Roland Vlaicu: We stayed here for a week in October and it was spectacular. Our studio apartment (featuring a full kitchen) was spacious albeit a bit rustic in style but the location, view and value more than make up for it. Overlooking Burgau beach with one of the best views in town, you get sun until it sets behind the cliffs, which means it gets toasty outside in the afternoons, but rooms have brand new patio doors with built-in shutters. Upstairs units have a full balcony with little shade while downstairs units have loggias that are essentially enclosed balconies with two large openings and probably provide more privacy as well. Parking just below the unit is a great feature (although it helps if you have a small car to navigate the somewhat tight corners) as is the pool overlooking the beach. There’s a restaurant (“O Navegador”) attached that also has the same great views. Walking down to the beach or the many restaurants in town is easy. Burgau is certainly more subdued and less polished but feels far more authentic than for example Salema or Luz which are nearby.

Supervisor chamado Will na Superstition Springs Best Buy é fantástico. Senti que ele se saiu do seu caminho por mim, embora eu tenha certeza que ele faz isso por todos. Muito orientado para o atendimento ao cliente e amigável. O telefone estava constantemente ocupado e por isso enviei a melhor compra por e-mail com a minha pergunta. Eu tive uma resposta em 10 minutos! Agora tenho uma nova TV e o Will fez dela uma grande experiência.

Eu tenho uma equipa de Travelprow muito antiga. Tão antiga que a série ainda não estava numerada. Bem, uma roda finalmente partiu-se e eu precisava de a substituir a meio da viagem... felizmente eu estava na IAH. O agradável e útil jovem trabalhador tomou como um desafio pessoal desmontar a carcaça da roda e me fazer "rolar" novamente. Não foi uma tarefa fácil, eles nem sempre foram feitos para uma substituição fácil. Que refrescante lidar com alguém que claramente gosta do seu trabalho e que estava definitivamente disposto a ajudar. Ele alegrava totalmente o meu dia, já para não falar que arranjou a minha mala!
