The apartment was perfect and the receptionist very kind and welcoming. The only thing what we didnt like that much was the staff on the breakfast counter in the morning. We asked him if we could get a coffee and take it to the terrace. He said yes but never made an efford to ask us about what we would like (he rather went for a cigarette) - really poor service. The same thing on the afternoon at the pool-bar - we just felt like he's annoyed by us and don't want to be here at all.
Other than this, it was a lovely stay and if u are not the kind of person who whants to order food and drinks its the right place to stay ;)

Apartment 303 gerade zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Dieser ist allerdings sehr sauber und absolut zu empfehlen.

I went to Magnolia Mar with my mother, a friend and a girlfriend which is an interesting combination but every person got a different experience from the staff with a personal touch to all of us. I could not recommend this place enough to anyone l The pictures do not do it justice which is always a pleasant surprise on arrival! Thank you to the family for the amazing experience and see you again !

Muy bien ubicado al lado de la playas se puede ir andando y también a ponta da piedade, el sitio de acantilados mas conocido de Lagos. Apartamentos un poco viejos pero con todas las comodidades, amplias terrazas, piscina en buen estado y personal muy amable. Ofrecen desayunos y comidas en la terraza de la piscina. El gimnasio estaba cerrado. Nos encanto la zona y el alojamiento

Apartamento renovado, com pouca decoração e poucos utensílios de cozinha, no entanto há qué considerar coisas positivas: boas áreas e limpo que é o mais importante. Já não posso dizer o mesmo das partes comuns e toda a área circudante, esta muito

Sale, fenêtres cassée, extrêmement bruyant, mauvaise literie, des insectes dans les couloirs par dizaine...
Le seul point positif est l'emplacement qui est vraiment parfait a côté de la plage. Mais au vu de tous les reste ça ne vaut vraiment pas le détour ! Je vous conseille de passer votre chemin....

location molto carina, struttura immensa. Ci viene dato un appartamento al piano terra con vista mare, spazioso con lavatrice, frigo, forno a microonde, condizionatore, tv, insomma tutti i confort. Purtroppo dopo aver azionato la lavatrice ci rendiamo conto di aver la cucina allagato, comunichiamo tutto a Federnando il quale cerca di risolvere il problema ma notando il tempo impiegato ci cambia immediatamente l'appartamento. Ci ritroviamo al 9 piano con camera e salone vista oceano, bagno in marmo, lettore dvd, phon, binocolo, racchette da tennis e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Egyszerű kis ketszemelyes apartmant kaptunk, ami nagyon tágas volt, a konyha jó felszereltséggel rendelkezett, mosógép is volt. Az agy lehetett volna kényelmesebb, 1 hét után igencsak fájt a hátunk. A személyzet kedves. A part kb 5 perc séta. Lagos látványosságai pedig autóval nagyon közel vannak.

Отличный аппарт отель. Есть бар с бассейном. До пляжа 7 минут пешком. От пляжа ходит автобусы в центр за €1.60. на ресепшене подробно расскажут что и где, а также распечатают прекрасную карту с расписанием автобуса. Номера отличные, с большой террасой. Однозначно стоит для рассмотрения.

Onde a estadia é calma, junto ao mar, com apartamentos onde nada falta e a gestão está a cargo de pessoas simpáticas, atentas e disponíveis. Tem piscina exterior bem cuidada e serviço de bar e cafetaria.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt den wir sogar um 2 Tage verlängerten. Die Zimmer sind top, Küche hat alles was man braucht und die Besitzer sind auch sehr nett.

Ilda parle français et nous a donné des conseils précieux qui nous ont guidés tout au long de notre séjour.

Positif: L’accueil par Fernando et Ilda génial ! Merci pour leur gentillesse et leur patiente! Belle piscine, plage à proximité magnifique et 2 resto très proches très bons! Nos hôtes nous ont parfaitement renseignés sur les endroits à visiter et le transport (une ligne à proximité).

Positiv: Stor romslig leilighet. Nytt bad. Rent og pent.. Negativ: I april var det kaldt i leiligheten om natten, ingen ovn å sette på, og enkle vinduer. Men vi fikk ekstra tepper da vi spurte. Ingen klesskap å henge klær i, men det var 1 kommode på soverommet.

Positive: The breakfast in the morning was really tasty. The staff was nice. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. The price for one night was really good.. Negative: You could see that there was off season in Magnolia Mar. The walls in the corridor and the facade of the building needed some repainting.

