Vasiliy Bogdanov: The worst service and attention I ever had. I called and explain my problem in details, requested the visit of technician and was waiting for the call to confirm the time of the visit. Meanwhile I was not able to use my shutters and hoping for the quick repair. Unfortunately no one called me back in 3 days and I called by myself and asked were is the technician. The lady on reception told me that I’m waiting not 4 days, but only 2, because they don’t calculate the weekends. I asked if I should wait for them or find another company. They insured me that they could fix it. So far I’m waiting during the whole week and loosing my hope and trust in that company.

Como muitos ppl em Gadsden eu vi esta loja passar por alguns proprietários, mas o denominador comum em todas essas transições é que eles a mantiveram igual. O velho chão de madeira de riacho que eu andava em criança com a minha avó. Atualmente, uma bela seleção de móveis antigos, utensílios e pratos antigos de cozinha, etc. O pessoal é útil, sem necessidade de aspirar.

Trouxe um item para o registro e ficou mais caro que a etiqueta do preço. Tive que caminhar com o funcionário para mostrar que o registro estava errado. Depois o funcionário recusou-se a telefonar-me para o registo e obrigou-me a ir a outro balcão. Toda a experiência foi bizarra e indicou um péssimo atendimento ao cliente por aquele funcionário em particular.

Estou em apuros, a deficiência foi cancelada. Problema cardíaco. Stressado ao máximo. Atrasado no aluguer. Entrei para Liberty Pawn a meio da tarde. Trouxe um anel de diamante esmeralda e um pingente. Proprietário, Larry ajudou-me. Foi capaz de negociar. Levou todos os 6 minutos. Muito amigável e muito útil. Até me passou uma boa energia como se ele soubesse que eu precisava tanto disso agora. O caixa imprimiu o meu acordo foi muito gentil, rápido mas meticuloso.
