Too much things to write everything: Staff is bad, the client is not thrated like a guest, but like a problem to solve and monetize as much as possible. I lost my bus so I had to return to the hostel, I had to book another night: the owner had a special price for me of... 15 euros per night (also if for the former night I spent less): I checked on booking and I made him notice that in booking the price is still 10 euros for the 6 bed dormitory: he told me it was another room and I said doesn't matter and I booked anyway: but It was the same room and he wanted just cheat me. Reception closes from 12 to 3pm... I forgot something inside the hostel but I couldn't take it because reception was closed and my bus was was before 3pm.. When I asked if they could send me (it was a very small object, it could be send in an envelope with ordinary postal service (I could pay the deliver) they told me they wanted 20 euros plus expenses just to go to the post office (just some minutes away from the hostel). Or If I didn't want give to them all that money I could contact a private delivey company (that nothing has to do with the prices of ordinary postal service, that is very cheap). The owner particularly has really a bad attitude with clients... there's more to say, but now I'm tired

Chambre et locaux très propre, bon lit, accueil très chaleureux. Accès à la cuisine à partir de 14h seulement, ce qui rend un peu compliqué de ranger les courses. Quelques patins pour éviter les claquements de portes seraient également les bienvenus la nuit !

Double bedroom was good and bathroom ok. One receptionist was very helpful while other looked grumpy. What realy lifted ours experience to 5 stars was breakfast. Notice that hostel is in next street Guerrero Tello.