Positiva: La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento, al lado de una playa perfecta para pasear o darse un baño. Algo alejado del pueblo, pero como teníamos coche fue muy sencillo movernos por allí. El personal de la recepción es otro punto fuerte de este alojamiento, nos explico todo perfectamente, cómo llegar a los sitios de mayor interés, recomendaciones de restaurantes y contactos por si queríamos hacer alguna excursión.. Negativa: La equipación de la cocina era un poco justa, echamos en falta un microondas para calentar comida de forma sencilla. La cama de nuestro apartamento tampoco nos entusiasmó, un colchón demasiado duro e incómodo para nosotros.

Negativ: Leider konnte man die Küche nicht wirklich gut nutzen, da sobald mehr als 1 Gerät in Benutzung war die Sicherung "raussprang". Das Gleiche passierte, wenn man mehr als eine Herdplatte nutzen wollte.
Das erste mal passierte dies gegen 20:30. Um diese Zeit war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und unter den beiden dort angegebenen Telefonummern hat man niemanden mehr erreichen können. Wir saßen also im Dunkeln und waren auf uns allein gestellt.

Positiva: La habitación si que estaba reformada y nos gustó mucho, además era muy cómoda y tenía de todo, muy cerca de la playa y sin ruidos por lo que el descanso estuvo perfecto. Negativa: La WiFi(de pago en las habitaciones) y en recepción gratuita pero no funcionaba.
El hotel necesita una reforma por fuera y por todos los pasillos ya que el olor a viejo se respira ahí(menos en la habitación) bastante!

Positiv: Perfekte Lage, viel Platz, große Terrasse, volle ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Fernseher etc. - alles was man zum Leben braucht. Auch Dinge die nicht funktioniert haben wurden immer schnell repariert.. Negativ: Das Hotel ist schon älter, so auch die Einrichtung - ältere Couch, Röhrenfernseher, nicht alles funktioniert immer - aber es war auch Vorsaison und es wurde gerade etwas renoviert. Trotzdem, Preis Leistung war ok.

Positief: Uitzicht op zee. Negatief: Bezetting van de receptie, waardoor het wisselen van handdoeken moeizaam verliep.
Op gebreken werd quasi verontwaardigd gereageerd, maar er werd vervolgens niets mee gedaan.
Douche kraan werd met een plastic zak op zijn plaats gehouden.
De schuifdeuren van de woonkamer gingen zeer moeizaam open.
Kastdeurtjes in de keuken hingen er maar een beetje bij.

Wir suchten eine preiswerte Unterkunft in Strandnähe. Beides hat dieses Appartement erfüllt. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr abgewohnt; einfachste Innenausstattung, sehr harte Matrazen, schöne Terasse mit Meerblick, jedoch ohne Sonnenschutz.

Die beste Apartmentanlage, die ich bisher besuchte. Lage top zum Strand. Anlage sehr gepflegt mit einem tollen Pool. Es steht eine gemeinschaftliche Grillstation zur Verfügung, bei der alles vorhanden ist. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir hatten ein riesen großes Apartment mit mindestens ebenso riesen großer Terrasse. Eine super tolle und sehr gepflegte Küchenausstattung, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach :-) Große und bequeme Betten. Ich stellte mir mein Bett auf die Terrasse und schlief jede Nacht draußen :-) Unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Lagos verbringen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier
Nur portugiesische Fernsehsender. War uns egal, erwähne es nur zur Info für die Fernsehgucker. Leider wussten wir nie so richtig wohin mit unseren Mülltüten und leeren Flaschen.

Positive: la struttura offre una piscina per gli ospiti - le camere sono state recentemente ammodernate con rifacimento dei pavimenti (anche se gli impianti mostrano i segni del tempo...) - la camera era molto grande con cucina e terrazzo. Negazione: tubature del bagno e impianto elettrico facevano strani rumori...!

Положительный: Хорошие апартаменты! Вообще крутой хозяин-администратор! Все подробно рассказал, подсказывал когда было нужно, когда приболели - вежливо спрашивал о состоянии и помощи. Есть бассейн, можно покушать прямо на территории.
Номер оборудован всем необходимым, комфортная кровать, большая кухня.
Пляж вообще рядом - 5 минут и Вы на очень неплохом пляже.. Негативный: Единственный минус - отдаленность от магазинов и центра, где есть рестораны и место для прогулок.

