Extremamente bonito, com vista de piscina fenomenal

Para repetir! Em pleno Parque Natural do Gerês tem uma vista soberba para a serra e vale do Soajo.

Excelente hotel para descansar. Vistas fantásticas

The last two reviews appear to be accurate. There is something very shady going on at this beautiful hotel. The spectacular views draw you to the windows but the front desk employee won't let you step out of the front lobby. Even with guest authorization they would not allow me up to the room. Our friends are the only guests in the entire place. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. Guests can't go in or out of the hotel between midnight and 7:30 am because there is no staff present and they are locked in! This was obviously not mentioned prior to arrival. This is a brand new hotel and it's clearly on the verge of collapse. What an embarrassment! Do visit this beautiful part of Portugal but steer clear of Casa do Mezio hotel.

Just noticed the sign on the road for this hotel and decided to go in to be a possibility for a future stay. The woman in the reception very rude told me that nobody can go beyond the lobby and I couldn't visit the facility. And I asked here: 'if I want to book I can only visit the website? Since I'm here I can't visit it? The answer: 'only the lobby' . Good luck to the hotel! Being rude like that you will soon help to close it down!

Apenas tive estadia de uma noite, quanto ás instalações em si nada a apontar, algumas coisas defeituosas e pouco cuidados no espaço em si. Comunidades são poucas no interior do mesmo, o que cativa a visita deste hotel é a vista deslumbrante sobre a Serra do Gerês, piscina boa, porém pouco climatizada para se respirar têm de se sair da área da piscina em dias de maior calor, banho turco e sauna, um serviço disponibilizado não funcional, para tal acontecer têm que se atravessar meio hotel e pedir "permissão". Quartos limpos mas nada do que se esperava, acústica péssima, se a vizinha do lado dá a volta na cama ouve -se praticamente, televisão e wi-fi dizem haver mas quem vier a contar com tal dificilmente terá sorte, restaurante preços altissimos, penso que se aproveitam do facto de ao redor não haver nada a menos de 40 minutos. Contudo, para quem gosta de natureza é o sítio ideal.

Bons espaços, confortável e limpo. Contudo os serviços são básicos e os espaços exteriores pouco cuidados.

The Hotel has a spectacular view...Hotel bills itself as eco or environmentally friendly yet it has multiple complaints (see GNR & Environmental Ministry COMPLAINTS) amongst other issues the sewer lines contaminating the local villages (Vilar de Soente) drinking water supply. The untreated sewer lines run next to the local water supply openly exposed above ground. This government sponsored fiasco undermines the governments austerity programs by providing the funding and national park land to wealthy private investors whose actual investment is government insured and without accountability of following laws and regulations to protect this unique environment. This is all part of the shameful corruption that is pervasive in the local and federal government that has limited this areas economic development. There are multiple historic houses and a nearby resort that provide superior service and accommodations at lower prices...and they actually meet or exceed the environmental regulations...and they don't brand themselves as eco friendly..or get government handouts.

Muy buena localización. Buenas habitaciones. Desayuno muy mejorable (no hay zumo natural, sino aguado, ni café expreso, sólo americano recalentado). Si está lleno, hacen las habitaciones por la tarde, lo cual es poco práctico para un hotel de descanso. Wifi pobre. Servicio atento y amable, pero no profesional. El mantenimiento del hotel brilla por su ausencia...aun así, es un hotel idóneo para amantes naturaleza que disfruten haciendo deporte al aire libre. Buena relación calidad precio.

Excelente local para relaxar e aproveitar as excelentes vistas tanto da piscina como do quarto. Apenas refiro negativamente o preço do jantar. Mas resultado final e muito positivo e tenciono lá voltar.

Calmo, romântico e cheio de simpatia

Excelente! Desligar um pouco do stress do dia a dia. Poder estar na sauna com o Gerês como cenário não tem preço. O mesmo relativamente à piscina. Ponto a melhorar: wifi. Não conseguimos em toda a estadia ligar de todo. Nos tempos que correm de necessidade de comunicação para mim esta é a estrela que falta! Keep on the good work!

Staff is very unprofessional and lacks things to do. Indoor pool will be useful only on winter. Maybe in the future, when the outdoor pool is done, could be an option. Very poor breakfast and prices way way too high...for the same amount of money you get Carlton Singapore
