Jan Oude Ophuis: Een fantastische villa van alle gemakken voorzien. Er ontbreekt hier aan niets en het heeft een mooi zwembad. Een klein uurtje lopen naar Albufera en een kwartiertje lopen naar hele mooie stranden met prachtige rotsen.

Janice: 2.5 stars It was a let down overall. We stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located and though the restaurant would be as good as the hotel but unfortunately not. This review is based on the fact that this restaurant is placed in a hotel that is 4 star. I ordered the pepper steak, asked for it to be medium rare, got it well done with some pieces of it that might count as medium, still good though just not the way I wanted it. Vegetables with the steak was clearly frozen that had just been boiled, no seasoning at all. The sliced potato and the pepper sauce was good. You can't order a glass of wine, but must buy a whole bottle which is a let down, even though they have small bottles as well as large. I just want ONE glass of wine. When leaving we were almost yelled at in the door since one of the staff seeing us leave thought we had eaten the buffet and didn't pay for the drinks although we had ordered from the a la cart menu and had indeed paid for the food and drinks. I understand they have to check if unsure but it should have been done in a better way.

As compras no Ikea são sempre boas, mas desta vez estou a dar 3 estrelas porque havia MUITAS pessoas dentro da loja. Eles conseguiram se organizar para atender os clientes muito bem, mas devem limitar ainda mais a quantidade de pessoas dentro da loja... Não é um Covid Safe place atualmente, infelizmente. Vai continuar a comprar lá, mas definitivamente online durante estes tempos.

Sempre que liguei, nunca obtive respostas directas. A única coisa que sei é que tenho sido sobrecarregado. Agora estou a ouvir que tenho de pagar as taxas do clube? Por favor, olhe para as minhas contas e pagamentos. Eu realmente acredito que há erros caros e/ou cobranças que estavam muito longe, de acordo com meus registros. Eu tentei ligar para a loja, mas tudo o que recebi foram desculpas. No entanto, você tem itens de qualidade e um ótimo serviço de entrega.

Grande serviço. Esta é a segunda vez que uso esta empresa e não poderia estar mais feliz com o atendimento ao cliente e os técnicos que fazem o trabalho. Brian saiu para dois problemas diferentes e resolveu o problema muito rapidamente. Esses caras conhecem o seu ofício e são muito bons nisso. Eu vou usá-los sempre!
