Vasiliy Bogdanov: The worst service and attention I ever had. I called and explain my problem in details, requested the visit of technician and was waiting for the call to confirm the time of the visit. Meanwhile I was not able to use my shutters and hoping for the quick repair. Unfortunately no one called me back in 3 days and I called by myself and asked were is the technician. The lady on reception told me that I’m waiting not 4 days, but only 2, because they don’t calculate the weekends. I asked if I should wait for them or find another company. They insured me that they could fix it. So far I’m waiting during the whole week and loosing my hope and trust in that company.

Comprei uma secção que tinha guarnições em vinil à volta das almofadas dos bancos e o vinil começou a descascar e estava a desfazer-se na costura da chaise lounger. A garantia do fabricante cobriu a substituição das coberturas dos assentos. Mas aconteceu a mesma coisa. Schewels foi acima e além da garantia dos ma,ufactores e deixou-me trocar o meu sofá por um conjunto novo. Obrigado Schewels pelo seu excelente serviço ao cliente .

Excelente. Um daqueles negócios raros com que eu realmente adoro trabalhar. O Ian tem um dom para explicar, concluir e depois executar o trabalho mais interno da nossa empresa, impostos, folha de pagamento... etc, e tudo com o mínimo de input. A VoItage também oferece serviços adicionais além da contabilidade básica e tem funcionado muito bem, já que as informações já são todas internas.
