A 3 star with a 5 star rating. Noisy doors banging all night long .no washing facility for clothes the pool was freezing cold ...most 5 stars I have been to have heating of some kind in the pool . The pool fountain was switched off we was told it was broken .But the pool guy said not till end of May/June time . So it's seasonal. We as English was given the dark side of the building.but the other nationalities was given the sunny side so we had no way of drying are clothes .the air conditioning worked but gave out heat only.with no remote the tv in are room was 19 inch we saw loads of food left on the resterant tables. After asking the all inclusive people was told it was rubbish . But loads of resterants just outside the gates . With the hangovers bar a must And lots of cheap breakfast places .at €2-50 an all you can eat Chinese restaurant. Bus stop outside the gates. And only 10 mins walk to the strip.so ok for a week's holiday .

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ging gar nicht der Tolettendeckel ist vergilbt Baustelle über unser Zimmer würde denn ganzen Tag gebohrt und gehämmert die ganze Woche und sehr laut Abend und der Feuerarlam geht einfach an und werd irgenwann dann mal aus gestellt die Klimaanlage sie nur Attrappe die geht nicht die liegen sind total verdreckt der Sonnen Schirm auch. Die Pool Anzeige zeigt 17.0 Grad an noch vom 5.03.2019 bis jetzt dran wirt nicht jedetag gemessen wie das Wasser ist und im Pool war Blätter drinen. Personal unfreutlich das Hotel hat Renovierungs Bedarf und die Ankunft war auch schlecht muss mann 5 Stunden warten weil erst um 17 Uhr ein checken kann . Alles koste extra Zimmer werden nur zwei mal die Woche sauber gemacht . Der safe kostet auch extra. Das Hotel hat jedenfalls keine 4 Sterne verdient . Die Lage ist super der Strand und das Meer ist derckt in der Nähe und Restaurants und Bars und Supermärkten sind auch in der Nähe. Wir sind 1 Woche ihr noch bis Sonntag. Wir komme nicht mehr ihr ihn sind sehr entäuscht vom Hotel.

Hôtel Appart' avec chambre-cuisine vaste avec balcon sur la piscine et du coucher du soleil. Personnel sympa. Restaurant mitoyen avec autre hôtel de la même chaîne MGM.

Clean apartment style hotels. Came here with a large tour group and the rooms are excellent for the price. The hotel is quiet and the lobby is gorgeous with lush gardens and amazing skylight.

Apartahotel con habitación amplia y terraza. Comidas siempre con algún plato exquisito. A partir de aquí, instalaciones comunes pobres, parking muy reducido que hará que aparcar en él, te alegre el dia....... al menos es gratuito. Falta profesionalidad en algunos de los recepcionistas, y como anécdota el idioma castellano brilla por su ausencia, por no haber, no estaba ni la consabida bandera rojigualda entre el resto de las que suele haber......La bandera de la India si que estaba.... XD
