Vasiliy Bogdanov: The worst service and attention I ever had. I called and explain my problem in details, requested the visit of technician and was waiting for the call to confirm the time of the visit. Meanwhile I was not able to use my shutters and hoping for the quick repair. Unfortunately no one called me back in 3 days and I called by myself and asked were is the technician. The lady on reception told me that I’m waiting not 4 days, but only 2, because they don’t calculate the weekends. I asked if I should wait for them or find another company. They insured me that they could fix it. So far I’m waiting during the whole week and loosing my hope and trust in that company.

Quando o funcionário saiu, ele tinha o item que eu tinha comprado. Ele pediu-me a minha identificação e eu disse-lhe que ele não precisava dela da última vez. Perguntei-lhe porque precisava dele desta vez. Ele disse-me que era a política da empresa. Eu disse a ele que ele deveria ter pedido pela última vez também na época. Eu não vou fazer compras nesta Best Buy novamente. Horrivel horrivel serviço ao cliente.
