We were 4 people and it was the best restaurant I have been in Portugal! The restaurant itself is small and very personal. The food is delicious with quality food and very good wine. The owner of the restaurant is funny, entertaining and professional. I would definitely recommend the restaurant. Thanks Antonio for the enjoyable evening :-)

With a max. of 12 guests, this is the most exclusive Resteraunt I've been so far. The menu is exquisite with a unique style in flavours for the meals. Menu is changing from time to time according to the time of year. The waiter can recommend - I would guess hundreds of - different wines fitting to personal preferences and the meals itself. Together with the atmosphere of the refurbished mill, the atmosphere gives an overall unique astonishing experience. If you get the chance for a reservation, the evening will stay in you mind for sure.

Bovenin een oude Windmolen eten. 4 tafels en maximaal 12 personen. Wat een ervaring. Goed eten en een perfecte bediening. Zeer veel feitenkennis. Erg romantische ervaring. Wel reserveren, zonder reservering kan je er niet eten.

My wife and I were visiting as part of our honeymoon. This was a real treat to finish on. Smal and very quaint setting with beautiful views. Antonio couldn't have enough for us and made our night very special knowing we were on our honeymoon. Food was outstanding and very high quality. We took Antonios advice on the wine and matched to our food very well. He knows what he's talking about, so take his recommendation if you book. Make sure you leave yourself enough time and book as early as you can as this is a very good restaurant in Portugal.

I can honestly say that this little gem is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to! From the intimate layout that only seats 12 people, the breath taking views overlooking the sea and old town to the amazing food and tentative service, eating at the Windmill is an experience not to be missed.

Absolutely amazing night. So special and romantic finish to our holiday in Portugal. Service was impeccable and Antonio was a incredible host. The veiw was stunning and the atmosphere peaceful and tranquil. If we wasnt going home tomorrow we would visit again. This is a highlight of our holiday and will not be forgotten.

A little hidden gem.. a small 12 seated restaurant in a windmill.. there was a set 3 course menu and 3 options for each we ordered the whole menu, food was next level from start to finish.. its ran by a couple who are so welcoming and friendly. Amazing views while looking over albufeira and we was lucky enought to have the whole of the windmill to ourself, perfect cute little setting
