Eu tive que ligar para o serviço na minha lavadora (erro meu, deixei o troco nas calças e ele entrou na bomba) e Eugene o dono ligou imediatamente, agendou rapidamente comigo, apareceu quando ele disse que iria, foi amigável e profissional e resolveu o problema sem nenhum custo.
