walk, with the exception of the port wine caves, but these are only slightly further away, on the other side of the river. Maybe 30min walk.

We loved everything about Shining View! Great location; spacious, clean, modern room; comfortable bed; wonderful views and friendly and helpful staff! We liked it so much we stayed two extra nights! David and Antonio are great hosts and so helpful with recommendations. I would recommend anyone I know to stay here and I will definitely stay here if I am ever in Porto! Cant say enough good things about the hotel! Thanks Shining View for a great trip!

Положительный: Отличное расположение. Ходили только пешком, все близко. Доброжелательные хозяева. В воскресенье вечером мы обнаружили, что не хватает одной простыни. Позвонили хозяевам, которые отдыхали на другой стороне реки. Простыню привезли через полчаса.. Негативный: Не ловит WiFi в спальне.

Eine tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Zum Frühstücken sind in direkter Nachbarschaft mehrere kleine Cafés. Für die Kinder sind viele Spielplätze zu Fuß erreichbar. Gerne wieder!
