Roland Vlaicu: We stayed here for a week in October and it was spectacular. Our studio apartment (featuring a full kitchen) was spacious albeit a bit rustic in style but the location, view and value more than make up for it. Overlooking Burgau beach with one of the best views in town, you get sun until it sets behind the cliffs, which means it gets toasty outside in the afternoons, but rooms have brand new patio doors with built-in shutters. Upstairs units have a full balcony with little shade while downstairs units have loggias that are essentially enclosed balconies with two large openings and probably provide more privacy as well. Parking just below the unit is a great feature (although it helps if you have a small car to navigate the somewhat tight corners) as is the pool overlooking the beach. There’s a restaurant (“O Navegador”) attached that also has the same great views. Walking down to the beach or the many restaurants in town is easy. Burgau is certainly more subdued and less polished but feels far more authentic than for example Salema or Luz which are nearby.

Fui contratado aqui, o gerente tenta forçar os empregados a permanecerem no trabalho quando mal se consegue mexer e se tem vomitado a manhã toda. Também tem empregados que entram em uma lixeira para esmagar o lixo que tem muitos objetos nocivos nele. O gerente também lhe dará um produto danificado, tentando escondê-lo com retoques e ainda assim lhe encantará com o preço total. Também tem funcionários que ficam bêbados durante o horário de funcionamento.

Eu gosto deste lugar. Não acontece sempre, @ ser saudado à porta, mas desta vez eles fizeram! E eles estão sempre me perguntando se eu encontrei tudo o que eu estava procurando e se eu não encontrei, eles vão deixar o seu posto de ninguém mais está por perto para ajudar e realmente ajudar você a procurar por seus itens. Isso é muito legal!

Fizemos uma marcação para comprar um frigorífico. Eles estavam prontos para nós a tempo. Pediram-nos para nos sentarmos e esperar que o associado viesse e nos levasse para o andar de vendas. Eles não tinham o frigorífico que queríamos em exposição, mas tinham um semelhante para ver. Encomendámos o que queríamos e a entrega ao domicílio estava marcada para o dia 17 de Julho.
