Maria Flink: Gorgeous apartments. Pedro and Maria are very attentive to the guests. The location is perfect - in 10 minutes you will reach the very center of the city, while the area is quiet, calm, in the evening you can hear only birds and cats :) But in the morning you can wake up to the birds singing. There is everything you need in the apartments - air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, capsule coffee machine, dishes. White towels, very good linens, comfortable and soft bed. There is even a hair dryer and a small set with threads and needles (we all know how it might be necessary!). The owners provide everything for the beach - towels, rugs, even a beach umbrella. Most important, the apartments has a balcony overlooking the ocean and the entire coast, right up to Portimão. In the morning you can drink coffee with a view of the dawn, in the evening just enjoy the views of the evening Lagos. Near the apartment there are several large supermarkets - Intermashe and Pingo Doche, next to it there is a good restaurant, which was recommended to me by the owners. All the bars, cafes and restaurants in the city, as well as the waterfront is within reach. Praia de Batata beach is just 10 minutes walk through the historic center of the city, and I've reached the observation deck of Ponta de Piedade in about 35 minutes. Also nearby is the central bus station of Lagos. It is unlikely that you will find a better place to explore Lagos and its surroundings.

Encomendei um conjunto de máquina de lavar/secar roupa de $1600 e preparei a instalação para o sábado passado. Os caras chegaram (um cara se chamava Renaldo ou Reginald, não lembro qual), trouxeram a lavadora e a secadora ainda totalmente embrulhadas em plástico e isopor e as deixaram na lavanderia (ainda totalmente embrulhadas) e disseram que outra pessoa viria instalá-las mais tarde. Por que eu me inscrevi para os serviços de instalação? Eu verifiquei duas vezes a minha conta Best Buy e ela disse que eu estava pronto para a instalação. Não foi erro do utilizador, eles estavam apenas a ser preguiçosos.

Não vá até esses caras, por favor! Há 9 meses que tento fechar o meu SMSF e eles perdem detalhes em auditorias, mandam-me procurar informações que já têm, e não respondem aos meus e-mails há meses. Entretanto estou a ser multado em $60/mês por retenção na fonte porque as minhas declarações não foram enviadas. Eu nunca faço esse material de revisão, mas espero que a postagem obtenha alguns resultados, pois nada mais acontece. Vá para o inferno!
