The bank is really located in the best place. It has one MB ATM outside while two ATM are inside. The Staffs are very friendly and polite. Once I was there to deposit Bank Notes during the evening. Accidentally, the Bank Notes stuck inside the ATM Machine. I tried to Deposit again but I could not. I took a picture of the Message from the Machine. In the next Morning, I went there in the Bank to explain these things. Well, I took a ticket for the information desk. In turn, I explained the situation to one of the Staff. She replied that I did not need to panic when this kind of situation would come. In more words, she explained that they were going to call Technician to inspect the ATM. At last, she convinced me to relax. After some time, I went home. In the next hour, I could easily see my Balance. If you get in this situation, you just have to calm down and concern with the Bank officers, then the problem will be sort out easily. I really appreciate the environment there. :)