Aparthotel with a stunning view of the sea, 5 minutes walking to the nearby Porto de Mos beach. A large swimming pool to cool you down during summer days. Large rooms with well equipped kitchen. Lack of free WiFi (apart from the reception and pool area) can discourage some travellers.

We spent 7 nights in one of the lovely appartments and particularly enjoyed the stunning view from the huge balcony/terrace.
Right at our arrival we were given a hand-scatched map with useful/interesting places to go.
At the reception, trips (like the off-road sunset tour - very recommendable!) can easily be booked.
We also enjoyed the nice pool and it's pool bar, which offers fairly cheep but delicious snacks and drinks throughout the day.
The beach (Praia de Porto Mós) can be reached in about 2 minutes. There is also a bus stop from which you can directly go to the center.

Prima appartement. Iets veroudert complex maar de appartementen worden allemaal netjes opgeknapt. Van alle gemakken voorzien.
De huidige eigenaar en zijn vrouw doen er alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken.
Zwembad aanwezig. Géén fitness ruimte zoals wel aangegeven. Verder alles kort in de buurt. Kleine buurtsuper op 500 meter. Grotere op 2 km. Naar lagos beter met de auto gaan.
Stran op 200 meter en voldoende restaurants in de buurt.

Положительный: Апартаменты просто огромные. Просторная терраса с видом на океан. Панорамные окна - просто восторг. Чисто и уютно. В кухне есть все необходимое. Русскоговорящий обслуживающий персонал.. Негативный: При включении кухонной плиты и воды отключается электричество. Нет утюга и фена.

Positiv: Utsikten var fantastisk och runmet rymligt.. Negativ: Att rummet inte städades och att vi fick be om nytt toalettpapper. Handdukarna behöver inte bytas om man inte ber om det (bra att tänka miljövänligt) men som sagt toalettpapper.

From the moment we arrived Fernando, his wife and staff made us feel so welcome. They were wonderful, giving us plenty of information about the hotel and local area. Fernando was so friendly offering us so many free drinks to try...he makes a fantastic white sangria. We had a really big apartment with a huge balcony and fantastic view of the ocean. The complex is only 250m from a really nice beach tucked in between cliffs. This has been our best stay so far on our road trip. Highly recommended if you want a great place to stay out of town (Lagos), quiet and with access to a nice beach which has 2 cafes/restaurants on it.

If you want a peaceful comfortable stay , stop here a lovely beach plus bar . You will need a car, only a few bars and restaurants in walking distance we had a massive balcony loved it .we will be back . We were here in low season so maybe more happening . Thanks to wonderful young man at hotel he was so friendly and helpful

The hotel provided an apartment for our two day stay in Lagos. It was great to have lots of space. Kitchen area provided a chance to have meals with our friends and not go out to a restaurant if we chose. Washing machine in the apartment allowed us to start the latter part of our holiday all refreshed and clean.Fernando was a very personable individual and we enjoyed talking to him and learning about the area.I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in Lagos.

So, Me and my friend stayed 3 days in this hotel. The hotel service was satisfying.The hotel reception closes early so it will be better if you contact them before and let them know your arrival time. As the owner of the hotel Fernando is always there. He is really co-operative and he will explain how to go to the beaches. If you want to book any sunset tour then you have to inform him.The city center is also 30mins away from the hotel. If you book a taxi then it is mandatory to ask for a payment document or else they will try to fool you and take more money from you. The hotel is clean and beautiful as well. You can do breakfast buffet which is only 5 euro. Near th hotel there is two restaurants where you can try fish dishes which are Amazing. But the hotel has wifi only in the lounge. But I guess it is okay! You don't need wifi if you are On vacation

Overall a good stay, but some things were falling apart and the gym was closed for the duration of my visit. But for the price and location as well as the sea view I would highly recommend.

Positiv: Härligt stor balkong med fin utsikt över havet. Tillgång till tvättmaskin. Fin pool med bar. Nära till parkeringen.
Jättefin strand en bit nedanför hotellet, flera km lång och jättefin att promenera utefter. Ingen risk för trängsel.. Negativ: Lägenheten rätt sliten med enkel inredning, men dock ett prisvärt boende. Högljudd luftkonditionering. Få restauranger i närheten. Nära till stranden, men rätt många trappsteg upp för att komma tillbaka till hotellet.
