Casa senhorial, ambiente rústico e um pequeno almoço familiar, numa bonita cidade!

It is an old mansion that has been in one family for many years. Everything in great condition. The owner gave us a tour of the property, it was fascinating. We only stayed one night, but i wish we stayed longer. Great base for exploring near by towns and the national park.

Close to the river and local shops for an enjoyable walk.The property is beautiful and well maintained.

Staying here is like taking a step in to the past. You wont find 5 star accommodations but will be really happy with the culture service and staff. Youre steps to everything this little town has to offer.

Todo moi agradable, moi boa atención por parte da guardesa, o único que fallou foi que Céu me dixo que tería a visita dunha pantasma, pero non se presentou, estamos encantados coa estancia.

Hospitalidade muito boa, mas necessita de alguns melhoramentos em termos de facilidades. A D. Céu foi 5 estrelas.

Muchas escaleras. La tina no tiene manillas ni antideslizante. No tiene secador de pelo. La cada no tiene mas que 1 empleado que no esta 100% en casa y no queda nadie. Si dales temprano te quedas sin desayuno. Esta muy cerca del puente y es tranquilo.

I was impressed by the preserved old vintage building . More of totally out of urban lifestyle. Very small town and less people in there . Nice place for author and people who want to be in quiet pace .

Espaço muito agradável no centro da vila de Ponte da Barca, rodeada de natureza. Casa muito agradável, excelente para quem gosta deste tipo de casas rústicas, excelente pequeno almoço da Dona Céu e piscina muito agradável. Recomendo.

We had such a lovely stay at this lovingly restored Portuguese Manor House. Full of wonderful antiques and so comfortable and clean! The pool was a welcome addition which kept our teenage boys happy at the end of a busy day exploring the region. The family were extremely hospitable and between them spoke English, French and Spanish. They were so helpful when it came to booking excursions and finding places to eat out- they gave us insider knowledge of the area! Its an unusual place to stay but we were so glad that we chose it. We got a real taste of North Portugal and the culture of the region here. We experienced a musical festival in the town square, listened to live Portuguese music by the river and watched the locals practice for their Saints day festival in traditional costumes! Something was going on everyday.

As camas são velhas e pequenas. A limpeza deixa a desejar: Mofo, salitre e pó. Os móveis são pretensamente de época...Janelas originais (frinchas e frio). Se puderem evitem
