Nazaré is a Portuguese village, in the district of Leiria, home to the homonymous municipality with about 10 300 inhabitants. Located in the province of Extremadura integrating the Intermunicipal Community of the West in the region of the Center.The present urban space of the village brings together three ancient settlements, Pederneira, Sítio da Nazaré Nazaré Beach and new neighborhoods of the second half of the twentieth century, such as Urbisol or Rio Novo, arising as a result of the natural expansion of the three primitive nuclei. We enjoyed a self guided road bike tour from Porto to Obidos, into the direction of Lisbon with A2Z. Perfectly organized, on good Trek Carbon bikes we easily made 60 -100 km per day - because of the wind from the back and no mountains - spectacular views, comfortable hotels and very friendly support. Recommended !

Two of us completed the 8 day self-guided bike tour from Porto to Obidos in October 2017 with A2Z Adventures. I definitely recommend A2Z and especially want to thank Luis Coelho for taking a day to evacuate us around the forest fires. The GPS and mobile phone provided were both invaluable, and responses from A2Z to our questions were immediate. Also a big thank you to Andras, who briefed us before the tour and who was the calm, English speaking voice on the other end of the mobile phone.

We rode the Hybrid bikes from Porto to Óbidos with a2z travel in October. For the price you could not get a better tour. Breakfast, accommodation, bike rental,gps, panniers, cell phone and bike computers were all included. Most of the hotels and breakfasts were great and the bike route was very interesting along the ocean, through pine forests and fishing villages. The problems we had were dealt with promptly in particular assistance due to forest fires was outstanding! We would highly recommend this tour!
