Jan Oude Ophuis: Een fantastische villa van alle gemakken voorzien. Er ontbreekt hier aan niets en het heeft een mooi zwembad. Een klein uurtje lopen naar Albufera en een kwartiertje lopen naar hele mooie stranden met prachtige rotsen.

Janice: 2.5 stars It was a let down overall. We stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located and though the restaurant would be as good as the hotel but unfortunately not. This review is based on the fact that this restaurant is placed in a hotel that is 4 star. I ordered the pepper steak, asked for it to be medium rare, got it well done with some pieces of it that might count as medium, still good though just not the way I wanted it. Vegetables with the steak was clearly frozen that had just been boiled, no seasoning at all. The sliced potato and the pepper sauce was good. You can't order a glass of wine, but must buy a whole bottle which is a let down, even though they have small bottles as well as large. I just want ONE glass of wine. When leaving we were almost yelled at in the door since one of the staff seeing us leave thought we had eaten the buffet and didn't pay for the drinks although we had ordered from the a la cart menu and had indeed paid for the food and drinks. I understand they have to check if unsure but it should have been done in a better way.

Muito mau atendimento ao cliente por parte do gerente no turno 08/31. Eu estava a tentar reembolsar ou trocar o meu portátil. Ele disse que a única maneira é se eu me candidatar a um cartão BestBuy! Eu não aprecio associados com o seu tipo de forma de fazer negócios. Eu vim para o local de Sterling e eles tomaram conta de mim de bom grado sem que eu solicitasse um cartão BestBuy.

A Apple enviou-nos aqui com uma marcação para corrigir um problema. A Best Buy tornou-se imediatamente inútil e mal-educada. O pessoal estava mal-humorado e não se preocupou em ajudar. Ao invés de entrar em contato com o atendimento ao cliente da Apple para ver suas opções, eles nos mandaram embora com um aparelho defeituoso de um mês de idade e uma atitude. Eles foram até rudes uns com os outros, fazendo correções rudes para o seu próprio pessoal na minha frente. No geral, foi uma experiência terrível. Era óbvio que eles não se preocupam com o que acontece quando o produto é vendido, se mesmo assim.
