Suzanne helped me with my fear of heights. We first went towards the edge of a cliff. It was safe! But looking down I didn't feel my heart beating fast, or feeling nauseous. Immediately she had another method in mind. We went to her place where we watched videos of roller-coaster rides, and anything height related, which made my heart race and I began to feel sick. Straight after that, Suzanne talked me through my fear. What to visualise, how I felt, etc. I still cannot believe that within 10 minutes I was able to watch the same video and feel nothing. No fear. No stomach aches, no heartbeats racing. Thank you. I hope to bring my daughter for the same method.
