I have rented my villa for short term holiday lets and had long term rentals over the winter with Vista Algarve. It’s important for me to maximise the rental revenue, which I told Laura about, and they did their best to make that happen with great results. The house has been kept in good condition too, and is always nice and clean when we arrive.

I decided it was time to use a management company for renting my villa in the Algarve as I just didn't want the hassle and stress of doing everything myself anymore, but as our property was bought as in investment, we need it to more than cover it's costs. I thought I actually did a pretty good job of renting it myself, but bookings are definitely up since Vista Algarve have been taking care of things, and I haven't had to deal with a single complaint or issue! Definitely the right choice for me.

I changed property management company as I wasn't happy with the lack of service I was getting from another agent in town. Communication was practically non-existent in summer as they were 'busy'. Now I have access to all the information I need at any time, and they're always quick to get back to me on email and phone. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's frustrated with their current management company!
