Great hostel. It's in a good location. Jay really goes out of his way to let you know everything about the town. Gave amazing recommendations. Real clean.

One of the best place to live in. Really cheap and clean. The staff and the owners are really friendly. They gave us suggestions to roam around lagos which we followed and didn’t feel disappointed. Feels like home. So my next time lagos time will be in that hostel.

This place felt like a home - with the most friendly and accommodating hosts I’ve met at a hostel. Thank you to Lorena and Jay for the atmosphere they provide here. Close to the beach, clean and tidy and perfect for meeting other travelers. I can’t wait to come back :-)

I had a great time staying at JJ’s Yard (the one further up the hill). The two ‘J’s are the coolest couple! Wonderful service

JJs Yard is absolutely amazing the staff are wonderful and extremely friendly. Both J and Lorreina helped me and my friend so much trying to find jobs as that’s what we came out for. Recommend so many places and in general were wonderful hosts, couldn’t have been more welcoming. If you stay anywhere in Lagos stay here and you will not regret it at all. We will hopefully be keeping in touch during our working holiday! Thank you again guys. - Chloe

I absolutely loved this hostel. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and was on point with every suggestion that was given. The place was clean, the service was great, and the atmosphere was chill and fun. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

I had a great time at this hostel, amazing staff that kept the place clean, fun, and enjoyable for the guests. They all put in the extra effort for the guests that made everyone feel welcome. J and his wife were also very lovely. The first time I had hostel owners be so kind and inviting. Can’t recommend it enough, you’ll have a great time, and be comfortable doing so.

Einzigartige Atmosphäre im Hostel. Die Besitzer behandeln die Gäste wie Familienmitglieder. Durch die kleine Größe kommt man sehr schnell mit anderen Reisenden in Kontakt und wir waren auch mit den beiden Besitzern (J&J) zusammen feiern (hilfreich mit Lagos Locals unterwegs zu sein). Die Lage ist auch top. Ich kann es allen Leuten nur empfehlen zu JJ zu kommen!

그냥 애들이랑 파티하고 이럴려면 가는거 좋은데 좀 지저분하고 화장실도 하나밖에 없고 바로 밖에 빠가 있어서 새벽까지 노래틀어놓고 엄청 시끄러워요 그러니까 잠 잘자고 싶으시면 완전 비추천입니다. 그래도 스테프들도 다 착하고 친절하고, 그냥 돔 북킹하면 돈이 저렴해요. 프라이빗 하지마세요 겁나 후져서 돈이너무아까움. 그래도 돈나아나 비치랑도 가깝구, 뭐 나름 위치는 괜찮습니다!

Absolutely phenomenal crew operating the hostel. Super friendly atmosphere and highly helpful with suggestions for activities, sights and food. Jay and the guys really have it down to a T.

Great hostel, The owners and staff are amazing (Jay, Clarkey, Hamsa and every person around there!). They really make you feel like at home, take you to the bars, party with you and explain the area to you. Really helpful and fun to hang out with. The hostel is really affordable and has everything you need, a comfy bed, a washing machine and a nice kitchen. The location is perfect, you can walk to the nicest beaches and viewing points (batat Beach, Ponta de Piedade,...) and it's only 1 minute of walking from the best bars in Lagos! So if you want an affordable, central hostel with the most wonderful people in it that make you feel like a part of the family (how wouldn't you want that?! ) This is the place for you!

Planned to say a couple of days ended up staying a week, Jay the owner and staff super friendly, very clean the prices are very reasonable.
