This restaurant had been my "local" place to eat, drink and meet people from all over the world. The food is good for the price, portions generous and drinks large and inexpensive. It is also one of the few that remain open through the winter, though they may take a week or two for a break. You can eat in or take away. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English and Portuguese. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant. The photos attached of the swimming pool are totally misleading, that belongs to a hotel nearby.

2e jaar hier op vakantie en wederom hier regelmatig ons ontbijt. Ik kan hier aardig koolhydraat arm ontbijten met een flinke tonijn of kip salade + omelet ham kaas erbij waar ook weer sla bij zit. Overal zit wat friet bij maar ik kan aangeven dat dat niet hoeft. Lekkere koffie verkeerd en lekkere Engelse thee met melk. Krijgt theepotje en melk los op tafel. Snel, genoeg ruimte tussen tafeltje, vriendelijke bediening. Helemaal goed! Foto's volgende keer, vergeten.

Jose is a great and friendly host, the food and drinks are tasty and very generous. Can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

I asked for the topping of the pizza Tropical. They told me it is cheese, ham and pineapple. When I got the pizza there were mushrooms too. I was a bit upset about it and started to take the mushrooms off. The Pizza looked awful, the cheese ob top of everything, just a big cheesy mess. Next thing I noticed was a guy taking my bike I had parked in front. I asked what he was about to do with it and he told me it was infront of the shops bilboard. I was one of two clients and asked why he did not ask me to take the bike away, no problem. He got angry and leaned my bike against a car. Funny. The same car was in front of the board too and there was noone on the street anyways. He said I was disturbing his business. Then he told me to leave the restaurant. Thank you! This way I did not have to pay for the awful pizza. Good luck with your business, you are gonna get rich pretty soon.

What A Disgrace,€9.50 for a Frozen Iceland style Pizza. Burnt offerings that are supposed to be Burgers.NEVER again.

Just back from a week away. My advice stay away. Restaurant ripped us off. They charged €22.50 for sliced bread in a basket. It was even more expensive than the STEAK. Save your money go somewhere else.
