L. E.: Bluewater Algarve, Lda. is a dubious company and one should not assign them to sell their boat. We asked them to help us sell our sailing yacht "Santa Maria". They eventually found a buyer who now owns the boat but we never got the money. What happened? We send Bluewater Algarve Lda. our bank details in an email. However, the email was manipulated and Bluewater Algarve received wrong bank details, to which they transferred the money. The company and us had become victim of an internet fraud and we realized that there had been a security leak on the company’s computer. The company is since then apparently trying to get the money back. They tell us to wait till they get the money back and that they then will transfer it to us. But here is the thing: Bluewater Algarve hasn’t fulfilled the contract and still needs to pay us the money no matter what. And that is irrespective of their problems with their computer security. The fault is on their side and however sorry we feel that Bluewater Algarve would have to pay that money once again, the fraud doesn’t affect the contract Bluewater Algarve has to fulfil. The company keeps ignoring our insistence on them fulfilling the contract and repeats to work on their problem with their internet security. We slowly lose hope to see the money. It is a shame that one is now forced to engage a lawyer, when you thought you would work with a traditional and reliable company, which is what Bluewater Algarve keeps telling us.

Se eu pudesse dar zero estrelas, eu daria. Eles são ladrões desonestos e coniventes! Coloquei alguns itens na cama e estava fazendo pagamentos mensais muito grandes, como 2.500-3.000 pagamentos por mês. Então, a vida aconteceu e eu me magoei no trabalho. Eu estava cerca de 3 semanas atrasado fazendo um pagamento e eles me disseram abruptamente que minha conta tinha sido cancelada, itens que eu estava pagando tinham sido relistados e se recusaram a me dar qualquer tipo de reembolso. Eles até se recusaram a me dar qualquer um dos itens que eu já tinha pago. No total, gastei quase 6.000$ com essas pessoas, só para que roubassem cada centavo.

Experiência muito frustrante. Primeira vez na semana passada e foi tão horrivelmente desorganizada e confusa. É difícil encontrar itens e é um labirinto completo lá dentro. Desde que foi a minha primeira vez, lutei para localizar as coisas que eu queria... que estavam fora de estoque. O serviço de ajuda disse que seria no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte, encomendei online para recolha. Eles cobraram-me imediatamente, mas disseram-me para não vir buscar até receber outro e-mail a dizer que a sua encomenda está pronta. O e-mail NUNCA vem. Espere no dia seguinte...ainda não chegou nenhum e-mail. Então eu fui lá hoje fisicamente AGAIN e acabei de comprar. No entanto, eu já tinha sido cobrado e não podia cancelar porque foi APÓS as 24 horas que eles seguraram itens...mesmo que o meu nunca tenha sido segurado. Eu entendo que o envio e estoque é afetado pela COVID...mas isso não tem nada a ver com o sistema de computador que leva o dinheiro das pessoas e não completa as transações.
